7/22/21 Update: Michelle @ Coverking was set on getting the armrest covers correct. A 2nd order arrived a few weeks ago and they were still too short. I told her not to worry about it, but she wouldn’t let it be wrong. She talked with her team and found there was a slight discrepancy in the first two sizes and the 3rd set of arm rest covers arrived yesterday. They fit perfect! And I didn’t even break a sweat trying to put them on! Thanks Michelle.Seat covers arrived in maybe 10 days, I was told 8 weeks - so that’s great!I live by the beach, so while it’s not hot, the summer humidity can be sticky and when wearing shorts and just running errands my legs get sweaty to the seats. For my 3rd summer now with my Honda Passport, I’ve been looking for something of a cotton, yet not heavy material. The black poly cotton drill fit the bill. The first order was missing a headrest and the armrest covers didn’t fit so they sent me another set a couple weeks later. The armrests still don’t fit, but I’m fine without them.
I ordered the stretch fit cover for my 2021 Camaro SS 1LE. The cover fits like a glove, even around the extended front splitter. Shipping time was decent even for a custom made cover. The quality is good, the fleece lining is soft as to not scratch the car, and the red gives it a classy look. This is money well spent in my opinion. I look forward to using this for years to come.
I purchased the Coverking saddle blanket seat covers for my 4runner. The material is not what I would associate with a saddle blanket. The covers were coming apart at the seams and unraveling after a month of use. Coverking would not let me exchange the product. They did provide a warranty replacement but the quality is the same as the product that failed. Disappointed. I am leaving my review on Google because there wasnt a way for me to leave one on the Coverking site.
Ordered front and rear seat covers for my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid LE and the rear covers dont fit! They assume that the car has removable headrests in the back when it doesnt. Very frustrating as the only recourse offered was a refund, especially because Im impressed with the quality of the covers for my front seats.Edit: It seems I may have discovered a way around this. I believe that the SE trim has the same seats, and they have a cover for that. If I can get this exchanged and that works, Ill gladly up this to a 4 or 5 star rating.
I ordered a cover for my C7 Corvette convertible, what I received was in fact a cover for a C7 Corvette coupe. On Cover Kings website you are able to specify Coupe or Convertible, I chose convertible because the rear contour of the car is different on a coupe versus a convertible. On their website, Cover King labels these covers as, Each cover is custom tailored to fit the exact specification of your Vehicle; however, this is not the case with my C7 Corvette convertible. As shown in the picture, this cover has excess material near the rear where the convertible top ends. I was able to take this cover and fit it to a C7 Corvette Coupe and it fit PERFECTLY. No excess material near the back. After several phone calls, and emails (including pictures and video) to Cover King regarding my concern, they responded by stating After reviewing with their design team, it is in fact the correct cover which it is not. I specifically purchased from them because they claimed to offer this cover for a convertible and on their website stated Each cover is custom tailored to fit the exact specification of your Vehicle. I wish I had checked customer reviews before buying from them. I hope this review helps people determine if Cover King is the tailored fit for their vehicle.
Their customer service is great. The Mosom Plus™ Custom Car Cover is waterproof and fits well, but it only lasts a year or two outdoors in the sun. They happily replaced it once, but the second time they upgraded me to a better cover because the other mater is not available. It doesnt fit as well. The real problem is that the cover is water resistant but not water proof. After a light rain, I have a wet cover and car. Im trying to let the cover dry on my front porch. Covering recommends I remove the cover when it is going to rain. WHAT??? I dont know what to do for a car cover now.
Perfect fit! They even supplied a Kevlar glove so you don’t cut your hand and a handy tool to tuck the covers in tight places. The only imperfections I found was a manufacturers mistake. On the passenger side they did not provide the Velcro strip to secure the bottom portion of the cover to prevent the cover from slipping. I really like that design with the Velcro strip.2years ago I bought Wet Okole covers and they are junk design wise.. but they held up just slipped a lot and always having to readjust them.Im hoping these cover king covers hold up, I really like the look of them.
