This is seriously the cutest, coziest coffee shop with friendly staff & delicious drinks. I walked in & was so surprised by all the little touches they have done to make this place special - especially love all the animal art they have hidden around the shop. Snag a velvet couch to sit on if you can - so comfy! Definitely my new favorite coffee shop in American Fork!

I love this coffee shop! the coffee here is my favorite and the baristas are super sweet and i’ve never had a bad experience with them, i personally love the delicious. my sister who doesn’t like coffee gets their smoothies and LOVES them! i love their food too, the tbs is super good and i love their muffins. i live in lehi so i wish they had one around here because i would love to get a coffee nearby before work but i don’t mind making the drive to american fork :) i definitely recommend this place! if you can, please tip them. they definitely deserve it

The Coffee Shop opened during the pandemic and was only offering service via drive-thru, until recently. If you havent had a chance to go inside and experience their lobby, you should! Its fun, cozy, and inviting. Definitely the best coffee atmosphere in Utah County.On top of that, the people are simply fantastic. Katie, Nathan, and Erin are wonderfully pleasant and very knowledgeable. Trust them; they give fantastic recommendations!It is hard not to be happy at The Coffee Shop.

Super friendly staff, a HUGE selection of unique / delicious options & an almost perfect level of comfort inside. If youre a fan of frozen coffee drinks, look no further. We were in town for a few days and stopped in every day.

I ordered a basic cappuccino and it was tasty 😋 Also the person helping me out at the drive thru was very kind and helped me make a choice—as this was my first time visiting. Surprisingly really quick and an overall chill experience!

Barista just tipped herself, wth? I’m in the drive through and I give her my card to pay and she tips herself on her iPad. This is not okay. I’ve seen reviews of this happening before I’m absolutely shocked

They have the absolute best chai out of all the coffee places and great customer service!

I used go to this place 5 days a week. But the turnover rate on baristas and them not getting trained properly made bad results. 6$ for a 16oz iced latte. Without a tip?? I travel for work and on average 4-5$ For a 16 oz. if your going to charge that much, make it the best damn latte around.

Very friendly staff, good coffee, relaxed environment. I told them Id take a star away because it stopped raining, but I couldnt bring myself to do it. Ill definitely be spending more time here.

I love this place in American Fork!! Everyone is so nice and willing to help!!I needed a box of coffee for a meeting and hate to go to that other coffee place. I took a chance and text The Coffee Shop in AF and YES!! They have boxes! I no longer have to go to that other coffee place EVER! Thank you!

Love this place!!! Very tasty. The lattes are always warm. My husband loves their brew, and if they dont have a fresh pot, they will start a new one for you. Also great kids options- smoothies, flavored lemonades, and chocolate milk. We got to go inside before Covid closed things down and the atmosphere and shop are super fun and great vibe.

I’m sure it’s a great place for specialty drinks which I can’t really speak to. Just had the most expensive small black iced coffee I’ve ever had and feel like it was pretty unreasonable for something so basic.

Been here a couple times now, and we really love it. Probably the best coffee Ive had in the valley. The drinks are unique and tasty, and we like the vibe of the place, too.

Hit or miss with service, we went in last Friday and it was really great this time and they customized our order to our liking! Awesome!

The girls here are SO amazing. I try not to be the customer who comes in right at opening or at closing, this morning I came in a few min before opening without even realizing it, I apologized to the girl and she was so sweet! She didn’t seem bothered (I definitely would of been annoyed) I’ve only come a couple times but the girls are always some of the nicest people I’ve met and just because of the service it’s my new coffee shop! And I mean because the breakfast is absolutely so yummy haha

Dont go to the drive up waited 20 minutes with one car in front of me that had already put order in after 20 minutes I left. To the owner you are not going to make it if you cant get drinks out.

We got there at 10:20 on a Sat. One car in front of us . . We waited and waited . The truck behind us left !! So we thought we would wait a little longer.. 6 min later we left over 20 min with one Car in front of you is way to long !!

Sandwich was great! However the espresso tastes like perhaps a light roast? Not the best. This is a taste preference so I won’t deduct stars for it.They offer oat milk not sure what brand but I appreciate that it’s an option. This tasted like a thinner oat milk. I would prefer the thick ones but the taste was great.Service was good, I think as they become more established this will be a great spot.Barista asked if I wanted a straw and I was able to get a sippy cup lid in order to not get a straw which was a great touch and I really appreciated the offering.I don’t think I touched on this enough - the ham cheddar cheese croissant was FREAKIN GREAT!Definitely a place to stop by!

We got two iced coffees from their drive through today and they were great!!! I got the Hawaiian one that’s like coconut flavored and my husband got the snickers one. They were really yummy!! The girl working the window at the drive through was so friendly too. We are going back for sure!

I LOVE this coffee shop. I have only been thru the drive thru but the staff is always super chill, down to earth, friendly they ALWAYS make delish coffee! Right temp, right flavor etc etc.I love that they use super cute stickers to use to cover the sipping part of the lid to avoid spills. They have seasonal stickers too! Its all in the details!Also I tried their Bae breakfast bagel sandwich on an everything bagel! It was soooooo YUMMY! Way better than any local chain.

Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Ive only ordered the Chai each visit, my family has ordered smoothies. Always fresh tasting, perfectly blended and hands down better than ALL the other guys around. Cheap prices, friendly staff and quick drive-thru.*Update: anytime in in the area, at least 3xs per month, I so in for a coffee/chai and a sandwich. The Girl Scout blended coffee is amazing, as are the other choices Ive tried! Keep up the great customer service and fresh selection of products.

Really great experience! Baristas super sweet and kind, great food, awesome local vibe and experience! Will be returning. Their lattes are great and they even have delicious breakfast sandwiches!

Okay posting again from a different account cause tbh I love them so much. I’m sitting at work so out of it and I wish I had an iced 24 oz delicious sitting in front of me. They’re always suuuuuper nice and get everything out super fast- and they’re reasonably priced. I want everyone in the world to go here. I’ve got them Heart eyes for the coffee shop. Even the other day I was talking to the barista and I told her I was not happy to come back in to work, and she was so sweet, she WROTE on my cup “have a great day!”. They’re basically my mom if my mom was a coffee shop. Please tip them every time and also tell your friends!!! I for sure have been! LOVE YOU THE COFFEE SHOP!! See you tomorrow for a delicious!!!

Awesome coffee shop. I go here quite often and have had a great experience with the baristas and the taste of my order. Ive gone there so much that they remember my order!The only reason why I am giving them 4 stars and is something that I would usually not have any concern about is that they dont seem to be taking too many precautions when it come to the drive thru window. Since we are dealing with COVID - 19 right now, I would assume that the workers would be wearing masks and gloves, but none of them are doing that. I get a little concerned to when I receive my drink and there is already a straw placed in there that is fully unwrapped. Overall great experience besides the lack of precautions between customers.
