Best customer experience ever. Definitely a nice way to end the day, drinking a Signature drink called the Aztec Mocha and a book in hand. Such a cute place to hang out, chill music playing in the background. Very spacious to hang out with friends. Made my day, already want to go back. Big shout out to our Baristas on their customer service.

This is a nice place to hang out for business or catch up with friends and family. There is plenty of seating. They have a good pastry selection. The coffees taste amazing. The staff were all nice and accommodating. We ordered the Palace Shake and it was one of the best shakes I have ever tasted! We will be back soon.

We drove cross country and stopped by this shop because we were looking for specialty coffee and found Palace Coffee Company. I had a pour over and it wasn’t good.. the beans felt burned and the pour over was flavorless. Either not well extracted or just bad beans.. I would want to come back and give it another try! Maybe another barista would do better.

We love this local coffee company! Every time we are in Amarillo we make sure to visit. Not only do they have good coffee, but they also encourage kindness and support local organization. This location has plenty of seating and plugs, but the seats are not very comfortable for a long stay.

First time in Amarillo, first time at Palace Coffee! Passing through on a road trip home. The barista was so friendly, and suggesting the Honey Badger was much appreciated; it was so good! Had to grab a mug to take home and show it off so everyone I know will know where to get their coffee if they are ever in the area! Keep it up Palace! :)

Amazing coffee made by great people! Sadly I forgot the name of the gentleman that made our two 1:1s, started with a D. But he was very helpful and made great coffee, we ended up buying a bag as well! I wish I lived closer to drink coffee here more often. But Ill certainly be back!

Had the pleasure of getting some of the best coffee from two of the kindest employees who do your travel coffee (came with Dr. Sparkmans office to Pampa) . Greyson and David went above and beyond! Definitely out-going and friendly! Will be visiting again for some of the best coffee in town.

Drove through Amarillo and wanted something different than Starbucks. I had the lavender latte and it was so fragrant and yummy. It can be hard to find a good lavender latte but they have one. I wanted to get some breakfast but their pastries were empty all before 8 AM. Overall great coffee that will make me stop back in on my way back through town.

Edit: upgrading review to 5 stars because of how friendly the staff is here. This is now my go-to for coffee every time I come through Amarillo.Coffee is probably the best in town. They make a pretty solid pour over and their espresso drinks are good. The coffee shop itself is nice inside with a cool ambiance. Definitely recommend stopping here if youre going through Amarillo and needing a coffee fix.

Stopped in for an afternoon coffee. First time trying Palace coffee. I had the honey badger and it was great!! Impressed it was subtle & not overly sweet. It was just right, no adjustment needed. Highly recommend. Nice seating areas. Everyone wearing a mask & being mindful of one another. 💗

I always stop by Palace on my way through Amarillo and Im never disappointed. Theres less pretense here than in another coffee roaster nearby and this vibe appeals to me more. The single-origin beans and roasts are high quality and I always leave with a bag or two. Of special note on this latest stop, though, was the snickerdoodle cookie. It quite possibly might be the best snickerdoodle Ive ever eaten.

This place was great, really enjoyed the mocha with almond milk and the thin mint mocha (lattes). I would recommend this place. Also, has a great hipster/cool/Seattle coffee house vibe to it on the inside.

Best coffee in Amarillo in my opinion. I usually get black coffee or a latte and it is always on point. I got a banana nut bread today and it tasted homemade like grandma used to make. The atmosphere is relaxed and they have nice music playing.

Palace is always 🔥, experience and quality arent things you should worry about here, so let me give you a few of my favorite suggestions.Coffee: simple- Drip/pour over less simple: a One and One or a latte with Vanilla. Sweet - a Melty, or a Flannel are always nice!Non Coffee: Golden Chai, Chai with half and half, Topo Chico.

