A little hard to find, but they had the parts I needed at a great price.

Absolutely worst customer service. Placed an order and due to the fact that my shipping address was different from billing they cancelled and refunded my order. Of course thats standard procedure for an order they dont feel safe fulfilling. Not an issue with them there, safety first for sure. The issue was them not notifying me NOT ONCE about the issue so I can maybe try and fix it. NOT RESPONDING AT ALL to any emails or messages I sent with my order number to try and find out where my order was. When I called, the guy on the phone says oh yeah... that order... we cancelled it. Very smug and when I asked about not being notified. He brushes it off. A lot worse stuff Im leaving out of this review because Im the absolute last person to leave any type of negative review. If you knew me youd know this was true. I hate leaving reviews but for this business to screw up this BIG and ruin a plan I had for Christmas was the last straw. My plan is ruined and my wife is decorated. I wont be ordering from this company again to say the least. I hope for every other customers dealing with this company that they get their orders successfully and dont deal with what I went through. Happy Holidays everyone. Best wishes.
