Worst service ever. Took in our truck for repairs 5 times for the same thing and it didnt get fixed once. We had to go to Clovis to get the repairs done. They took care of it all in one visit. We gave them.another chance and tried to order parts. They ordered the wrong parts. For 2 completely different vehicles.We will not be returning.

Let the ball drop. Pinpointed a van we needed for work. Never received photos as they stated would happen. We were told this vehicle was on its way so wait so they can get back to us. Then it had to go in the shop. Told us to wait. Just here waiting to buy. Just to have them sell it to someone else. Explained that we wanted the van and that this was for sure. Horrible. I do not recommend buying a new vehicle from this place. I have taken my car back twice for a sensor malfunction that have accused me of being in an accident, when there is no damage to the vehicle. The service manager is terrible and has terrible customer service skills. My car is still under warranty yet they don’t want to even take the time to fix it. After I drove out of the lot, I realized my hood wasn’t shut all the way, and the airbag cover was partially off. If you want a Nissan, I suggest you go elsewhere. The service is absolute trash.

First maintenance appointment went great! They were fast, professional and very courteous.

Worst experience ever. We gave them a two and a half hour heads up we were in our way, saleswoman said the vehicle would be detailed when we arrived, paperwork ready so we could show up, sign, and go. As we arrive, the vehicle is barely being pulled off the lot to go into detail, the saleswoman grabs our trade in keys and disappears. She would text me updates but only came back to her office twice. We finally decide we had waited long enough, we ask for our keys to leave, she tells us it’s not much longer and walks off. We wait 20 min for her to come back, she doesn’t, I go to reception to ask to speak to a manager. I explain the situation to him and my frustrations, he laughs, challenges me to arm wrestle for it, assuming my keys, as a joke. I ask him for me keys and he still won’t give them to me. I have to threaten to get the police involved just to get my keys back. The saleswoman finally shows up with keys in hand, and asks why we are frustrated. My wife begins to explain her frustration and she accuses my wife of yelling at her. My daughter sat there and watched this unfold and even mentioned no one ever raised their voice. The saleswoman then slams our keys on a table so we can leave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Amarillo location at all whatsoever. Management on down, is horrible. There was one exception, one salesman apologized for our experience and even offered to help find our keys. Horribly run dealership

The mechanics dont know what they are doing, I had to pay $156. for them to tell me that my timing belt needed to be fixed which they were going to charge me $2500. To fix, I took my car to another mechanic and it was the fuel pump, that only cost $120. Glad I trusted my own judgement!

The process was smooth and fast, no added fees or charges, just pure integrity and outstanding customer service! I get my oil changed routinely here. The staff is nice and it gets done quickly but they usually forget to fill my tires with air as their report says they did. Yesterday they said they would turn the maintenance reminder off, however they forgot to do that as well. When I called to ask them to do that from the parking lot, they said they just closed and to bring it back tomorrow. Less than exempliery service especially since I live an hour out of town.

But anyways I gave them a week notice and told them what I wanted they ran my credit told me how much I needed down we agreed and told them I would be up there next week to sign. Called Billy the day before he I asked are you sure we are good to go he said yes just bring check. Took off work drove 200 miles round trip called him when I left my house. Got there he didn’t have any of my papers and apprently didn’t even run my credit. Right off the bad he was trying to get me into a frontier I said no and around his third try he told me well you can take their frontier or call it quits and go home. So I went home wasted a day of work and 200 miles. Don’t do business with them or at least Billy

I went in for an oil change & routine checks. I knew my tires also needed replacement but hadnt had time to get that done They gave me a quote that was cheaper than the my usual discount tire place. I was able to get everything completed in one visit, on my day off no less. I also utilized the shuttle service to get my shopping done while the services were completed. Customer service was great as always.

We had a decent experience. I got the vehicle I wanted after shopping online and at the price and payment we wanted. It was made known y’all wouldn’t be making money on my purchase and I felt it was obvious. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle overnight, which I was thankful for except that it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas and was not “detailed”. I assumed this would be remedied after purchased, it was not. After we made the “deal” and signed papers, which the finance guy was amazing and very friendly and was able to get us where we needed to be with payments and the gap insurance, we were sent outside to wait for our new to us vehicle. We waited over 45 minutes, which is fine because they fixed a nail in the tire for us, but it was more the feeling of it all. I also assumed they would have at least filled up the vehicle for us, especially since It was given to me to test drive on a 1/4 of a tank, but it wasn’t and maybe that’s on me for assuming, I did not say anything as we didn’t discuss it as part of the deal, but after a few days of having my truck it has bothered me. We just bought a new vehicle from another dealership in town and the customer service blew McGavock away, they detailed the vehicle 3 different times for us, twice before purchase and once after as well as they filled up the tank before we test drove it, after we bought it and had us come back for the 3rd detail and filled it up again. I don’t know if this is the difference of buying a new vehicle versus used or just difference in dealerships. This is my first time buying a used vehicle so maybe things are different, but every time they always fill it up. The staff were all friendly enough and I was able to purchase the truck I wanted at the price I wanted, but after the fact I don’t feel as if we were treated as a valued customer.

Ive been to several dealerships in 3 different states and every one that I have been to has been a bad experience with the salesman. He was extremely polite from the beginning and he never lied to us. He didnt try to force us to buy a car and he didnt push us either. Our circumstances were a little different on the car buying process and we had to wait a little bit for paperwork and down payment and all that. So he placed the car that we were wanting in sold so that we could get it as soon as our paperwork and down payment came in. My wife and I are super grateful for everything they did for us. This is the second time we’ve used McGavock Nissan Amarillo to service my 2012 Murano. Both times we received great customer service. Details of car issues were explained thoroughly. We never felt pressure to get repairs done at their facility or to get all suggested repairs done right then - but all the repairs we have done were done in a timely manner. Courtesy shuttle drivers are nice and accommodating. My Murano is close to having 200,000 miles, and I will continue to use McGavock Nissan Amarillo to help me keep it running for as long as possible.
