The American Fork Starbucks was a store that me as a barista in Spanish Fork Starbucks heard was not very good. Well, since 5 years have passed and I no longer work for the corporation, Ive been personally coming to this location and have always had consistent hot lattes, which unfortunately is something the Starbucks brand hasnt been consistent on between locations. This is a good Starbucks. It is evident that management is either different or just overall better. The store is clean, employees are friendly, the espresso is calibrated right, and I get what I ask for. Keep it up AF! I dont come all the time, but am thankful youre close by ☺️

I asked for a venti drink with light ice with my venti cup, when I got my drink it was a grande with lots of ice. Listening to a customers order is part of good customer service.

Always excellent coffee ☕, French roast is my favorite. Served a bit above drinking temp, but I just take off the lid and let it cool for 10 mins.

This place is literally my haven. I seek solace here in the form of coffee and excellent customer service. I am A VERY regular customer, and the crew here is fantastic. If you have trouble with their attitudes, perhaps you should examine how youre treating your fellow humans, because Ive NEVER ONCE had any trouble with their quality of customer service. 👍

I’ve bought coffee here dozens of times and it’s always been good. Just stopped in to pickup a mobile order and watched a kid named Dillon drop an ice scoop on the floor and then pick it up and use it again! Super gross!! Makes me wonder if it’s happened to my drinks too. Going to use a different location from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Mindy while taking our order was rude when I mentioned they seem to always be out of something because they said they didn’t have guava and she said it was the distributors fault which I feel was unnecessary to say in the tone she did. I ordered a pink drink next and it was made so watered down with no strawberries when I asked Katie why it didn’t have strawberries she said well if we had some we would’ve put them in but we don’t have any. Why am I being charged full price and not given what I’m ordering. They just had a terrible attitude the while time me and my friend were there. Also our pastries were done and they didn’t even let us know until later.

Takes longer to make than the pleasant grove location especially the drive thru. Still very good

I come here all the time and always love it, but today the dude making my drink was talking through his headphones (distracted) and forgot the coffee in my drink......lol how do you forget coffee??? I drove away and did not notice until I got home

Got a vanilla oatmilk latte with no foam, and there was no vanilla and half my drink was foam! Seriously disappointing. This location is never good.

First one in line, empty lobby, empty queue.I order, typical pleasantries exchanged. Pull forward, pay at 5:08, per my transaction history.We wait at the window for 8:28, still no one coming to the window, 2 simple drinks paid for and not delivered.After spending 10 minutes or so waiting, trying to make eye contact through the drive through window, figure out whats going on, I chirp my horn to get their attention. After about 5 minutes, I get someone at the window telling me that they are short staffed.There was no line before me, and no one in the lobby. I saw at least 5 employees in the back, all walking around, talking and laughing.He tries to hand me a $4 gift card, which I refused. Another 5 minutes before the 2 drinks come out. All in all, it took 40 minutes to get 2 drinks. What a waste of time. The drinks, Frappuccinos, werent iced, they werent even cold. One was chilled like the milk was refrigerated, and one was lukewarm.Dont bother with this location. Just dont.

Its Starbucks, they make sugary coffee beverages for a price. Pumpkin season should be made to be all year round, or at least the pumpkin cold brew, its number one!

Drive thru takes no less than 10 minutes on ANY given day of the week. Walk in service is always the fastest, which is frusterating when youre in a hurry. The drinks are prepared the same each time so you know what youll get, thats great! And the staff wears genuine smiles.

I am very frustrated with pulling up here and having it be closed. There were a couple of cars in the parking lot and a car ahead of us in line but nobody came to the drive up to take our order. I wish they would put a sign out “in the drive through” to let people know not to waste their time.

The drive through wait time in insane. Everyday it takes like 15 minutes to get served. It’s not a one day thing. I have been regularly using this drive through. Either they have to increase the staff or open more Starbucks in the location.

EXTREMELY NICE & INCREDIBLY FAST!!I went into the AF Starbucks about 8:30 on 8/11. I’ll make sure to stop by every time I’m in the area. The girls were EXTREMELY nice, which was super refreshing. They had my entire order done before I had even waited 1 full minute. They literally made my entire week. I can’t wait to go back and visit! Nice work!

So bad, food not heated all the way through. Coffee tasted burnt. Sat down at a table without a closed table sign, half way through my meal I was told the lobby was closed and I needed to leave. Made the decision to throw it all away that much easier. The 6 other people sitting in the lobby were apparently doing interviews, so they were allowed to sit and eat and drink. Just not me. Wont be back again.

