I went in to return some Amazon packages and this was my first time to send something back. Susan has no customer service skills. She was rude and very short with me.
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I am a graphic designer and I use UPS for all of my printing needs. On one particular day I went to this location to have 2 pieces of cardstock printed and some work to be shipped off. I brought my flash drive with me as per usual rather than emailing it online, because that is an additional charge. Deborah, at the front counter informed that she would not allow me to use my flash drive unless she charged me $4.00. I decided to go to a different UPS location and not argue about it (even though I go to UPS every single week). The other location allowed me to use my flash drive on their computer for $1 minimum as usual, however after already swiping my card they ran out of cardstock and didn’t have any on hand. They called the store back at the Puckett Plaza location, but Deborah refused to help me so my card was charged without any kind of service performed or refund offered. I drove down to FedEx and was extremely impressed by their customer service and they were beyond friendly and welcoming. I normally have great customer service by the other employees, however this lady who “helped” me could not have been any more rude and she had a complete lack of care. I have pictures of my receipt and the sign where it specifically says that there is a $4 charge if you EMAIL them files.
One of the best UPS stores in Amarillo, the people are polite and helpful. I have a service dog, they have treats there for him and always make him feel welcomed too. This is the only store that I go too . Best employees ever..
I have a box there. Up until today, Ive had nothing but good service. I was expecting a package via USPS, and got notifications via USPS of its delivery. I walked, checked my box for the label, then waited my time in line. After wait 30 minutes for the guy in front of me to finish shipping 10+ individual packages, I was told that regardless of the notification, it would be this afternoon before I could pick it up. It would have taken less than 5 minutes to process the label so I could pick it up, and they refused, so they wasted my time and gas.Moral: Dont go there unless they call you. Forget the FedEx and USPS notifications. It will waste your gas and time. If I wasnt already stuck into a 6 month prepaid mailbox rental, Id pull my box and go somewhere else.
Beth Hodges-The UPS Store on Bell does an excellent job of anything you request. Also, they are friendly and good public relations. I highly recomment this store.
I have been using this location a few times a year for the last 3 years. Patrick has been awesome helping with all my shipping and printing needs, he is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. The printing prices cant be beat, especially for large jobs!
I am always satisfied with the service I receive. The clerks are friendly & very efficient.
Debbie was very rude. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but she was snippy and condescending. Also, the prices are ridiculous. We had to mail an manila envelope with about 10 papers in it and it cost $10 for standard shipping. Could’ve just mailed it USPS with a few stamps. We won’t be back.
They have a Web site where you can request your package to be held at the store. I did this a week in advance. Today my package is on the truck for delivery. Id rather pay FEDEX!! NEVER HAVE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH FEDEX, NEVER!!!#
I have used this store for literally years. They are awesome. I have never had the slightest problem.
