At or slightly below average store. Lots of sales staff although not that knowledgeable.. they were willing to help. Nice folks 😊

I haven’t been in the Amherst store since michaels took over pat catans. I was totally shocked. Little inventory of flowers and not the quality as they were before, no wicker department, few vases of which to choose. I think I was the only person in the store with one cashier. What happened to the lines of people ready to check you out and the former staff throughout the store willing to help you. I wish them well but I don’t give them too long before they close their doors.

Very helpful staff. And a enormous variety of EVERYTHING! I love this store.

This was my first visit to Michaels. Smaller than some of the other crafting stores. They had a good product selection. I found everything i needed. Priced reasonable.

Love this place people are kind and generous the prices are awesome right now they are in the middle of transitioning getting rid of the old and bringing the new and there is a lot of special so go and get them

The employees were very nice and helpful. The store did not have the craft item I was looking for. The store was low on the paint supplies and Diamond dotz . I would go again.

I love coming here I wish you was a little bit more cheaper but it has a nice variety of stuff for arts and crafts and for at-home projects..

The staff was so kind and helpful! But there was a lot of empty shelves and I feel this location is organized oddly. They did just have a rebrand so maybe they are still getting their store in order.

The staff were less helpful than I normally experience at Michaels. Maybe its this location. They werent overly busy. Well stocked and very clean. No wait at the checkout. I found everything I was looking for eventually. I will return here and update review at another time.

Absolutely LOVE this store!! They had EVERYTHING I needed for a Christmas gift idea, plus more!! I got even more ideas when I was shopping. Id definitely recommend Michaels for your first, and only stop, for crafting ideas. Itll save you A LOT of time, and probably money too!

No matter which Michaels location I visit, I always find what I am looking for and this one didnt let me down. The prices were good and I got help right away when I needed it. Everyone in the store were wearing mask and following the social distancing rules...

Theyve had some great sales and I stock up on yarn to crocheted blankets during the winter.

I felt bad about coming in right before close, but the workers who checked me out were really nice and funny. It was a good end to a long day.

Their store on Cooper Foster really doesnt have much of anything.

Hard to find things in this store. Not layed out logically. Cross back and forth across the store to find things that ought to be near each other.

I prefer the Avon store. It seems more organized and shocked. The staff is great though!

Customers and employees practiced social distancing! Most customers had masks and all employees wore masks. Made for a pleasant outing topped by good selection at reasonable prices.

The selection is awesome! The markdowns are great ! Some of their prices are crazy, but if you can get it on sale.. youve got it made !

This was my first time at a Michaels store and I dont think Ill ever return. Talk about expensive! A pack of Sharpie markers are $32! Theyre $25 at Target. Everything in the store is up priced like this times two! This store in particular looked as if it was going out of business as a quarter of the store had nothing on the shelves and was in disarray. It also didnt have most of what Pat Catans had as for crafting. Huge waste of time.

The store is really nice and you can find all you need for and little projects. But if you need help. Is really hard to found help from the staff. Maybe the need more people walking around to see if anyone need help

The store in lorain was so bad the shelves where empty it looked like a going out business. They didnt have what I needed. The lighting was really bad.

Always have the items I need

I got a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. The next day, while driving to the store, a second email was sent telling me they didnt have all my shirts. Since I was driving I did not see said email. The shirts were for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. I finished by driving to another Michaels, staying up til midnight and getting up at 6am to deliver them to her before school since they were for a noon event at the school. Now I am not seeing a correct refund and will have to fight for that.

I liked the Michaels in Wooster, Ohio but this one surprised me by how empty many shelves were. I was looking for yarn and was disappointed, a poor selection of any better quality yarn.

Julie could not possibly have been more knowledgeable or thoughtful! Good advice, very skilled but also helped to carry a very large frame to my car in the parking lot...really went the extra mile. Great stuff in your store, and quality employees as well. Thank you all! Dr. Hilaire Tavenner

They are having a FANTASTIC pre-Christmas sale! (12/19/19). Even without the sale the prices are still phenominal (especially on picture frames... which is what I went for), even compared to Amazon! Skip everywhere else, including online stores, and pay them a good old-fashioned Christmas shopping visit in person.

Great place to get craft supplies. With the extensive inventory. Unfortunately we couldnt find what we were looking for. But that wont keep us from going back.

Not impressed. Ordered online for in-store pick up. Got there and waited around for a half hour while they pieced my order together just to find out theyve been sold out the whole time.

Its no Pat Catans thats for sure I think that its pricey and a selection while there isnt much of one the shells were pretty Barren when I went today I imagine I only go there because I dont have many other options like most of you out there

A good place to get your art supplies for painting and other hobbies, use their coupons for what you can as their prices are a little higher than where Im use to shopping. Still though I can find what I need.

Pat Catans was a hundred times better. This store is over priced and has half the amount of diy crafts as Pat Catans. I have only purchased twice from Michaels but I’m not big on this store at all.

Overpriced. Went in August and most Halloween items already gone. Sales people carry on personal conversations while working with customers through Bluetooth connection.
