I am concerned with the type of service my vehicle has been receiving. Technicians are stating that they are performing a job but in reality they are not . This is very concerning. Us customers rely on autonation with our vehicles to perform the routine maintenance and to come and find out some of the work has not been happening. But they still put complete on the paperwork. This makes me wonder what other corners they are cutting. I requested to speak with the manager but I havent heard from nobody....10-28-21 Ive been trying to reach mangament but in just getting a run around. Is there a corporate number that you can give me??

I left my truck from 8 am and paid for the repairs the next afternoon at 2 pm. I started the truck and realized that the sensors had not been fixed. The new wipers I paid for were lying in the floor. I waited for 2 hours while they tried to figure out why the 4 tire sensors were not programmed. The manager offered to rent a car for me and said it would be some time this week before they had a part they ordered to fix it. Less than 2 minutes later, a mechanic tried to hand me the keys and told me that the truck was ready. ( I was still there because I was waiting for a ride home).

I brought my corvette in for a simple oil change. It was overfilled at least 2-3 quarts!! What certified tech doesn’t check the dipstick after changing it? I noticed this because my oil temp went up to 250 on the highway! I reached out to a service advisor to confirm how much was put in and she went to lunch rather than calling me back! The service mgr called and confirmed it was overfilled along with being rude and disrespectful! My safety and car’s performance were jeopardized out on the interstate, many miles from the nearest service station. The only saving grace was Jimmy Allen, the location mgr, said anything will be covered on my engine if a seal or anything breaks. Thank goodness this didn’t happen to a senior citizen or someone that didn’t know the wiser. Can’t believe it, need I say more?!

Sent an email about a Jeep Wednesday morning, they emailed back right away asking if they could call, we said sure. We told them we needed to get a car pretty quick because I was starting a new job and we were interested in the Jeep. They sent a credit application which I filled out and sent right back. About 30 minutes later, a different salesman called saying our original salesman had gone home sick and that he’d be helping us. So my husband explained everything all over again about needing a vehicle quickly and we’re interested in the Jeep and told him we already sent back the credit application. He said he’d get right back to us. He called an hour later and answered a simple sales tax questions but still had no information on the application. We waited all day, no call. I have an app that tells me when my credit was run, and they didn’t run it all on Wednesday. Waited until 3pm the next day (Thursday), my husband calls the salesman again. He seemed to have completely forgotten who we were etc. He says he’ll call right back about the credit application. He calls back ten minutes later just to ask a question that we’d already answered 3-4 times. Says he’ll call back shortly with results. Nothing. Thursday morning I also had an email from the sales manager saying they’re waiting to hear from us? And that it’s ok if we got busy with other things, just let them know if we still want the Jeep. I email back that we have been waiting all this time for the salesman to call US back. No reply. They did run my credit on Thursday. This morning, I realize the Jeep has been taken off their website. So I email the salesman asking if the Jeep is even still there because we’re still interested and would like to know what’s going on? No response, now they’re just ignoring me. It’s clear that I lost my chance at buying that Jeep because they took so long to do anything. And now they won’t even face the music. Terrible customer service. It’s things like this why I usually only buy from individuals vs a dealership. So now I have an inquiry on my credit record for no reason whatsoever. Ridiculous.

After replacing my airbag recall they told me that my truck was being washed. I thought to myself thats great! Whenever it got to me it had been RINSED..... I wasnt expecting it in the first place. So if they werent going to do a good job they shouldnt have even done it. Windshield was still full of bugs.

This was the second time i had been in for a oil change. The first time i was 30 mins early for my scheduled appointment and i was there 2 1/2 hours. I talked with the service manager as well as the general manager and both ask for me to give them another chance because they were working thru some problems so i agreed not to give them a low review. Well the second time was not much better. First in line as the doors opened. There was 1 yes 1 person there. Had to wait till he cleared the bays so you could drive in. Then when he got all the paperwork done my pick-up sat there for 15 more mins till someone showed up to get it. We are now 45 mins from opening time. They did get my truck out in about a hour or a little longer but once again it sat in the bay for another 30 mins. before they got me to the counter. At that time there was only 2 service writers there. I tried to give them my service but there is no service there. This was just a oil change!! I cant even imaging how it would be if it was something more major. I own a Toyota and there service is great maybe someone needs to look at how they do business. I most likely will not be back.

Had a recall notice so took vehicle in. It was completed in a few hours so that was great. Then before I left I saw a piece of the dash not put together correctly. Immediately went back in and they fixed it so that was good. On way home tried to adjust the vent and it wouldn’t. Looking closer whole piece of dash around vents wasn’t put back together correctly. Turned back around and wasted another hour. Bought this vehicle from same place in 2008. Makes me wonder though if the work done under the dash with the air bags is done correctly after have it to take it back twice.

We already had financing and an idea of what we wanted and he made sure to make the rest as quick and painless as possible and even stayed a little late to get everything finished. First time being here and it was a good experience with an oil change. Update::: I took my truck in here a couple of weeks ago for some minor issues really. Radio and window controls. I swear no one looked at it for one. But they were quick to charge me 100 bucks for it sitting there all day. I was told I would get a call on what it would cost to repair it. No, not a call. Got a call from a main gmc/Chevy lady and she was like oh sorry for the problems Ill get a service manager or something to call you. And, wait for it.....nothing this was about three weeks ago. Im starting to question if my oil change the very first time I was here was done right. Guess I have to go out of Amarillo to get good service.

