Caliber Collision on La Palma did our repair work. We are very pleased with everything they did. They actually care about your car. The job was done perfectly. The service person assigned to us was very concerned about keeping us informed and contacting us as needed. Great place!

Vehicle returned with speakers blown out. They installed new speakers in, but these still had a rattling noise even with little amount of bass on. I either had to turn off all bass or bring all sound to the front speakers. Brought the car back multiple times for them to resolve the issue only to be led on a wild goose chase to even contact someone with authority. They never called back even after leaving messages. “They’re not in the building” or “they’re not in their office”. Not to mention the last time I brought the car to them, they moved the speakers further back, used different screws this time, only for them to sound exactly the same but now with the old screws rolling around where the speakers sit. One has rolled out and I’m still waiting for the other.I ended up getting fed up with waiting, took my car to an actual audio shop and they told me that the right speaker is blown out.Never again am I going back to this place. I tried contacting corporate to complain but even then I was not able to talk to anyone either. Wasted 4 months.

Had a great experience with a rear bumper repair after getting rear-ended. Caliber was extremely helpful and gave us a clear timeline & expectation of the work that needed to be done. Everything went as planned, the rear bumper was replaced, and the paint was sprayed to match perfectly - which is impressive with a 15 year old car! Their staff was friendly & helpful, and everything was as painless as possible.Our claim was covered by the other partys insurance so I cant comment on value, but their service was outstanding!

Caliber Collision, my experience with them was very good, the work they did on my car was excellent, they let me know step by step the process of repairing my car, very professional.

Vehicle was returned with missing trim pieces and unrepaired panels. They tried to charge me more when the vehicle was finally ready after pushing back the pick up date several times. Overall all, not a pleasant experience after getting in an accident. I feel the vehicle should have been totaled but through their billing strategy to the insurance company, they managed to make the extensive repairs instead.

Ozzy was amazing he made sure i was kept in the loop of what stage my repairs were in and answered all my questions while the repair staff made my truck looked like new. The receptionist was very nice and helpful all in all a great experience in a very stressful time defiantly a great place to go i would recommend to anyone who needs a repair on their vehicle

I came her with my husband to get his car repaired, and all the things he had in his car disappeared. We had came back to this place to ask for the manager, and ad expected they weren’t there, we asked a employee if we could communicate with the manager to discuss about what had happened, then told that we’d get a call back. We still haven’t received the call.

They painted and did body work and it turned out great . I would highly recommend to anyone !

Farmers insurance preferred provider and they coordinate with enterprise rental cars. Pictures and checked in quickly. Enterprise was dispatched and arrived to pick me up thereafter. Literally in 1.5 hrs I was driving away in the rental car from enterprise.

I would like give a shout out to Arturo Escobedo a service tech at Caliber who helped me get my car repaired in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this place. Great work guys!

Vehicle was restored to like new...

They stole expensive stuff from my car and didn’t give it back and lied to us saying someone probably broke into the car and took the stuff but they’re weren’t any signs that someone broke into the carJust be aware of what you have in your vehicle!

They recommended my insurance company for my car to be totaled!! Good thing I know of a better collision center who could do a better job for half the price of Caliber’s! Not to mention, when they transferred my car to the new collision center they lost some parts! It took 2 weeks for them to finally bring to the new collision center after calling them every time. The manager would sometimes answer and would bother to help or would say yea we’re sending them

3rd time i have used this place. Each time has been a good experience. I have delt with Art he has been wonderful as well as the ladies at the front

Got into an accident my car got shipped here from the insurance, All I can say is perfection!!! Arturo was great he kept me involved every step of the way !!! . First I’d like to say front office staff was very welcoming, offered refreshments the minute I walked in . Meet with advisor appointed to me walked to my car explained the entire process made me feel at ease .Upon picking up my car Manager Ernie again asked if I’d like refreshments which I thought was nice also we went over the entire repairs, Also talked about the life time warranty.Great first experience in a body shop would recommend to all my friends and family for sure .....

This place sucks every since Jim left this caliber things have got out of hand. He was more helpful the Ernie . Cause he is mostly out every time I know I am not the only one with this problem there are many. I would never bring my car back here again

I had bought my camaro here 8 months ago at first I thought my car looked good put then. Checked it the next day there was a part hanging down and missing parts. Don’t come here bad service and jobs done when you come here.last time ever coming to a caliber after this experience. The manger should either check the cars better cause his doing a terrible job at keeping his staff in order. I just wanted to let everyone one know and I also forgot to post it put know I am to make people aware.

It’s been over three months I took my car here and it was a horrible service caliber collision demand delivery. I absolutely do not like my car or the work they had done on it. Ernie the manger did not dilver my car as expected I was very disappointed on the the work. I do not recommend this place to any one stay away from here take your work elsewhere. I took my car to another body shop after this happened and they fixed my car right the first time. Caliber failed to deliver my car right the first time and didn’t do a good job.