One of my favorite places to be! Service is amazing. Coffee is exceptional. House made syrups are fabulous!! (Lavender is my personal favorite!) Seasonal menus are always an exciting twist. Cinnamon rolls & other baked things from Uptown Sweet Shoppe are delish. As a regular, it feels a bit like CHEERS—where everybody knows your name!! I can’t say enough great things about Palace!! 🖤

I came here for the first time while in town and was surprised by how lovely it smelled inside. The dark chocolate latte was extremely acidic and was so unpleasant I was unable to finish it. My boyfriend, however, got the seasonal smores drink (I dont quite remember the name) and it was very rich and sweet, exactly how youd imagine a smores drink would taste. I will more than likely come back but will definitely try ordering something different.

I stopped by this place today on my way to California. I felt like I had walked into one of my L.A. coffee shops. Chill, hipster vibes. 😎😄Austin, one of the baristas, was very helpful and kind. I ended up getting an iced flannel, which was delicious! It wasnt too sweet and the roast was spot on. I hope to stop by again some day should I be in the area.

Palace is no longer the local business it used to be. I came in a couple minutes ago to take a test and brought in an outside drink. One of the employees let me know that outside drinks were not allowed which was no big deal, I threw it away. I sat back down and he came up again asking if I was planning on buying something. I told him I was going to and he replied good, huffed, and walked away. He treated me like a homeless man asking for bread and free water. I gathered my things, tossed the pen I’d borrowed on the counter and left. As he told me not to throw things and to never come back.It wasn’t busy and people didn’t need the table. I was just trying to take a test and would have bought a couple drinks over the next couple hours like I always do. I hadn’t had breakfast and needed something other than coffee before doing the test.

Where coffee is a work of art. The best dirty chai I have had in ages!

The lattes are exceptional! Always coming up with something new and fun, and always taste great!!However, every time I’ve gotten a pour over in the last month, they’ve been less than stellar: they’re consistently under extracted and end up worse than the drip coffee, and I often wait 10 minutes for it. Something like a Clever brewer would allow them more consistency, better taste, and significantly faster turn around. Definitely not worth what they’re charging given the quality. If you like exceptional coffee, stick with the drip or go to Evocation.

We love Palace. The atmosphere is great and the coffee is delicious. We love going in for drinks and buying whole bean to brew every morning. Palace does so much to spur kindness in our community and we are so blessed to have them in Amarillo.

Dont let the boring strip mall surroundings fool you. Palace is the spot. The aesthetic is fully thought out, from the signature logo to the industrial decorations to the understated trays and mugs. The coffee is flavorful, offering expert execution of classic cafe drinks. The pastries are small but delicious. And the environment has ample seating with soft music. Its not unusual to see a mix of people socializing and studying. Palace is cool but casual. Great spot for coffee or hangs.

This place is fricking amazing as soon as I walked in, i immediately noticed the aroma and calming energy of the place. The drinks are fantastic, and this place is an amazing place to go study or get work done!

He’s skilled in the art of genuine communication and he’s always willing to lend his ear to listen to anybody and everybody. Honestly if I can leave zero starts I would in a heart beat, due to review I cannot. The place is clean and looks nice but they had a very long line of people and to my surprise there is only 1 person working. The coffee here is the worst Ive ever had in my life, it was really sour and bitter! When you first bite into the cinnamon roll, thinking it was fresh, the cinnamon roll was hard like a rock with no flavor and dry Im pretty sure they were older than a week. Ive had fresher bread from gas station that was pre package. This place was very disappointing....

If you are a coffee fan you must go here! l had heard good things about it from a couple friends and how it had won best coffee shop in the US so l made sure to check it out on our road trip. The coffee is great and the space is really awesome with a very modern aesthetic.

Today was my first time coming to Palace, I am from Phoenix but am here visiting my sister. I had the chai tea latte and it was absolutely phenomenal, my sister had the lemonade and it was the best I have ever tasted!! The service was so good, everyone was so friendly, coffee places can sometimes be snobby - not this place! I also loved the spacious feel inside, there was enough room around the tables to give you a sense of personal space. I definitely want to go back before I leave Texas! Thank you!