The worst experience trying to buy a new vehicle. My salesman was Isaac de la Cruz. At first he seemed great. Then I started getting the run around. They ran my credit 11 different times in 2 days. And he acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Then when I asked to see the deal sheet it was radio silence. Never again will I go here.

I took my Jeep in to be service. They did a great job working on my vehicle. Everything working very well. My complaint-I had a cup full of change in the console. No one other than myself and this service department has been in my vehicle. I am single and my children are grown. Anyway I keep the cup of change in there for whenever the need arises. I KNOW how much I have because i am always weeding out the pennies. I noticed a good amount of change is missing. Maybe eight dollars worth. I know this is just a few dollars and its petty, its just the principle of the thing. There was no reason for the mechanic or anyone else to be in my console as no repair access is located there which only means someone was going through my things other than to make repairs. This was VERY disappointing to me. Like I mentioned its just the principle of the thing. The old adage, One bad apple Does spoil the whole bunch. I will not be back.

It’s the second time I’ve had an appointment before 8am and tried to get info on vehicle after 2pm just to find out just now being checked or next in line after hours I the shop!What the $@&$ is an appointment for? I even read codes and give TSB a week before appointment. When called phone rang literally 100 times before answer and then put on hold for 45 minutes then called back while still on hold to be told again just being checked out at 4pmLeft message on VM of service advisor at 2 pm and finally received a call back 15 minutes before closing stating it is now ready and the problem was the TSB that was stated almost a week before dropping it off!!A simple 3 wire splice fix!!Ridiculous

For starters, it was serviced on 4-21, not 4-22. I had to bring it back on 4-23 because of a very loud whistling noise coming from the air conditioner. They never told me what it was but I assume it had something to do with the cabin air filter not being put back in correctly during inspection.

Its very very disappointing.. I made the appointment on a day when I was going to be able to get the day from work.. When I called to make the appointment they asked if I needed a loaner and I said yes. The appointment was at 7:30 in the morning and we brought the vehicle it took them 1 hour to get it off of the tow bar.. nobody wanted to help... and throughout the day there was no phone calls from the dealership, I had to call the dealership to see what was going on with my vehicle...and I still had no call back and I had to call a third time and when I arrived at the dealership they ended up telling me that it wasnt until friday that they could do anything.. until the keys came in.. they did not have a loner for me and told me to go rent a vehicle and that there was nothing they can do, sorry.. Soo.. After everything they ended up getting everything done the next day and also at a great price.. Jimmy is the best and glad he was there to help.

Just wanted to give a shout out to James and Conner in the service department. My Dad had Covid and was recovering when my Mom passed away from Covid. He was not in a good state of mind. My Dad was trying to get his car started and messed up something with the battery and called the Chevy team in tears. They sent James to his house to get the car started and did not charge my Dad anything. He has told everyone he knows about how great they treated him. He then went to buy a battery from them and they we so nice to him. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my Daddy!

This was the worst shop experience Ive ever had. My car was to get a push button installed and it took them 2 months to figure this out with my insurance claim. They would tell me next week it will be done and come next week not done. Finally my insurance call to tell me the shop finished up with my car. This was a Monday around 4pm so I went by on Tuesday and they said nope were not done waiting on a part and hopefully we will be done by Friday and we will call you. Friday came no call so Monday I got up there and still not done waiting on a part. At this point Im so frustrated with them. So they tell me it starts but but the part we are waiting for is on back order so we dont know when we will get it but u can take ur car. I chose them because my vehicle is a chevy cruze and there a chevy dealer ship so my expectations was this would be a quick fix. I was so wrong and that was the worst experience ever and I will never take any of my vehicles there for any reason or recommend autonation services to anyone. My car still not done a week later this is the way I received my vehicle.

I live out of town and purchased a truck from this dealership, almost immediately I knew something was wrong with the vehicle and attempted to bring it back. I was put into contact with the service department and was told there was nothing they could do for me, two days after the sale. I called and called the salesman, finance manager and general manager and left several messages for a call back which quickly turned into messages of intent to return the vehicle and I was never called back. I finally took off of work drove 100 miles to Amarillo, and just showed up to the service office where my claims were completely dismissed. The vehicle is not a quality vehicle and I am stuck with it because they ignored my contact attempts past the warranty period. I will absolutely NEVER do business with this company ever again.

My door handle was broke when I bought the car. They said warranty wouldn’t cover to fix the handle. When I went to pick up my vehicle they had admitted to ripping the door handle off the rest of way but refuse to fix it now I can’t even open the drivers side door and yet it not their problem also my radio worked just fine when I took my car to have it fixed and my radio also no longer works. I believe they should be responsible for these repairs. Only thing I can really say positive is the lady that helped me was very nice and understanding of why I was upset.

From the moment I arrived Serena was so very sweet and informed me of what was going to happen with my vehicle. Selena made sure to let the tech know my engine light was on and for them to look at that after they complete the recall. Selena made sure to let me know I was more than welcome to wait there or come back at a later time to pick up my truck.When I arrived back to pick up my vehicle I asked Serena some questions about the warranty on my truck and she walked me through all the coverage. Perfect transaction except we did most of the deal over the phone. When I showed up 3 days later to pick up the vehicle it still wasn’t ready. After waiting over an hour the salesman said they were ready to start signing paperwork. At that point I’d still never seen the vehicle face to face or even drove it. I refused to sign anything until they brought me the vehicle to inspect for myself.
