Bought a Battery for a Nissan Maxima and it was dead in 3 months i took it back and they charged it for me and it was good for about a month. The battery went dead again so the associate told me the car was draining the battery and did not want to replace it but he finally did. I put the battery replacement in the car and about 4 months later it was dead. I did not want to deal with them again so i bought a cheap battery at Auto Zone and have not had a problem. Go to Walmart or some where that they will stand behind there warranty.

My experience with Carlos at Battery Systems of Anaheim was wonderful. I came in to test my battery and Carlos understood my requests and valued my business. Carlos turned out to be a very nice guy, who helped me very professional but not snobby! Was upfront and honest with me about the battery, the price and offered me the best battery for my truck.Purchasing was a quick and seamless process. Carlos offered other items as well. I was very pleased with how I was treated and I would purchase another battery from them in the future.I also learned that Carlos loves outdoor activities. This was music to my ears as I am very much into camping, off road, mountain biking and long road trips.Overall, I would recommend Battery Systems of Anaheim to friends and family, if theyre looking for a new or used battery.Cheers.

These guys gave me excellent service I came in for RV marine batteries and they sold me some used ones for $65 and theyre like brand new Im very grateful to these guys if you have any battery needs go to the Battery Systems of Anaheim. I have purchased somewhere alot of battries from this location. I have several commercial accounts here as well. They do not stand behind there products. In every case they have found a excuse to deny warranty, I have been a master automotive technician for 21 years and the b.s. reasons they use to deny warranty is insane. I dont recommend this place!

Worst service ever. I walked into purchase of battery with cash. They required me to fill out a form online how do you use a credit card. Because I had a discount code. Then they didnt even know if it was in stock and had to go look in the back. A gentleman came to the front area was a carton said where would you like it what vehicle is yours in the parking. He was implying that I was installing it in my vehicle. I explained him know this battery is for my portable solar panel. And I said I have to pay for the battery first. Talk about the cart before the horse. I had my cash out ready to pay the gentleman for the battery. He walked away. Then another completely different gentleman stuck his head out of side door and said to me. Hell help you load your battery in the van. So I walked outside and open my van so that he could put it in the back. This took 10 minutes. Then I went back inside to pay for my battery. And the guy says to me oh I thought you changed your mind. I had to explain that I went outside to help them load the battery. Then as part of the invoice processing he informs me that there is a $24 core charge. But I explained to him this is not going in a vehicle. It will be used with my solar panels. Then he said it doesnt matter. You still have to pay the core charge. So I ended up paying more than I thought I would. It is a lead acid battery not AGM. But it is deep cycle and is maintenance free. And is 105 amp hours which should suit my needs for my portable solar panels. I do not recommend this battery systems of Anaheim. Their customer service is terrible. And they dont even seem to know what theyre doing. now Im looking for a dead battery I can use as a core to take back and get my $24 back. The battery has a 30-month warranty. And was $139.46. I wont be going there anymore. I would rather give my business to Walmart.

I have been buying my batteries here for years and Anthony has helped me out quite a few times and he has done a great job, I recently moved and will look for another battery systems location due to my experience here, thank you, Anthony :)

THE QUESTIONS THAT YOU ASK ON YOUR APPLICATION ARE RIDICULOUS AND INVADE ONES PRIVACY. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT ONES BODY AND EXERCISE.I HAVE NEVER SEEN AN APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT THAT ACTUALLY ASK THOSE QUESTIONS.
