I wish I would have read the reviews before we made any purchase here. We stopped at the lot while driving by one weekend and we saw a Can Am in the lot. My fiancé got down and test drove it and the sales guy told him they were selling it for $8,995, we told them we would think about it. When we got home we got on their website and saw they had it advertised at $7,990, so my fiancé called them back on Monday and told them we would take it if they would sell it for the price they have on the website and they said okay. They asked for $2,000 down or a 4 wheeler that my fiancé mentioned we had. So we paid $500 over the phone so they could hold the Can Am for us for 2 weeks until we were able to drive up to Amarillo again and pay off the rest. One week later on a Friday we drove back to sign the paper work and my fiancé was overly excited that he didn’t pay attention to how much they sold it to him for. They also told us that they were going to take care of title fees and all but it was all a lie. Even the lady from the bank loan told me that the $2,000 we gave down wasnt even included in the total we signed for. I called and asked for the salesperson who’s name was on the paperwork just so that Royal could tell me he had just quit. Royal said he never agreed with my finance for the $7,990 as advertised on their website and that it must have been a mistake on their guy who works on their website. Royal said that I was more than welcome to purchase another Can Am they have for $7,995. They took the Can Am off from the website and never was their two Can Ams on the website or on the lot. He wasn’t pleasant to speak with over the phone and he wasn’t trying to help me out whatsoever. He kept telling me people make mistakes and I said not a $2,000 mistake and Royal stated, “if you think about it $2,000 is not that much money”. They couldn’t keep their end on the deal while we kept ours. I understand we are all human and we make mistakes but this is suppose to be a professional setting where $2, $5, even $100 would be a mistake but not $2000, so if you want to give away your hard-working money away this is the car lot to be at.

Pretty good place prices are on the high on their vehicles but Justin and his motorcycle are out of this world and he will work with you in any way he can go see him.

Bought my truck from Royal 2 years ago and Royal went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect on my truck. He had his guy detail it to the point my 2002 truck shined like it was brand new. There was a few issues with my truck after the purchase, but Royal took care of it. He didnt have to considering it was a used truck so its an as is sale. Will definitely buy from Royal again!!!!!

Great experience with Western Motor Ranch. They have great financing options and a good variety of selections. I was able to find a less expensive truck for my work and I had to finance it. Having less than great credit they had a solution for me that works. Also gave me a warranty that helped. If you find a car that you need or like they will get you in it. Well first off these guys worked a miracle to get me into a 17000$ truck with terrible credit and I thank them for that! But on the same note after buying the truck I was pulled over and given a warning for no tail light which isn’t a big deal except when going to replace the bulb I find out only 1 light on the back of the pickup works I had to spend 40$ in bulbs and almost 200$ in a tailight wiring harness that had been corroded and didn’t work and I still do not have all working lights it’s 24 hrs after purchase and it already has to go into the shop just to be road legal! I plan on calling them Monday morning and discussing this with them and I will update this review accordingly hopefully they help with fixing this I should have double checked but when you buy a truck a worth 17k I kinda just assumed they would have made sure the lights worked and it would pass the inspection that they had performed the same day and it wouldn’t have to be going to the shop just to be road legal

Just got my car and Im so happy!!! Im glad I decided to stop an give a look. The sales process was fast and the sales guy was really polite.
