Im visiting from Wisconsin and we dont have a Big Lots in my hometown. So when Im here I always make a trip to your store. Today, (8-11) I was in around 1:50 -2:00 and the young cashier went beyond great customer service! When she was ringing up my potato chips, she stepped away from the register briefly grabbed another bag and brought them back. I asked her were they not priced? And she said no, they were expired. Not many people would take the time to notice that, much less go get another bag. She is an asset to your store and I hope she knows how much I appreciated her today. And she was extremely personable.

Had a good shopping experience here. A nice young man helped direct to the product I wanted to check out. I didnt end buying anything here but it was still a good experience.

Limited selection for what we were looking for. Couldnt find an associate for assistance. Found a similar item at another store for half the price (with associates which loaded it for us).

Found everything I was looking for and the store was.clean and well laid out

Great service and I picked up a cool picture.

Been to better, but it was fine. There was some disorder in furniture and in bath products. Food area was in good shape.

They had only a few employees so the cashier offered to help get my cart to my car.

Sometimes they have stuff that the other stores dont. Ill be back.

Its big lots. Isles crowded wit carts of inventory seemingly always waiting to be put up.

Why the would you show Furniture to sell that you haven’t had available for more than 3 months. Also dirty

Big lots is a great store and has had my patronage for many years this particular store was not as most I have visited. Granted it was close to closing time and I was told that by at least three different employees. I felt rushed when I ask for the last time right before check out two minutes to closing time understand they wanna go home etc. but I needed some superglue the girl at the counter said it’s way over in the back in the way back corner and we’re closed and pointed to the cash register so I would get checked out. Which I did, Big lots is my place to go for totes their prices are great but I don’t think I will be visiting this particular big lots in the near future. Very very disappointed.

Good prices. Didnt have as wide a selection as usual. A lot of empty shelves. But you can still get quality products for a much lower price that usual.

Bargains, deals and savings abound. Use your imagination -- all your household needs are stocked. Careful. You will enter shopping for one item and exit with products you didnt **realize** you needed.

Decent selection of merchandise. Clearance isle with busted boxes for really cheap. Items inside worked fine.

I found everything I was looking for thus avoiding going to one of the big box retail stores! 😍

Find different items you dont think you could find

The cashier was awesome n helpful and pleasant. We need more of here fantastic attitude. People like her make u visit the store more often.

I feel this store is outdated and almost everything on sale here you could find on Amazon/Ebay for way cheaper! The furniture they sale is affordable and decent! I would buy more furniture from here in the future forsure!

Horrible. Unboxed stuff in the isles and you cant even look at stuff. Clean it up!

Extremely helpful person working 3-28-2019 in the afternoon. Couldve been a manger or assistant manager if he wasnt thats a shame. Helped us load a mattress and dresser into our vehicles was extremely friendly. He has great customer service. Everything about big lots is a 2.5-3 star but this guy put yall over the top.

I love Big lots. They have everything I need at great prices. I load up when they have their 20% off friends and family weekend.

Store is a disaster. No customer service. No recovery standards. 100s of out of stocks. Just terrible overall. A corporate visit would cost everyone a job!

Should have more than one old lady checking people out, there was a line formed behind me, and a manager behind the same counter doing something I dont know what, but should have 1 more person,.

Not as cluttered looking as it has been in the past. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They should accept food stamps I had to leave my food there because they dont take food stamps so disappointed in them. Hopefully they could take food stamps in the future!!!

This is a little gem. It has discount priced on everything from toiletries, discount furniture, bath and body products, kitchen organizing, decorating, plastic storage items, discounted food items, some electronics, paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, cleaning products, outdoor furniture and decor, furniture, pictures, underwear, candles, home decor, office supplies and stationary and journals, seasonal items, makeup and some drug store items, supplements, pet care, jewelry. Name brand items and generic are here, Bedding, bath items like towels, bath accessories, bath organizers, also are here. There are lawn and garden items and items for grilling out and some outdoor lighting and landscape items. Great little store for discounted items for everyone. Candles and generic fragrances here too. Right next to Tuesday Morning which is same type of store just more high end store with depart store items. Dollar General and Papa Johns Pizza in same complex. Pescarez Italian restaurant in same complex which is a dine in and authentic Italian restaurant. ATM in complex as well.

Ryan was extremely helpful in my case on a return of a purchase, he did not pass the problem on to someone else as two other people did. He took on the request and solved the problem on his own. Thank You, Ryan

I love Big Lots...but I did not visit Burger King.....havent been to a Burger King in years.

Low maintenance and inventory but overall ok

I was looking at sofas.and i received an important phone call. An employee walked by asked if i needed help. I told him yes. Let me finish with my call. He said no problem take a seat on the sofa. Afterward i found him and he helped me. Someone else purchased a sofa. They hauled it to the customers truck. They used a big dolly. This store is on 34th and Bell st. Amarillo Texas. I had been to the other Big Lots on I-40 and Grand. Amarillo Texas a week prior. This little lady employee was struggling to haul a sofa out for a customer. I told her you should use a bigger Dolly like the other store has. She smiled and said this is all we have. It doesnt work well. So between the 3 of us we loaded it without any problems.

Some items were really bargains. Great old music. They had a Daryl Hall and Oats CD and an old ELOCD for only $5.00

There was a furniture associate named Robert who was so helpful in every way. Answered all my questions. I ended up buying the whole living room set. Love Big Lots!

Cashier greeted at the door and the place was very organized and clean floors recommended for children or elderly or anyone in a wheelchair due to plenty of space in the halls.

Still low, low prices on everyday items; however, Big Lots no longer sells clothes. The only items for sale here are underwear and socks. The selection of items is limited at best.
