When my garage door opener couldnt open the garage door, I discovered that one of my two springs had broken. I had such great service about 6 months ago from this company, I didnt hesitate to call them to come fix it. The previous service was thorough. I shadowed the technician the whole time to learn about Garage Doors., so I was aware of all his professional/expert work.My technician this time was Brady. Very fine fellow, happy disposition, and excellent repair skills. Shadowed him too for more education. I learned that the dual springs on my door are installed and tightened (wound tight) to provide the power to balance the weight of the door with the power of the springs. Once balanced, the door is easily lifted by the motor. (After detaching the door from the rail, I tried lifting the door. Not possible with a broken spring.)Photos show the process of repair. Again, excellent, friendly, and courteous service. Theyre my Guys/Gals!

Clark was very courteous when I called to have a spring replaced. He called me again a day later because there was an opening before the appointed schedule. What amazing service. Our garage door broke yesterday afternoon. We called and Cole was able to come today! They were supposed to come around 3 or 4 and they called us and said they could be here by 1:30! Cole was so nice and friendly and was done within an hour. He showed me what he had to fix, got it fixed, and then made sure it worked with all of our remotes and openers. Both my husband and I think the door is even quieter now! All Star has fixed our garage door twice since we have lives in this house. Both times they were great! They were able to come quickly and their technicians have been great. Brady helped us today and he was courteous and did a great job.

When my installer Brady first took a look at my doors, I heard him say under his breath “people are so lazy”. I asked him what he meant by that, and he explained to me how the original door installer had cut corners to do a quick install.Brady Could have used the same support method that the original installer had used, and saved himself a couple of hours. He however took the extra time to do it right.I am extremely impressed by All Star.

Cole and Brady came and fixed our garage opener. It wouldnt open from the side wall opener, but everything else worked. I thought we might have a cut or short in our wire line, but we did not. Fast, efficient, reliable people and company. These are the people who installed our beautiful garage doors, opener system, etc in 2014. They did regular maintenance on whole system and door while on this service call. It works like a champ again. I have used Allstar twice. Once a couple of years ago and once recently. Both times I thought they were great. All technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Most recently, Brady and Ashton, helped me and were great. I will definitely call Allstar if I have any needs in the future.

So reasonable, and the technician was friendly and polite. They also gave me a range of time when the tech would come over, but both times he texted me when he was 20-30 minutes out, which I really appreciated! They got my garage up and running for much cheaper than I expected and I immediately recommended them to my mom to look at her garage problems. Would definitely use again.

Garage door started making loud sounds when it opened, so I looked up and noticed the spring was broken. They were able to come out the same day, and Brady did a great job. He also looked at the rest of the door and opener and found another small repair that makes the whole door open without much noise. I’ve used them previously, and they’ve always done a great job.

Brady came out within the time window I was given, and was very professional. He checked the balance of the garage door and lubricated it, so that was ruled out as a problem. My garage door opener isnt a typical opener, so he spent extra time looking on youtube, the manual, and on the phone to make sure he had all the bases covered. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, the door opened and closed for Brady every time. Anyway, at least I know who to call if I need to replace it.

Great Company! Ive used them 3 times. One was for an installation. With respect to service they are great. On both service needs they were prompt. Had both single and double doors that were bending (my fault). Both cases they repaired with a block or replaced upper and lower panels. Never tried to sell me something I did not need, but were aware to keep expenses low. I feel I can trust them in comparison to other companies used (served us in both Salt Lake and Summit Counties).

I have been dealing with a bum garage door for 2 years and then they sent out Cole to fix it. It is like a brand new garage door! He took apart everything that the original installers had done sub-par and re-installed everything so that it was straight. Called All Star Garage Doors for an emergency repair over the Holidays after a spring broke on our main insulated garage door (heavy!). Jason returned my call immediately and arranged to have Cole come right out for the repair. Cole is the best in the business. He checked the entire system, replaced a broken cable, replaced the broken spring with upgraded springs so that the opener wouldnt have to work as hard, and went back and adjusted the springs multiple times after seeing that, to him, it wasnt quite right. To the average homeowner (me), it seemed to work fine, but to Cole, something was off. Thats the kind of detail that put Cole & Jason over the top. I have been using All Star now for 6+ years, and have absolutely no reason to call anyone else. Thanks again Jason and Cole for taking time out of your Holiday season to help!