Aaah Starbucks...The point about chain coffee houses is a standard of expectation. We expect Starbucks to deliver the same quality and experience the world over. Ive yet to be dissapointed.One has grown accustomed to, rather, spoiled with met expectations. Add the vibe, ambience and every barista who does indeed hustle and please.I love the interior design aspect. Fresh. Vibrant. Trend setting. Starbucks has done a spectacular job giving something phenomenal back to the community each day. A sense of community where the smallest of details become a daily occurrence.

I just bought a Strawberry Acai and it doesnt taste good to me like the other Starbucks does it. I think it needs to made more sweeter cause all I can taste is just a little bit of strawberry and more like water.

Came here yesterday and they put someone BRAND NEW on the drive through. he didnt know what he was doing and I had to repeat my order 5 times. waited 15 minutes just to get to the drivethrough window and it took another 15 min to get my drinks. Manager here doesnt seem like she cares about peoples experiences. they just want the money. after I got done talking to the manager the guy almost gave me my drinks without me paying. I asked him if he was going to tell me the total. took 7 min for him to figure out how to pay. got my drinks and I asked one of them to have chocolate syrup on it and they ignored me so I had to ask the manager to get it for me. could give 0 stars or even negative stars If I could. worst experience ever. I have never had this experience before.

Ive always really enjoyed this location. But the last 2 times Ive gone i have gotten the wrong drink made. Ive never had them remake it. But today my drink was the wrong size.. I paid for a venti and received the smallest size they had and told me that it was what I paid for.. I was never given a receipt and my drink did not have the sticker so I had no way of defending myself.

Worst service that I had. I made an order for a iced chai tea latte.I received an iced carmel macchiato. I told the lady that this is not what I ordered. They said they were too backed up to make the correct drink.

I love Starbucks, they always get my order right and answer all of my questions if I have them. I wpuld recoment the chocolaty chip frappachino (sorry for miss spelling) and tho caramel apple spice. Both are amazing!

I love Starbucks and spend waaay to much money there. But, the 5th east location in American fork Utah has got to be the worst at mobile orders. On consecutive days I was pushed to this location due to covid closing the store I normally attend. I ordered continuously earlier and earlier hoping my order would be done when I arrived. Today I ordered 20 minutes early. When I walked in I get the same excuse, “oh sorry I didn’t see the sticker print”. I then wait for my drink and leave. This is my only complaint but, if you have mobile ordering, it is meant for speed for me! Pay attention please!

I visited on Christmas day and let me tell you, the employees were holding it down! I was only there for about 10 minutes but I saw two different customers literally watching over the employees shoulders and telling them how to do their job and having them remake drinks that the employees had made perfectly to begin with. And they stayed so polite, professional, and efficient. I could never. 10/10 they are the best

Its so ridiculous how often they mess up our orders. 9/10 we end up with either one or both of our drinks wrong!! We repeat our orders over and over again and they still mess them up. So frustrating.

It saddens me that my experience at this location is less than what Starbucks as a brand represents. I am a loyal Starbucks coffee consumer. The last few experiences with this location have been below standard. When ordering a latte, given hot chocolate and told its the same.. and then arguing that point. Young staff needs more training in customer experience.

The service was good, but every black coffee Ive had here is highly acidic, like it was mixed with battery acid. The black coffee is not palatable. If you like black coffee, then I would recommend The Coffee Shop in Riverton, Provo, or soon American Fork.

Bridget is awesome! I come in before I head to my 5am shift at work to get breakfast, and when the ovens werent working she was so kind, and did everything under the sun to accommodate me and make sure I felt taken care of for just a small inconvenience. She is one of the good ones!

Every time I come here I have a great experience! The staff is nice and they work very fast! The drinks are always hot and the coffee is good!

I love coffee, love Starbucks, love the ppl that work here. I’ve been to all of the Starbucks (that I know of, which is a bunch!) and this one is the best. The staff here know what they’re doing, they do it well, and they seem to be having a good time doing it!

I have to agree with Maggie H. I work down the street from here and was pretty excited when they open. I come here all the time and lately I’ve had the worst service and my drinks have been disgusting. I’ve started tasting my drinks before I drive off. But it honestly depends on the shift. Morning shift isn’t bad. Every time I come in the afternoon or evening they are slow, busy on their phones, hanging out with their friends and just chatting. I never feel welcome when I come in and my friends and I always feel awkward so we leave.Also, I absolutely hate when I get asked if I want coffee in my drink? Seriously? If people don’t want coffee in their drink they should say so, but what do you expect when you go to a coffee shop? It’s like asking someone at a bar if they want alcohol in their drink?

Great Starbucks location with a great staff! They let you sit around all day, whether you ordered a drink or not, but trust me you eventually will order something as the coffee beans overtake you. They also have great WiFi and is generally a quiet environment for you to study, read, or nap!

Ok if youre reading this youve been to Starbucks before. Its PSL season and I had my first one and it is just as excellent here as any other location. The staff is friendly and helpful and the interior is clean. They have a drive through here and the full selection of coffee pods and beans. Just as you would expect and thats a good thing.

