I dont know what to really say about this place. For one I know I arrived a bit closer to closing time. Sorry I have to work. The guy kind of seemed lost. I was looking at a truck that retails evidently at 39k but they were selling it for 35k with 80000 plus miles on it. But they didnt really want to make a good deal and seemed not to really care the whole way through. I didnt go there just to hang out I went there for business. But save yourself a trip in all honesty. Go to the bigger dealerships or some of the smaller ones in amarillo that want a sale. Didnt even offer a test drive or anything. So save yourself some time.

Usually I like going to this place but this time, not so much. Ive been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for awhile now but just haventfound the one yet. I thought I had found it here but the young salesman made it clear that his phone was more important than me. He also acted like he thought I couldnt afford the one I was looking at. I probably wont be going back there even if the do have the one Ive been looking for.

Bought a vehicle not too long ago from this place and i couldnt be more happier, initially i had an issue when i picked up the car but Travis went out of his way to help me resolve it.Very helpful staff and just a pleasure to do business, will defiantly buy another vehicle in the future!

Bought f150 xlt . First rain and back window leaked. Now there is a water line where headliner got soaked. Check oil after day of purchased and it was black. Air filter dirty.

Not a place I would go back to. ...Deals not that good....but to each his own

Went looking for an SUV to fit our large family and Herb and Travis did us right. They got us into a car that fit our family and our budget with no pressure. One of the easiest and more enjoyable (as enjoyable as a car sale could be) sales experiences I have had. We will definately be looking here next year when it is time for our daughter to get her 1st car. Thanks!Update: After purchasing our car, the fan clutch went out (one day after purchase). I called ToT and spoke with Travis about it. He told me to take it to Terry at Miller (Who is also top class) and he would take care of me. If I could give 6 stars I would. This is my go to place for buying vehicles now. Top notch.

Just purchased 2 vehicles here. LOVE the fact they did not harrass us as we were browsing their lot and prices were on the windows. We test drove at least 4 vehicles without a salesman talking in the backseat the whole time. The prices were fair to very fair and they were open to negotiations on pricing. Inside, their facilities were clean and they offered refreshments while we were talking. We will be back anytime we are in need of a vehicle. Such a difference between other car salesman and lots.

I would not do business here. Both the older and younger man in the two offices are very dishonest.-They tried to hide the fact that the check engine light was on in the truck I was interested by resetting it BEFORE we got there (it was in their shop as we drove in). Luckily, the light came on during the test drive and then they tried to deny any wrong doing.-They did not think the Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds was a good source for pricing vehicles. These are commonly accepted and are used frequently so they didnt want to negotiate further on the overpriced used car.-They also tried to lie about how long the car had been in the lot (they said 3 weeks when another worker said 2 months).-Then, the younger guy did a code reading for the check engine light. He said the problem was minor, but I would not believe them for a second because they were not trust worthy. For all I knew, they made up the code and the damage was actually major.Ill never know because I ran out of there quick. Dont do business here unless you want to be lied to and treated like you dont know anything about cars.

I just bought my jeep from here, best car dealership Ive been too. The staff was really nice and honest. Would do business here again, no doubt.

I Recently bought a truck from here, very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I would recommend looking/buying here before you go to a large dealership. Overall a quick and painless buying experience.

Couldnt get any help to look at the truck I wanted to see. Shouldnt have to go inside to find someone especially when your kid is in toe. Really liked the black raptor and was a serious taker on it but to bad no one wanted to come help us.

These guys are awesome! Super cool showroom. They have a great selection of used trucks and suvs and theres no pressure at all. They are super friendly.

I would not even mark one star if it gave me that choice. The 2010 Buick Enclave we got for my son to move 2000 miles away is a lemon. A blown engine after only two weeks. The poor kid just made his first payment yesterday. My husband left a review the day it happened. I was the one with my son. Trapped in Illinois for a week, and then Ohio for two days with different issues. We all feel stupid for buying from you.

Purchased an Enclave with 77k miles and they advised SUV had been certified by Brown Buick and they had bought it from them. After 2 weeks the engine is blown and needs to be replaced haven’t even made the first payment yet!

Great people to deal with! We will be back!
