Dont be fooled by the other reviews.. 2 stars only because they have an amazing front desk staff. The quality and repairs are not what I would have expected from a facility with the amount of outstanding reviews. Some items to mention that reflect why my rating of this place is low:- Multiple issues considering my vehicle was there over 3 weeks at the shop- Issues that remained even after they re-evaluated my vehicle for 2 more days and fixed the concerned items.- Huge over spray fanned across in multiple areas that only needing a detail to be removed. Twice mentioned, and low and behold still there.- Trim not even being properly seated- Obnoxious amount of Orange Peel. Again a detail did not fix that.- Noise heard from wheel axle/hub area that happened after my accident that they were going to look into but never bothered including it in the report. Mentioned twice, and didnt get a response. Glad they didnt, because they couldnt even get cosmetic work done right, let alone mechanical work. Ill look at what other options I have.* As a side note, I had my car professionally paint corrected (2 stage) 1 week before the accident so I know without a doubt the very visible swirls and scratches found across my driver side and both front and rear bumpers were not on my vehicle previously.. the damage from the accident occurred on the passenger side

The photo was a before picture of an accident related incident. Our insurance recommended this place for the repairs and it looks brand new now!!! We are so happy with the service abs have already referred neighbors. We highly recommend this place for any automotive repairs.

I am beyond frustrated. While I understand the extra long delay in getting my 2019 Honda Civic repaired after the accident was not entirely the fault of the shop, as the repairs should have only taken 3-4 weeks (which was told to me by the shop), it ended up taking 6-7 weeks (partly due to slow working insurance adjuster). Once we finally got the car back, there was absolutely no gas left in the tank, we barely made it to the closest gas station 1/2 mile away, then before we left we discovered they did not align the hood properly, so we had to return with the car the next day. The day we picked up the car there was a fowl smell, which we thought might go away, but by morning it was still there. We inquired of the shop about the smell, they said they noticed it too, but did not think it was actually coming from the car, but from a dirty truck that drove by. We replaced the in cabin air filter, thinking that after sitting in their yard not running for 2 months may have dirtied the air filter, but that did not fix the problem. By later afternoon after running a few errands, my car died and would not start. The shop was nice enough to send out a tow, and they discovered that the battery was fried and tried to blame it on us. REALLY!!!!! The car has been in their possession for over 2 months, I get it back with no gas and a dead battery, and it is my problem. I think NOT!!!!!

I had to bring my car here for repairs to the driver side door. This shop was recommended by my insurance. The whole experience was smooth and easy for me. My car was fixed in about a week. I needed a rental for a couple days and Enterprise delivered it to the shop on the day I dropped off my car. Staff was friendly and communicated with me at every step of the repair process.

One of the nicest auto shops I’ve ever been too. Everything from the lobby, area, customer service, and quality of their work is extremely professional! They even finished my car earlier than the expected date which was amazing.

The work performed was excellent and well worth the value.

I took my car in for repair of my rear view mirrors. The staff was friendly, responsible and they were great with giving me updates. My car looks great and I would definitely recommend them.

I was recommended by several other people who came here to have their car serviced after an accident and they did not disappoint! They completed my repairs faster than expected and kept me informed the entire time about what was going on and answered every question I had. They are not partnered with Progressive, but were more than happy to service my vehicle. I had several problems with misinformation with Progressive that the auto shop had to unfortunately deal with as well which they handled so well and cannot thank them enough for putting up with them as well. 10/10 and will continue to recommend them.

Fix Auto in North Anaheim gave the true definition of customer care to its fullest meaning. The first nice experience was noticing how brand new the building looked from pulling up to it. There’s plenty of parking available on the street & also on the side street adjoining the main building. Right when you walk into the lobby you’re greeted by a very professional lady. You’re offered coffee or water while all your information is checked in. The front customer care representative even called the car rental for you in case a car rental is needed while your car is being serviced for repairs. My vehicle was at Fix Auto for five working days. I was notified via phone text the progress during my cars stay there. I highly recommend Fix Auto North. Ask for Marvin Hernandez. Marvin was the most knowledgeable person helping me while my vehicle was being repaired on. Marvin fully explained to me what the whole process would entail & told me If I had any concerns please feel free to call him. Fix Auto has made this experience 110% to my satisfaction for anymore automobile auto body repair I may have in the future. I had my truck repaired here after an accident and I am glad I chose this repair shop to do the job. They were very helpful the whole process, from checking in to receiving my truck. I got daily updates and the truck was even ready a day before estimated. My truck looks and drives brand new.

We brought our CR-V to Fix Auto after a too-close encounter with a stone light pole footing left the bumper hanging off and damage to the front left fender and wheel well. FA was among a list of 4 recommendations from our insurance company. Ive never been to a cleaner, nicer body shop. We got an inspection appointment the same day we called. They made an initial inspection of our CR-V and told us theyd be in touch with an estimate. They followed through and stayed in touch throughout the process and finished a day sooner than the estimate stated. They washed and waxed the car and it looks great. My wife is very happy to have it back! Thanks, Fix Auto, for being friendly, fast, and professional!

Nice clean front and shop (unexpected of an auto body shop)Long wait tho.Went there to get stuff from our car that was totalled. Courteous front lady. Stephanie was helpful as well as professional and she kept me up on all details of my car getting repaired. Originally I was to receive my car on the 26th of February but the front bumper did not fit correctly so I was given a factory bumper which was an upgrade from the bumper I had previously. This bumper has the black grill like the brand new cars. I was very satisfied with their service and would recommend this 5 star facility.

I went in last year to receive a quote for my insurance during a difficult transition in my life. I overheard the quote adjustor say to a coworker that I was an eye-roll case. Not professional in his side talk.

I went to six through Geico for the damage to my front bumper when I checked in everybody was very courteous professional asked me if I would like any water or coffee and they kept me informed during the repair process and were accurate on the time of completion it was easy to pick up and they detailed and clean the inside and outside of my car very professional service if you need repairs done

My car had items in there that was cleaned out and I didn’t find it professional to take clean out my car without my permission and they didn’t think people will find out they there items is missing
