Great Salesperson and great purchase experience. They order the mats for my truck and the rear mat fit perfectly. The front mats was oversized and did fit well.
Oil and tires rotated on my truck. Also asked fill with def. When I went to get in my truck def was spilled all down the side of my truck and was not even attempted to be cleaned off. I asked a mechanic to send the mechanic that did this out here and clean this off my truck. After waiting for a good while I found a can of glass cleaner in my truck and rag and cleaned it off best I could myself. The mechanic never came out instead he sent another person to deal with me and wanted go wash my truck. I refused to wait any longer on my truck. I understand spilling def but have some respect and take pride in your work and clean the mess up on the customers truck!! That’s not acceptable at all and fact the mechanic couldn’t even come out and say sorry I missed that or etc is not good buis! U don’t leave def spilled all over a truck and not clean it up. Lazy. And it wasn’t just a little it was all over the side and inside the filler.
Several problems this time. Why did the dealership put 0W20 in my car when the motor clearly states 10W30? Why do you charge a computer fee? That is ridiculous. And a shop fee??? That should all be part of the oil change. When the price says $49.95 with the coupon, the price should be $49.95 plus tax of course, not over $60. And we should have been contacted before using a different oil. We were sitting in the waiting area. We are not under warranty and dont have to get our oil changed there but in the past have been quite happy with Brown and have bought several vehicles there. Not this time.
I took my car in with an issue that my warranty would cover. Its a 2021 GMC Acadia, so its clearly still under warranty. I didnt purchase my car there and immediately because of that, the guy working at the service desk Rick Wyatt was rude to me and was very unresponsive. Afterwards I was informed on what my vehicle needed and wasnt informed on any follow up until I asked; to which he replied about a week. I waited a week taking him on his word even though I highly doubt it wouldve took that long. I called after a week just to receive any news because my car needs to be fixed, no answer, left a voicemail, no callback. Its been a couple days and still nothing. The whole issue behind not buying my car there is very petty and unprofessional. Warranty issues are supposed to be honored at any dealerships as long as the vehicle is still covered. I just really dont get the reason to be rude for that, if I even opened my mouth, it seemed to bother him; is that good customer service? No! I wouldnt want my company to be represented by someone like that, but after reading other reviews on service there it seems Im not the only one to be treated this way, and I will for sure be taking my car to be worked on elsewhere. Im honestly not the type of person to go out of my way to do a review, but thats how bad this experience was for me.
$351 for six spark plugs just labor not counting the price and spark plugs takes 30 to 45 minutes to change these they charged her three hours labor so do not take your vehicle to Brown Buick GMC they are crooks!🤮🤢.$800 labor do you charge to change a power steering pump wow yes I got screwed and be careful you might to Brown /GMC is out to get you.Do you not take your car to Brown Buick GMC any place else I’ll give you a fair honest price for maintenance for your vehicle.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation but when picking up my 2020 almost new truck was noticed they did not rotate tires. Was told by manager that some people like to just take their vehicle to Discount Tire and have it done there. So didnt get what I paid for.
I was traveling through Amarillo and and lost my AC on Friday night. With no appointment, I went in Saturday morning and not only did they have the part, they also fixed the compressor all before 2pm and got me back on the road. I cannot thank the service department enough for getting the AC fixed and getting me on my way. Much appreciated.
Very poor buying experience and feel slighted by the tag team sales persons. You work hard for your money and if you value it I would think better than spending it here. Buyers beware because they dont stand behind their sales. Just another bill in their pocket. Shop around too much pressure tactics here. Wont be back nor recommend Brown to anyone.The owner may care but it goes down hill from there.

Still cleaning up after tech got oil everywhere. Interior, exterior, and engine compartment. Your techs should have more pride in there work. May have got a better job from a quick lube place at less cost.

