We have been very happy with the services we receive from Sierra Springs. They are very cordial and attentive to our needs here in the Amarillo area.
My husband I started having water delivered to us about a little over a year. Having moved here to this wonderful city, it was so nice to have water delivered to our front door. Our route carrier is very considered and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful experience SIERRA WATER!!!!
I receive their water at my place of business. They were doing a great job until recently. Water taste like it comes from the tap and let me tell you about their customer service. I have never received such terrible service. Wait time over 15 minutes, one CSR hung up on me. I spoke with the manager and he was a rude little one. No one cared that it is now 3:30 in the afternoon and we were supposed to receive an out of water yesterday morning. I will be talking with my corporate about closing this account with Sierra and going with Aquaone!
The water is yummy. The cooler is sleek and attractive and keeps the water hot and cold. Delivery is bi-weekly, so this works out great.:-)
I use the 5 gallon delivery service in Pampa, Texas. I have had zero issues - the delivery guy is great - product is always on time and I always get a reminder the day before delivery. He even left a bottle on a day I forgot to put my empty one out. No issues in this area.
You have one of the nicest drivers delivering our water.

If you are considering home delivery please stay clear of Sierra Springs. I am a current customer who is trying to get some issues resolved before I get rid of them. They are charging me every month but have skipped my deliveries from month to month. Then when they finally decide to come and deliver water, they deliver more than what I request and then charge me for them. The customer service center does not communicate with the route people so notes that I put on the account go ignored. I have literally had to call every other month just for them to correct a mistake that they made. They have no problem taking your money or charging you for something that is not your fault. For example, they did not come out and delivery my water in July but charged my account as if they had. When I called, they credited my account and then delivered 6 bottles in August even though there was a note on the account that they were to only deliver 3 and a new cooler to replace mine that had stopped working. Then they had the audacity to charge me for the three bottles that they had delivered as if I had requested them extra. I have called SIX times in three days to get this issue resolved and I still have extra bottles sitting on my porch and no new cooler. They do NOT care about customers and you would be better off just avoiding them all together. I will just go back to bottle water when I get my issues resolved so I can cancel them. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Clean water with the convenience of delivery.
Coin machine water might have an old, ineffective filter. Cheaper, but is it the same as city tap water? Your water is certified clean. No maybe or corporate short cuts to save them money and put your family at risk.
THIS COMPANY DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!We used Sierra Springs in our Amarillo and Lubbock offices. We never had issues with our Amarillo service, but the Lubbock service was sporadic and unreliable. They rarely delivered on the scheduled day and our employees often ran out of water. After several months of these issues, we decided to cancel our service in early May, 2016, and switch companies. We scheduled for our cooler/bottles to be picked up on May 11th. That date came and went with no representative from Sierra Springs coming by. I called and explained that we still had a cooler and bottles to be picked up and it was rescheduled for June 8th. Again, no one came. We continued to receive invoices stating that we were being charged for the cooler and a paper invoice fee. Once again, I called on August 3rd and explained the situation. (Every time I call, I am placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes, transferred and placed on hold for several more minutes, taking up quite a bit of time). I was told that our account would be credited and that they would contact the route manager for pickup of the cooler/bottles. It was scheduled (for the 3rd time) to be picked up on August 5th. Once again, no one came. On August 25th we received another invoice that not only did NOT show our account credited, as the previous representative spoken with on the phone indicated, it showed ANOTHER charge for the cooler and ANOTHER charge for the paper invoice fee. I called again, this time I was on the phone for 51 minutes. I requested to speak with a manager and was sent to the escalations department. He told me that our account was accidentally put on hold rather than canceled, but assured me that it would indeed be canceled this time, our account credited, and that someone would pick up the cooler and bottles either that day or the next. On Friday, August 26th, a representative came by the office (no one was there to receive him). Rather than pick up the cooler, he DROPPED OFF TWO MORE FULL BOTTLES OF WATER! This company is full of incompetent employees, but we can not be rid of them no matter how hard we try. Unfortunately now, we are turning to help from the Better Business Bureau to try and resolve this issues.
Customer service is terrible, if u call and have a complaint be ready to wait 45 minutes before u get any service... And they get delivery dates messed up
This place sucks the prices are high and the route drivers dont listen to what you tell them . They charge to much for a fuel surcharge and bottle deposit
Read the reviews folks steer clear of this place. Billing issues, delivery issues and no customer service . 1 star is too high
The customer service is just horrible. I have had customer rep after customer rep tell me that the previous person did not schedule accordingly and that they would FIX it. All I want to do is return my water cooler....sigh. I have been on this mission for 6 weeks now :(.