I do a lot of traveling throughout the North Texas area and South Texas area and in my travels its interesting to try to find a coffee house that brews as well as Palace. The knowledge that the staff has here about the Coffee Bean The Brew method and flavor profiles is fantastic they simply do their homework. Thats really nice to know that you can come and enjoy a cup of coffee or something exotic this always provides a great morning, a great afternoon, or a great evening I bring friends here all the time and they are simply amazed. My love and i stopped by for something diffrent then we normally get. Employee was extremely wanting to help in making a choice and very patient.

Pretty frustrated. Ordered a lavender breve which is over $6. When they called it out for pick up didnt say the flavor so I asked the server if he added the syrup. He said he did but I couldnt taste test it because its too hot. So I trust it and leave. Here I sit with a breve that does not have the syrup in it.

Best coffee shop in in town

Not sure what to think about my most recent visit to Palace. First of all, I really do like this place. I meet friends for coffee here usually weekly. My 11 yr old, however, likes the frappes from Roasters. So, last week when I took him to spend time with some out-of-town friends, we grabbed a frappe for him on the way, and we ordered our drinks when we arrived -- thats four Palace drinks in all. We sat down on one of the couches, and it wasnt long before one of the baristas came to tell us we couldnt have his drink in the shop, citing that its against health code. We quietly complied, and didnt really have cause to take issue with her reasoning...except for the fact that there were several waters in the shop clearly brought in fromthe outside that werent being addressed. This leads me to believe that the real problem was that we had brought in a competing local companys labeled drink. If thats the case, it seems like a matter of insecurity.PS: This is the first and only complaint Ive had with this establishment.

Wow anyone who appreciates the craft of coffee and espresso will not be disappointed here. Espresso is dialed in, milk isn’t burnt, amazing latte art for the soul, big open space inside with plenty of seating, clean, friendly atmosphere.

I love Palace Coffees espresso. They have non-dairy alternatives as well. The atmosphere is a very studious one. It has free wi-fi Sadly, music does play over all the talking. Bring headphones if youre particular about your music. Side note, I didnt see any handicap ramp nor door. Most people are friendly and would probably help those who need it.

I’m not a coffee drinker, so I can’t speak for the drinks, but the atmosphere of Palace Coffee is wonderful. I have met with various groups here to play board games and write novels, and it is always a relaxing, inspiring place to be.

Ambience is great with ample sitting room both for studying, working, or just relaxing. There are bar tables, couches, and bench seats available.Baristas have been very nice and friendly. Their drinks are usually very good with a nice coffee taste that permeates through. There are other types of drinks available such as matcha and seasonals.The only thing with Palace is that it tends to run very pricey. Quality-wise it is much better than Starbucks. However, the price almost evens out the experience.

The coffee taste amazing and it was a friendly and comfy place. They also make little designs in the foam and it looks cool.

One of the best coffee shops in Amarillo. Worth pulling over from a long cross-country road trip. You dont have to stay long, but the longer you stay the more you feel at home.

The woman in front of me wasnt allowed to order an iced coffee, and was instead strong armed into ordering diluted cold brew coffee. And paying more for it. The reasoning being that it makes it too bitter, but I can absolutely say that their cold brew is the most bitter thing Ive ever drank. HORRIBLE!!! Not only was the coffee horribly bitter and undrinkable the guy working there was rude and dismissive. We had a large group, everyone tasted the coffee and the look on each persons face was disgust, not drinkable. I returned the coffee. The guy told me to put sugar in it. I drink massive amounts of coffee every day. This was hands down the worst Ive ever had.

The Palace is the go to place for barista made drinks, and there are pastries to satisfy any taste buds. Conveniently located in this shopping center, and always plenty of easy parking.

This is my favorice coffee shop in town. They offer the biggest variety of drinks I am aware of and the tastes range from nearly unbearably bitter to tooth-rottingly sweet. The biggest hype about this place seems to be how organic the coffee or ingredients are, Im not knowledgeable about that, so I cant speak to it. The atmosphere is warm and the music depends on whos working at the bar, so youre not listening to the same songs all the time. The employees range from mellow to friendly and theyre all great. Theres also a confrence room, Im not sure how renting it works, and an ATM for Amarillo National Bank in the back. If I were to complain about one thing it would be the prices, but I find the experiance is worth the price.