Just like everyone else I came in there pretty upset because it was taking forever to get my car fixed and also because i was told they were going to repair the damage not replace it. Jim is the man he got it done the right way. Also Alex in the front desk was very helpful. Be nice to her and shell help you the most. Exceptional customer service.

My paint had holes apparently called fisheyes all over my car. Check your car and pay attention to what they painted cause it has few holes around the door, fender they painted on my car horrible job. Color did not match at all in the shade it looks like it the correct color but in the sun in different angles it’s different. Definitely not coming back here ever again. If you do come to this caliber check your car paint I am sure you will find fisheyes on your car.

Had my vehicles there a few times and they are pretty fast and do good work ... rental car companys will do drop off and pick ups there for convenience... wish they did were open on the weekends to at least pick up completed vehicles though

From the time I walked in until the day I picked up my beautifully painted car I felt totally taken care of. I was so pleased with Steve Miller and all the professionals at Caliber. Great team and great results.

This place have very bad customer service, no concern or respect to promises to customer. need to reach out more to there customer and value customer time. this place have shows me a no care attitude and no importance to my need . adjuster are very rude, and care less about how you feel about it. have a no cant do attitude and very nasty the way they confront you. lack of professional ethic, and poor leadership. i will never recommend any one to this shop and much more to leave my vehicle under their trust .

You guys should read the comments cause what they say is true. This place can not dilver your car the way you expect. In my opinion they need new management. The manger really look like he does not know what he is doing at all he looks lost. The ladys in front are really nice and helpful. The estimators as well but I didn’t feel that welcome by the manger

My car was repaired here after an accident. After about a month, one of the panels they replaced popped out. The handle of the door they replaced was loose. They also didnt bother replacing the damaged rubber strip around the base of the windshield.I brought my car back to deal with these issues when they came to my attention, and though they fixed the door handle and panel within 30 minutes, they had to order the rubber strip. I was told I would receive a call within a week, but two months went by before I realized they had never gotten back to me. When I called about it, I was told nothing about it was even in my record.Presumably theyre going to deal with this, but all of these issues ought to have been resolved the first time I brought my car in. Ive had to bring my car back three times for the same accident. Its not the first time my family has dealt with issues pertaining to shoddy workmanship at Caliber. Theyre either lazy or cheap or both. Probably both.

Horrible, stay away. I had to take my car back several times for them to fix something that should have been taken care of on the first and only visit. I dont think its that they dont know what they are doing its more along the facts that they dont really care. I honestly lost track of the times I had to leave my car with them to fix something, but sure enough everytime I did they would fix one issue and make a new on it at the same time. At the end of it the insurance paid for the repairs not myself. But I would never personally give them my own money. The car was never repaired properly but I honestly didnt want to deal with them anymore so I lived with the issues they made. Please do yourself a favor and if you have to deal with them NEVER pick up your car at closing time. Because they will try anything to try to get rid of your car even if it’s not repaired right

Nobody likes being in a car accident but after I was rear ended, I looked around from a selection of repair shops I was given by the insurance company and I chose Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in, the front desk ladies were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Jason was my specialist and I just want to give him a special thanks for his customer service and professionalism. He kept in touch with me every step of they way and delivered as promised! As a matter of fact, he went the extra mile to make sure my repairs were taken care of! My Ford Edge was fixed and I was back on the road in no time. Outstanding service and repair, thank you!

This place have very bad customer service the manager does not have no leadership of his workers. When I would ask for the manger he would either not be there or would always come late. I don’t recommend this spacific caliber to any friends, family. I got my car thinking it was going to be fixed right and done right the first time. It was not the case the bumper color did not match at all I was disappointed to tell them to fix it again. Because of how poorly they did my paint job. The manger was not considered about the issue. They did restore the rythm of my life back.

I got information from former employes that the manger Ernie will use the same parts on our cars. Even if there broken, damaged . Just to get rid of the cars and make money by the end of every month . I was told by former friend emplers cause I was thinking of getting my car done there and fixed. But after I found out that the manger makes his employers reuse the same damaged car parts because the new parts have not been delivered yet or are arriving late. He does not care how your car goes .

Do not like the fact of being involved in an accident; but love to know that when and if I do am involved in an accident I have a reliable and professional place to come to

Terrific, the entire team is superb!

I had some front collision damage that took a while to get done but they did solid work and even though i had to come back they completely covered my concerns and didnt sugar coat or sidestep anything. Ill keep them in mind for any future repairs.

The caliber collision did not deliver my car as expected. The ernie escobedo manager was not at all full help. I did not like how he talked to me when he returned my car. The car did not even look good at all.

Ernie, the manager, did not do a great job in my car. I wanted to publish this purchase. I thought that my opinion mattered. When Jim was there he made sure that my car was excellent. Jim made sure everything was fine the first time. While Ernie does it, I have brought my car twice, the second was the last time I was going to bring it. Thank God they finally got it right the second time
