We had a Skeeter boat with everything working perfectly we took it in to change out a tail light, repair one live well and requested they go over everything since we would be pulling this boat to Lake Falcon. When we picked it up we went over all the details and was assured all was in perfect order and running great! When we launched our Skeeter it would not go over 30mph, the brand new trolling motor was burned out ($2,500) our new depth finder ($1,000 ) completely toasted, both under a year old. The one simple tail light was still out. Our Skeeter would not go over 30 mph, Remember nothing was wrong just wanted the compression checked and live well repaired along any thing they found not working repaired. Once confronted they said maybe a lighting strike which could’ve only been on their property since they had the boat since last fall. Never have I written a negative review on anyone but this boat dealer, if any boat dealer deserves a negative review he does. Please take your boat to certified dealer someone that knows how to repair boats and takes responsibility for the repairs. Do not waste $5000 on someone who does not repair your boat and is not willing to take responsibility for what happened, they must have crossed a negative with positive and burn up all the electrical or used to high voltage on the boat. Because we took the top of trolling motor off the wires were completely melted. When we picked it up we went over the check listAnd they verified everything was working.

These guys are awesome. They actually try to help you when you call or walk in the door. The other boat place does not! They fixed my boat fast and they were cheaper than the other place by far. Then one day I took my boat to Ute to put it in storage. My trailer would not back up and I thought the trailer brake was engaging. I took it to the boat place in Ute and they wouldnt even walk out and look at it. They told me they were too busy and that I should haul it back to Amarillo to a trailer place. Then I called Kevin at West Texas Marine and he told me how to fix it over the phone. He took time to help me when the other guys wouldnt give me the time of day. Ive been to all the boat repair places and this one is by far the best in my opinion.

They told me that my boat would be done the same day if I brought it to them. They quoted me $150 to dewinterize the boat and change the oil. Long story short they called me 5 days and $400 dollars later and said it was done. Dont waste your time or money. take your boat to Parker boats, I have done business with them for 20 years without a problem. I only took my boat to this establishment because they had a shorter lead time, but that seemed to be as false as there estimate.

Super friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help me get a water pump gasket. The place down the road wasnt very helpful; only wanted to sell me a whole kit and was short on the phone. This place found what I needed and had it waiting for me when I arrived 20 mins later. 3 bucks later and I was back in business.