The buying process was easy.I got the car I wanted.. The payments I wanted Donovan the sales manager was great. My down payment did not reflect on my paperwork so he fixed that right away and redid my contract. I was told I can pick my car up after they serviced it and detailed it. I went to get my car before they closed and it never got detailed. Trash and dirt everywhere.Now after having the car for a few month I was planning a road trip so went to get a basic oil change and inspection. Was shown the tires were bolding on the in side so I ended up having to buy new tires already. The mechanic showed me the oil.. It was low and black. If they serviced the car when I bought it my oil should of not looked like that. So ended up having to pay for a engine flush and oil change. During the service they are supposed to replace the air filters. My mechanic showed me my cabin filter and it was filthy. For only having my car for 3 months I should not be having to put this much maintenance into it already. Around 500$ for new tires, engine flush, oil change and filters.Yesterday my check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone to test it on the machine to diagnose the issue so I knew before I dropped it off at the dealer since its under warranty to find out I needed a new gas cap and a purge valve replaced. Which the warranty does not cover. They charged me 125$ for the diagnostic and wanting to charge me 534$ to fix. 534$ to fix a 20$ gas cap.. And a 80$ valve that takes 20 min to replace. I YouTube it. Called another mechanic that quoted me 150$ to fix.On top of all this I get a letter in the mail stating I need to pay for a parking ticket dated a few days ago from Houston for the car I used as a trade in. Why is my info still attached to my old car that I traded into them?! Im becoming more annoyed with this car everyday!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! When you purchase a used car here they will tell you it has a thirty day warranty and 160 point inspection. This is a lie. I purchased a car there and the blinkers did not work. I took it back in the next day and they tried to accuse me of stealing the turn signal lights. It was outrageous to even accuse someone who just spent $10,000 at there dealership. Also they said they never told me about a warranty. Well I have the email and I will have my day in court. Also, we have only two miles on this car and the clutch is out, brakes are worn down and it has oil issues. If you don’t believe me call Aardvark automotive. They were shocked to see they sold an unsafe vehicle to a young man trying to make it to work and school. Still to this day they refuse to help in any way. DO NOT BUY HERE. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!! Response: you said I new about an oil leak and had the car for two weeks? You need to talk to your mechanics. They had my car in the shop the next day for two weeks trying to fix a blinker and the oil pan. You guys sold this car to my son promising it was a good and safe car. Integrity and honesty is all we asked.

I brought my brand new truck in for its 1st oil change and to address a squeal coming from the brakes. I was told by the service writer that it was a known issue and it would be looked at. Upon picking the truck up, I inquired as to what was done to fix the issue and he said nothing, there is no fix for the issue. It’s a $70k truck with squealing brakes in the 1st 5k miles of its life. That answer was unacceptable. I took it to another dealership the very next day and they replaced the pads front and rear no questions asked and no charge. It was a simple fix that somebody wasn’t interested in performing. I will not be back and will share this experience with everyone at every opportunity.
I made an appointment to get an oil change last Friday and I got one for mon. 8:30.. I had to wait until Monday at 5:30 to pick up my truck and there was an extra charge for testing the system with no conclusion
The wash job was a sham. Makes me concerned about the oil change.

We were traveling from Mn to Az when we had a check engine light come on. Frank & Todd in the service dept were so VERY helpful. We were able to get our truck in the next morning & by 1:30pm, we were back on the road-light free. They identified the problem, found the part elsewhere when they did not have one & fixed our problem. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Wish they had a location in Minnesota! Service ok someone talks to you as soon as they get a chance or notice you sitting in vehicle. Bad location of offices hard to see when people arrive. They have other customer service issues they should fix according to my opinion . They should offer a discount when you take your vehicle for repairs to GMC only.

My Mom was with me (who is 82) and she doesnt impress easily and Megan managed to impress her with her knowledge, not only of cars, but of the Buick and the Encore, in particular.Not to forget the financing team, I felt like they were working for me too. I traded up in Encores and managed to keep the same lease payment! Plus, the guys were fun and were willing to share their lunch. I never leave reviews for businesses, let alone bad reviews. I’m a pretty patient person but I’m at my last straw with the service department. Bought my 2010 Santa Fe from here and discovered it had an awful oil burning problem. I highly doubt I was the first to notice it, as the car was previously a rental car and had over 100,000 miles on it. I wasn’t warned that this could be a problem and probably really damaged my engine because of this. I’ve been trying to get it fixed and after months of oil consumption tests, the people in the service department have never been upfront with whats going to be done. I feel I haven’t been taken seriously throughout this whole process. The department is disorganized and lacks communication between both the customer and other service reps. I’m never buying another car from these guys again.

