I ordered my trusses through Premier in March, James gave me a delivery date for July 28. July 27th after calling multiple people I finally talk to someone that tells me they are a month behind. It is extremely frustrating especially when I’ve been trying to check the status of them for a while and getting blown off by James and Cameron and no one has said a word about them being a month behind (after waiting 4 1/2 months already). I should have been told a month ago before the house was framed. I should not have to talk to five different people to try to find out where my trusses are at the day before the delivery date. I understand that times are crazy right now and I’m not the only one but this is a poor way to run a business.

We ordered trusses through Premier for a remodel we were doing. They were the ONLY company that would work with us because we weren’t contractors. They fit us in and made us feel like a priority, even though we weren’t the “big” money. Brandon and Adam worked with my husband and made sure everything was in order and delivered in a reasonable time frame! Great company!!

Got our garage door installed and Insulation installed in our home ...... what a savings on our utilities with the added insulation....... the garage door is great with the WiFi.... it alerts you if it’s been opened..... caught our kids coming in to setup a surprise birthday party😂Busted!....... highly recommend Premier Building Supply........ 5+ 👍🏻

These guys are the best in the business! very efficient and communication Is excellent! They insulated my whole house in one day. Since my house was insulated I’ve even gone back and picked up parts from their shop for other little projects and every experience I’ve had has been great no waiting or confusion on order everything‘s always been ready when I go to pick it up

Our house was under contract to be sold when we had some damage that needed to be repaired. We contacted Scott with Premier because he came highly recommended from a contractor I trust. I explained the needed repairs and our short timeline. He was able to send his installers out and get the job done quickly so we were still able to sell the home. Huge relief and great service.

They provided us with insulation and a garage door. The insulation was good. The garage door looks like a piece of plastic, had some crooked parts to it, and their garage door openers stopped working after only one day. They refused to replace the door openers saying it was our fault they busted. The insulation was good, the garage door go somewhere else.

I find it comical that a Premier Building Supply truck (licence plate E75 ***) was pulled over @the Spanish Fork off ramp by UHP.Then catches up to me about the south end of Spanish Fork main street, only to ride my a** all the way down Woodland hills drive & into salem where he passed me doing about 55-60mph in a 40mph.No wonder why he got pulled over in the 1st place.

Great customer services, they helped me right away when I went in. Very helpful and answered all my questions and explained things to me to where I understood what they were talking about.

Fast and great service, I walked in and they instantly helped me out and got the part I needed in less then 5 minutes
