They were able to get me an appointment on very short notice. The exam was fairly quick but thorough. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If your looking for a new eye doctor i highly recommend you give them a try..

I love Clear Vision Center. I can give the highest of recommendation for Dr. Hooton. He is very knowledgeable, he always looks for the best option for the patient, and he is kind and honest. His team is amazing, especially Lucy his optician, she always makes sure you have the best experience at their office and she always goes the extra mile.

Dr. Jason Peterson is awesome! He is very kind and professional yet super personable which makes the kids feel comfortable and at ease.

I loved Clear View Vision Center. It was great to go into a facility and see the receptionists faces. Such a friendly greeting. The personalized service by Lucy was so nice. I love my glasses, she made sure they look great on me and fit really comfortable. The office was clean and comfortable to be in. Im so grateful to not have to wear a mask herr. Thank you !

If I could put more stars than 5, I would in a heart beat. I love this office! The best part about it right now is FINALLY seeing everyones smiling faces, with no more mask mandate for Utah! Dr. Hooley and staff are the BEST!! I recommend this place 100%, also one of the cleanest eye centers I have been to. Definitely worth the try!!

So my husband reached out to find an eye center that carried Smith sunglasses (our current one didnt carry them). Lucy at the front desk helped us so much at the very end of the year to be able to use our benefits in time, even coming in on her day off. We are switching eye Drs just to have that kind of service and friendliness and to be able to continue working with her. It makes a big difference to feel welcomed and cared for by all the staff because they are often the ones helping a big family get all their glasses and orders filled. I couldnt believe the kindness and professionalism. Will be updating my review as we meet the DRs but very impressed already with the staff.

Not safe/sanitary :( I was excited to try this place out but when I walked in not a single staff member was wearing a mask. Given that the rate of infection and hospitalization is still high in the community this was pretty disappointing to see in a healthcare setting. I’m not yet fully vaccinated and I live with vulnerable family members, so I wasn’t willing to risk it.

Friendly, easy going, but yet somehow still efficient staff. Dr. Hooton took care of me beyond what I expected over a period of months.

Ever gone to the eye doctor and had that nagging doubt as to whether your new prescription is as good as it could be? I never get that here. The doctors and the staff take their time, do thorough testing that most places dont have, and make followup appointments to make sure everything is right and still working for you. The first time I went, they found that my previous prescription was wrong, solving a long string of headaches and strain. Prior to seeing Dr. Hooten, I didnt really care about where I went to get my eyes checked. Now, Id hate to have to switch to anyone else. They also have a really nice selection of eyewear in the office, including some very stylish and current looks and brands.

Dr. Hooley is great she takes time to get the right treatment for my vision. And I think that is amazing, compared to other places that rush you. They give me a good understanding of my eyes.

I didn’t buy my glasses from here but this morning while cleaning my prescription sunglasses I popped a lens out, I work close and ran in and was greeted by Sandy, she took my glasses and quickly reset my lens, with great customer service like that you know you can trust their doctors as well, I will return when I need an eye exam or when my lens falls out again, which ever comes first!

Caring front office staff. Drs are patient and take the time to make sure you understand your eye care and what you need. I am especially amazed at how great they are with my children and providing excellent care for them. I love the sunglasses and many great frame options available in their office.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hooley. She did a great job explaining everything she was checking for and why. She was also super friendly.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I have a surgically repaired eye that I am always over cautious when i have issues with it. Yesterday I got something in it and could not wash it out. I called in to Dr. Hooley and she was off but arranged to meet me and take a look. She took time out of her day to make sure I was at 100%. In this day and age of people rushing you through and out the door, they are a refreshing change of pace. I would highly recommend anyone to them.

I have been going to Dr. Hooton for almost 20 years. His staff is wonderful and they have always treated me great. My son now sees Dr. Hooley and she is just as wonderful. I highly recommend them both.

Emergency care is above and beyond! I had an eye injury with intense pain, (over 20% of my cornea was scratched off, which I didnt realize before going in) and Dr. Hooley was very accommodating and told me to come in, even on a Sunday afternoon, so she could help me! Continued with follow-up visits until my eye was repaired. Both doctors Hooton and Hooley are very personable, caring and helpful.

I have had glasses or contacts from the time I was 18 months old. so over 23 years. you could say I have been to the eye doctor plenty of times. None of which have EVER been as BAD as this. The first check up went good. But after that it went down hill fast. I have a difficult eye so i when they ordered in my trials i waited over a month to get them. no big deal its happened before. but this time i had no communication. i had to keep calling to see if they had come in yet but it was like they lost my file and had to hunt it down to see what they ordered.even when they found it they were unsure it was right. Once they finally came in they charged me another $75 for a contact exam fee above my insurance co-pay not to mention they wanted me to come back for a second inspection even though they felt good and he said they are a perfect fit on your eye (probably so they could charge me again). Now here is where things get really get bad. Now that they want my money ( a lot of it because my contacts are over $300 for a 6 month supply) they are very good at communicating. so much so that i began getting calls on saturday mornings asking when i was coming back in to place my order. and when i told them i can get them cheaper at Castco the Doctor was very rude and hung up! Only to call back a few minutes later saying that Castco didnt have them and that i had to get them from him. Now i was just annoyed so i told him that i was not wanting to be rude but that i was not pleased with the care i got and that i would take my business else where. He lost it. he began yelling over the phone telling me to Be rude, come on be rude what did i do wrong So i began to be rude (or just honest) about how My mom went to them a few weeks before i did, and she was told that they have a new laser so you no longer have to have your eyes dilated. but it is another $25 fee my mom being a hard working Woman and needing to get back to work thought that was worth the money. well about a month later. (no lie a month later) she got a call saying that the picture from her eye didnt turn out and she needed to come back in to dilate her eyes Do you think she got her $25 back? NOPE. I then tell him that he charged way more then any other eye Doctor for a contact eye exam that is not covered by ANY insurance and ect. After i let him have if for a few minutes about how i felt wronged and that i felt more pressured to BUY from them then a used car salesmen. He had nothing to respond other then to yell goodbye and hung up! so NO i will NEVER GO back and i advise you not to either. They cared more about my money then helping me see better!

Our family has visited Clear View for ten years, and never been disappointed. Customer service is excellent, Drs. Hooten and Hooley are professional, caring, and efficient. Emergency care is outstanding as well. Highly recommended.