I was referred to Brown through a friend. I didnt have much knowledge of the place, but decided to give them a try. I worked with a salesman named Moses Sanchez, he made the process very simple and I was able to get the car I wanted. He wasnt just a salesman, he is a friend and he will show you that within the first 5 minutes of meeting him. 3 months later we returned to purchase a car for my wife and once again he help us find a great deal on the vehicle she wanted. The finance managers were very friendly and werent pushy in anyway. They have gone above and beyond to help us out with our purchases and we plan to to use brown for any and all of our future purchases.

I initially contacted them through their Website. They were prompt to reply. The sales guys Ramon and Tom were both very helpful. Tom ended up being my sales guy only after he got the ok from Ramon, which was very considerate of him. Tom truly seemed to care more about helping me as a person and making sure I was happy with making the purchase instead of being high pressure. He was very patient when I tested drove the car to my mechanic. He was able to work with the finance dept to get me the car that I wanted within my budget and payment needs. I am very happy with the experience and with Brown Auto Group. They have all provided wonderful customer service. I would highly reccommend them!!
Dropped off our Chevy Captiva to find why the check engine light was on they told us it was the gas cap It cost us 168.00 and told us it was fixed we picked it up and drove 12 miles and the check engine light came back on.We took it back and was told it was the o2 sensor which had already been installed by me. We decided to take it and had to wait about 10 minutes for the mechanic to bring the keys back from another road test. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Weve bought and had vehicles serviced at this dealer for several years. Theyve always been very professional and easy to work with. I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated on my Yukon, and the dealership gave me a loaner car for the day. They serviced it for free under the warranty, and even washed it for me.

I bought a used 2008 enclave drove it less then a 1000 miles and the transmission failed sent a message that I wanted to speak with the owners, the executive manager kyle contacted me went to talk with him and he was very rude, they tried to get me to trade it back in and pay them 2000, I was informed that the transmission was under warranty call them back they told me my Vin was not covered Eben though the warranty didnt have a vintage specification, had to get a loan to have vehicle fixed and now 4 months later buick has sent me a letter telling me to take it to the dealership that the transmission is going to fail and its covered. So why wouldnt brown do the warranty work In the first place
John Thurlow was way too rude and aggressive trying to sell us a car. Not only was he super pushy, trying to tell us we need to be there in person to get a price, but also lied about what they paid on the trade in price.Not to mention cutting us off on the phone to remark You dont know what you are talking about! before we could even finish our sentence.Not only that, but they priced the car way above KBB and NADA.... Horrible and rude place.We ended up with a newer car, priced way less then what these guys were trying to get out of us. You are better off going absolutely ANYWHERE else.

Being on a budget, I figured there was no way I would be able to get a high end automobile. I stopped by for a software update on my enclave on my way passing through town. The rep and cashier were great. However, the service tech failed to put the clips back that hold the glove box in place. I found the clips in the passenger seat when I got in the vehicle. In my trying to locate where they went the glove box fell completely to the floor when I opened it. Fortunately I didnt have them do any repairs that might have been safety related. They also tried to tell me my ac compressor was about to go out. I have had it checked by my regular master mechanic since and he indicated there is no way they would be able to tell by simple obsevation. Furthermore, while I was waiting for servicing, I test drove a truck I was interested in and the sales manager Chris ask me what I wanted to spend on it, then wouldnt even give me a price and said he didnt want to sell it to me after the test drive.

Horrible customer service rep (acted like we bothered her the entire time), horrible service manager (would not even come talk to my husband the day we had to come back up there bc you didnt fix the recall right the first time! If I knew I had a customer who was upset and coming back I would make sure to make things right... Not being willing to come out of your office see showed how much you dont care about your customers).... I will go elsewhere in town from now on. You lost a customer and I will not hesitate to tell others about the horrible experience!
This lot is combined with one that sells Subarus as well. Brown Subaru. I test drive a few different Subarus here the other day. It was later in the evening during the week when i visited. There seemed to be no one at the dealership but our salesperson which was a little strange, but he was nice enough.

This dealer has the worst service department in the Texas Panhandle. Took my wifes 2008 GMC Acadia, advised them to look at the vvt valve on the intake. They then charged me 100.00 to clean my intake out with (Brake Cleaner). Very rude and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to any other dealer.
