Same experience as Kerri below. The customer service here is terrible! At least within the service department. Jimmi Juarez does not answer his office phone and he will not return phone calls. So then we tried to get in touch with Jimmi’s manager, Rudy, and have received the same.. no return phone calls! I’m having reoccurring issues with my running boards not working properly. My cars been in the shop for it once already and it was not fixed. Now I can’t even get them to call me back so I can schedule yet another service.

If you expect efficient, fast service from service department; as advertised on tv;YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET IT. We’ve been waiting over 10 days for service on new 2021 Lincoln nautilus. Almost no communication from service department.

Brandon was awesome, didnt feel pressured got us in a vehicle we liked and could afford. Definitely recommend coming to see them, I know we will be back.