Consistency is not a strong suit for Starbucks. I have been here with differing levels of satisfaction. The last time I was there, I got the caramel frapp. It wasnt good. The caramel was burnt and was very bitter. I also got a breakfast sandwich. It was kind of gross. The flavors were all wrong. But they do have good things going for them. Their cake pops are awesome.

Very rude staff. Will certainly be going elsewhere in the future.

This store kinda sucks. Employees are nice, but they make really bad drinks. They charge you for extras and give you barely anything. Also the breakfasts, I know are not fresh made but taste like they have been sitting out for days. If you are wanting a good Starbucks drink DO NOT go here.

My favorite place

This is my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is super helpful, and talking to the hilarious manager here has made my day numerous times. The longest Ive ever waited in line here was maybe 10 minutes, and that was a completely full drive-thru line. I would highly recommend this place, I know Ill be back soon!

We had an gift card and for free obtainable for a new single large and large both vanilla frappe which is very my favorite and the pink drink which is very nice as well this is delicious drinks and derserves an rate of 5 out for 5 star so thank you an a special drink form coffee starbucks its good rated 5 star very much delight experience would thankful greatly appreciation

Always good for any one that likes a treat. My favorite is enjoying a cup of Joe with a great friend and conversation. A place you go when you want to people watch and sit for a bit. Now of course you need to get a Venti to last for a bit. Who doesnt like a treat with their coffee, okay at least once in a while. If you dont like all that sugar you might want to just get it black.

Drinks are great. But who can afford them very often? Five bucks is too much for most drinks. But especially a drive-thru drink.

Used way to much ice. It is my biggest pet peeve. Cheating customers 4.00 for a drink and then not actually filling the cup with the drink. Not cool.

I am so annoyed. If I order something through the app I dang well expect it to tell me if an item is out of stock. I get 30 minutes for lunch. I did my part by planning ahead and Starbucks failed on their end to let me know ahead of time, on the app that this item was out of stock. I wasted my lunch break driving to get my craving only for it not to be there. Im 8 months pregnant and now I dont get to eat lunch today. Im so mad. The girls at the drive through were super cute and friendly though.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. Staff was rather disinterested in dealing with me. I stood at the register for 3+ minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. Didn’t get the coffee I wanted as they would not served it to me. After waiting a fair amount of time and watching the person struggle with the nitro tap I was told that getting my drink wasn’t possible and they would refund my money or make me another drink. As I had already given in to an alternate order I decided it was best that I just left without adding anymore fuel to the fire. My decision was to leave without a refund as I will never return to this location.

I have never tried their coffee, (not a caffeine guy) but I get their Carmel frappes with milk instead of coffee often. They have a very large variety of coffee, pastries, and other drinks. Their service is fast and friendly. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes for my order, no matter how long the line is.

Very friendly staff, and they know how to make your drinks delicious. They attend right away, when I order online and walk in to pick up they always have it ready for me. I highly recommend this Starbucks.

I had Overtime at work scheduled today bright and early, and I just wanted a coffee. I show up at starbucks at opening time and sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to answer and nothing. I then have one of the starbucks workers, walk up to my truck to tell me the opener didnt show up so there was actually no one inside to assist me. She had no way in, so after I left the drive thru, she had to block the entrance so no one else experienced what I did this morning.

Not my kinda place but my step daughter Addyson Surherland really likes it and it seems to be reasonably priced to me. Always clean and smells good. I think if they ran more promotions, the millennial crowd could afford and go there more often. I do like there Chai Tea during the holidays.4 Stars ****Garyleescritiques

The place was dirty. Most of the tables were covered in crumbs or someone else’s coffee. The only clean table that I found that was available had a bunch of dirt on the floor. Not the atmosphere one expects when going to a coffee shop. Not up to par for the Starbucks name.

We ordered hot cocoa and cider. Everything was lovely, but the big surprise were a couple of fun stocking stuffers we found there!

Do they know what espresso is? Or how to make your order correct, always have to get a refund cause they cant ever get sizes right...

Love this place. Staff knows their customers and its very welcoming. Come here nearly every day.

Decent space, power and Free WiFi access. There are not too many customers staying at the location so if you want quiet environment its perfect. AC is a bit strong here so bring your jacket if you are planning to stay here for hours.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. They have gotten my order wrong all 3 times. It was at the drive thru and when I asked to fix it they are not apologetic at all but rather rude. This happend the 3 times i have used their drive thru. Once I had to physically get in the store because they got the order wrong TWICE. Avoid the drive thru if you can.

Worst Staff ever seen in the starbucks, very rude and not taking properly to the customer. I dont know why they will show racism to the people. My rating is 0/100.
