They keep you informed of the status of your car too. Very friendly and professional. I would give them more stars if it was an option. My husband and I are very happy customers.

They made the whole insurance and repair process so easy for me. Got calls every time the car was moving to the next part in the repair process and they even got my rental to Enterprise for me. The car looks better than it did before the wreck!

I had an accident and brought my vehicle to this location through my insurance provider. They gave daily status update calls as to the progress of my vehicle and did an amazing job on the repairs. I am happy with the results.

We’ve had our vehicle in twice and each time they’ve done excellent work. I would definitely recommend using them.

The work is professional and of good quality. The only thing that was frustrating was the amount of time they had my vehicle. And I had a new windshield put in while they had it but the technician didn’t clean the window. But that being said I d continue to use them when needed.

Ignacio was very pleasant to deal with. He worked quickly and efficiently to do the adjustment, explain everything and accommodate my use of canes. They estimated 3 days to complete repair and kept me updated on progress. They even detailed inside before releasing it in 3 days. Following insurance protocol, I went with the body shop closest to me that was in network and luckily it was these guys. First time using insurance claim. Everyone was very patient and kind. Explained everything that would happen in detail and made sure I understood. When I dropped off my truck it did take about a week and luckily I didnt need a rental but it seemed like they would set that up for me if I needed (?) They went above and beyond making my truck look perfect. My husband and I are very impressed and would definitely use them again.

Weve used the Collision Center for years as they do such great work! We bought a new Hyundai at Gene Messer in Lubbock that had some small damage in transit. They were going to fix it there, but I asked if they could transfer the work to the Collision Center here, and they did. The team did an outstanding job on it as well. Excellent people.

Amazing Collision Center! Coming from a bad experience I was blown away by how fast they fixed the side door of my car, only took about 2 weeks most. They call you and inform you of every step that your vehicle is being treated at and are HONEST about informing you if its actually done, not like a collision center I know. Im really satisfied with these guys and gals.

Gene Messer collision center was very efficient. The damage to my vehicle was properly fixed and looks brand new.I was still filing with my insurance over the phone while receiving the call at the same time for the collision center I’d chosen for an estimate which was Gene Messer.Everyone was friendly and professional. While my vehicle was in their care I received preferred email updates often. Hopefully in the future I won’t need to choose a collision center for my vehicles, however, if I do it will most definitely be Gene Messer Collision Center.

I had two door windows and a trim panel replaced. They left my truck outside with no windows in it when they said they would bring it in. I checked by the dealership on my truck on a Friday and the collision gate was left open after hours and there was my truck. Exposed to the Amarillo elements.After I pointed that out they corrected it and it took eleven, yes I said eleven days to get truck back. Tammy was great, she updated me everyday. Work done was as expected.

Everyone here is very friendly and will take the time to go over any questions you have. The staff overall is very helpful. Tammy at the front desk will call you every time your car progresses to the next step, so you know how things are going. Personally had trouble getting a rental car and Tammy took the time to pull some strings and get me into a car that day! Can’t really say anything negative about this place. Great experience!

They have been excellent working through my frustration. My car, after also two months, is still not repaired. Parts are not accessible for my vehicle, which stinks. A vehicle that five years old cant get parts? Its still not fixed; they had it even other weeks.

We discovered that my new 2017 Mustang had three small dents in the rear passenger quarter panel. Gabe was very knowledgeable and promised that it would look just like new. When I picked it up, the paint matched beautifully, but there was a pretty heavy orange peel on the newly painted area. They kept it for a few days to fix the orange peel and plus figure out what two white marks were on it right under the passenger side mirror. The orange peel was fixed to my satisfaction, but the white marks are still on the car. Needless to say, that is irritating, especially since this was all present on a new car.

Our experience with Gene Messer Ford was excellent! Service was completed in a timely manner and the result was great. Vehicle looka like new. They even detailed it as we came to pick it up. Thank you.

Update:After 4 trips to this collision center I had to take my truck somewhere else to complete the job that Gene Messer Collision Center could not do properly the first time.An update to my previous review (Nathan Fredley). It has been over two weeks since enterprise rent a car charged my card for a rental that was given to me by Gene Messer back in December. Enterprise won’t reimburse me until Gene Messer makes payment for that rental. After a few inquiries at Gene Messer I just got told it is in process. Meanwhile I am accruing interest on a $1500 rental. And I have still have not received a return email by whoever responds to these reviews. I sent an email to him because he stated he wanted to talk and I have received nothing in return.

Told service writer that our check tire light was on when we dropped off the car! The light came on when my wife was headed home 2 1/2 hours we live from you all and we were told to take it somewhere and have a computer put on it to find out what was wrong, when it was in your possession that’s what you were to do I can’t keep taking off work to bring it back!! You should have fixed it when you had it!!! The body work and paint job looks great, just very disappointing about the service tire light on!!

Overall time of repair was overestimated. Job was not done right the first time with multiple returns for new issues after the initial repair. Some of them little, some of them major. Sunroof now has air leak, emblems are crooked, overspray on glass and paint from primer. Replaced windshield with a used windshield. Drivers door not repaired correctly and paint runs on new parts. Not impressed for a Ford dealership. No quality control on their repair process nor follow up for additional repairs not completed. They will not be getting my future business.
