Recently visited this place as one of my friends recommended. I am amazed to see so many kinds of granite and quartz they carried. My wife and I were very happy with the work and installation at our new house.

Was great until they came out to install. Counters were cut wrong and didnt align properly, measurements were off and they cut into my wall to make it fit, they didnt leave enough space for my stove to fit into where it belongs, the counters did not extend to where I had paid for them to end, and joints are not properly done. Horrible experience! Never again!

My wife and I searched all over Amarillo for Granite we liked. Sam had a great selection at very reasonable prices. Our Counter-tops and Back splashes were replaced and we could not be any happier with the quality and beauty of the Granite and the Installation. We highly recommend STONEFAB !!!!!

Stone fab looked great on paper and had high reviews but my experience with them has been incredibly frustrating. I almost walked out when I first went in because the front office is a wreck - dusty, cluttered, and my kids commented on the dead roaches all over the floor. They had the best turnaround time - 1 week - so we went ahead because other people seemed satisfied. From there I was never impressed. The office shows about how they run the business. They failed to provide any expectations for the project and I had to constantly ask questions about what we needed to do in advance including calling the day of to confirm they were still coming when they didn’t show up on time. Installers really did a good job but after the install, I found a few issues such as rough edges and streaks in the finish. I’m glad I only paid part up front. When I called I rarely got someone one the phone and decided not to leave messages on a generic voicemail that didn’t identify the business. They called me repeatedly about the balance - expected of course - but missed the first repair appointment and took two weeks to follow up. They finally came by this past week and got the fix done and I said I would pay the balance this week - not comfortable providing credit information over the phone at this point. Two days after - today - I missed a call from them and then got a text threatening litigation if I didn’t pay my balance by noon tomorrow. I never gave permission for texting and they never identified as Stonefab. The job is done, turn around time easily fastest in town, countertops not terrible, price is okay, and service is awful.

We have had the pleasure of doing business with Stone Fab on multiple occasions over the years in renovating the counter tops in the kitchen and two and a half bathrooms as well as granite flooring in our kitchen and our experience with the company and its owners is beyond compare. Their expertise in helping customers like us to choose the best granite for the specified areas of need is incredible. The price for the work done very much suited our budget. We will recommend Stone Fab to anyone who needs such work done in the house.
