CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE.. WHEN A DELIVERY DRIVER HAS TO WAIT BECAUSE NO ONE IS AT THE DESK IT MAKES OUR SERVICE LOOK BAD

If I could give them zero stars I would. We have gone there twice to fill our propabe tanks up. Both times they said they will be right out. We sat for a half hour both times and no one came out. We went to the one in Norwalk. The guu came right out with us. Dont waste yoir time fill propane tanks here. It is a co.plere waste of time.

Placed an order for curbside pickup at 7:40 got an email 10 minutes later before they closed that they canceled my order

The employees are knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

Absolute BEST place I have found to buy air compressors. Just bought my second from them at it was OVER 200.00 LESS then amazon and Ebay couldnt even come close!! Staff is friendly and helpful and not hard to find. Wide selection of quality tools and really a better version of rural king if your looking for tools and hardware.

A nice place with friendly and helpful staff. While they have a sizable assortment of farm/work clothes, and farm/gardening related gear, I go there for pet food. They carry a good and affordable store brand dry food, but my only complaint is that they rarely keep it stocked on the shelves. If asked, employees are willing to retrieve items from the back storage area.

Everyone I talked to was really nice. They have so many things I needed and things I didnt even know I needed. Great prices on dog beds. I got a good pair of pants for $12.99. I got a dog crate. They have a lot of pet items. I have so many outdoor projects for the Spring and will be shopping at Tractor Supply.

First and LAST time at this store!! Went in for 5 bags of mulch, was rudely called over to a new line by a cashier on her personal cell phone, on a personal call throughout the entire transaction. Was not given any instructions as to where to pull up to have mulch loaded in my truck. Pulled car around by where mulch was located. An employee was talking to someone in their car. I assumed hed come over to help me load the mulch or at very least, make sure I paid for it. Nope just stood there watching me while talking to someone in their car. Unbelievable!! First impressions are so important and so is good customer service. Ill be sure to let EVERYONE I know aware of my experience.

Step above a hardware store well-stocked facility is very clean inside and out. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is moderate not quite as low as some of the Big Box store facilities. Carey specialty items especially for animals and clothing. Plenty of parking wheelchair parking available and wheelchair accessibility. Very visible from the road and plenty of other shopping in the general area.

Great place for all your farming needs. They have feed for any farm animal. Their dog and cat food supply rivals any pet store. Their store brand, paws and claws, is wonderful for cat litter and at a great price. I will never buy tidy cat again. In the spring and late summer they have chicks, baby ducks, and baby turkeys. They also sell everything you need for a wood burning stove or pellet stove, including the stoves themselves. The employees are very knowledgable and always willing to help.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff make you feel welcomed every time you come in. Prices are average Id say. Selection is more specific to our area but the staff wont hesitate to check products and availability at other store locations.

I found what I was looking for and a few other things. Saw the baby Chicks too cute. Was hoping to find a long sleeve John Deere green color t-shirt. I like this store.

I guess you will have your good employees and bad ones. I asked for help and the lady called for someone to help and no one showed up, so she walked over to assist me I had a few questions about a product and she was clueless on everything I asked. I believe if you are going to be selling a product you should know information about that product. Then she had an attitude on top of that... The lady who checked me out tho was outstanding very helpful and answered all my questions...

Everyone was very nice & very friendly. They were very helpful to my husband. Helped him find what he was looking for.

Friendly service and excellent value! The employees go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and they have great advice. Can’t beat the prices.

I drove to this location about a half hour away, but before I did I called about inventory for stall mats. They told me there was more than enough. I checked the inventory in the manager told me I was wrong then proceeded to take me outside. Clearly there wasnt actually enough inventory and I wasted an hour of my day going there. It wouldnt be so bad if the manager wasnt so rude. Maybe she was having a rough day Im not sure.

I can usually find what I need on my own, but sometimes its nice to be able to find an employee for assistance. Those employees are difficult to find. They appear to be understaffed. Otherwise good selection of items. Went here looking for hex bolts.

They always seem short staffed at this location but the employees are still very helpful and upbeat. My pup loves getting treats when we check out too!

Did not have my particular part but looked for it on the computer for over a half hour. Still couldnt find it so they recomended someone who might. I found my part and would go back to them first just for that kind of service.

Huge selection for all sorts of home/farm supplies. We here for parts to a 1995 Briggs and Stratton tractor engine. Sadly the dont carry parts that old. However, theyre Staff was knowledgeable about all the tractor/mower supplies they did carry.

Got propane. Best to call when U get to the back for someone to come fill the tanks. Always good people.

Buy all my bird seed and feed for my squirrels there along with other things and the store is awesome and the people that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable about this store!!!