Coverking has nice seat covers but there customer service is terrible. I ordered a seat cover set for a 2017 Ram and didnt get the right counsel cover. Sent an email to customer service. Got a email back saying there are backlogged. Sent an email 3 days later that I didnt notice because I was swamped at work. Gave me 24 hours to respond. So they closed my support ticket. I responded anyway with everything they wanted, and they emailed me on a weekend with the 24 time line again, which I didnt check work email on weekend, asking for everything I already sent them. Got an email back saying my ticket is closed. Now they wont respond to any of my emails.
Horrible service. Ordered a car cover on 27 July and still do not have it as of 13 Sept. There is no number to speak with a person and their online support reply said only that they were experiencing minor (!) delays and would provide an update at some point. The fact that their web site still says 3-5 day lead time for products is basically a bait and switch, without the switch.Update - after trawling through reviews, I found a number to call. While the person was reasonably courteous, essentially all they told me was they just received the material and my order may be shipped out by the end of the month if it gets made before they run out again.
This is my third windshield sun shield. I couldn’t be happier with this product! So well built and worth every penny spent. These custom shields aren’t the garage you buy off the shelf. My first cover is four years old and looks and fits perfectly. Great product, great price and great service. Will definitely be back
Ive owned three sets of CoverKing seat covers. The last set I purchased directly from CoverKing have begun to fall apart. Ive tried to submit a warranty claim three times that wont go through on their website. Ive tried emailing them and have gotten a canned response with a broken link to a website. There is no phone number to call for support or warranty claims.I guess I was expecting too much when I paid over $200.00 for these seat covers. I surely wont be using them again.
I ordered this product and paid for this product back in May and every month I get strung along and told it’s still on back order it’s now on back order again there are people who have been waiting from a month before you like that solves my problem at all by the way cover king saying you can’t provide service to other customers doesn’t solve this customers problem! If you’ve got a problem with a vendor find a new one or stop taking orders for stuff you cannot provide I mean you’re in the business of ordering things from China re-boxing them and sending them to people how hard is that as far as I can tell you’re basically just a business set up to collect sales tax so that foreign products can be sold in America great do better at it Or better yet find an American supplier to solve your problems of not being able to find materials. That’s like ordering dinner at a restaurant and then your waiter coming over and telling you I’m sorry we’re out of cows no steak for you there are no cows that exist anywhere maybe next month you can have dinner
Finally a company that stands behind there product!!! My son purchased seat covers for his 01 Sport Trac. At first I thought it was a heck of a price tag but when they arrived and we got them on I was blown away with how they fit and looked. One had a small pull in it and I let it go a few months and it became a hole. One phone call and a couple pics later new one arrived in a few weeks. Thank you Cover King. Great product and great customer service.
We recently purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride and were looking for seat covers to protect from kiddies and dogs. A company I had previously used on multiple occasions did not have anything for the Telluride. I came across Coverking during my research. After weeks of comparing, shopping around, etc. I decided to get a diamond plate design for the 3 rows. The quality of the fabric, stitching, fit and the look far exceeded my expectations. (3rd row coming soon so no pics yet) Not only that, but for the same price from 2012 Ridgeline with only 2 tows, I got 3 rows in 2021 actually slightly cheaper. The other company also charged extra for the seat back pockets. I guess I wont be using Wet Butt anymore. LOL. I guess the King in Coverking is true. I cant wait to order a set for my 2021 Accord. One last thing...great installation video that was specific to our car, not some generic one size fits all video. UPDATE, 3rd row photo added.
I just recently removed Coverking seat covers from my old Toyota 4runner I want to sell, I had installed them 16 years ago. After 16 years the seat covers were covered in stains from drinks, food ect but didnt really show much wear, they held up great. My seats still look good which adds to the trucks resale value. Overall I feel like these were a good investment and I plan on buying them for my new 4runner.
I ordered and received a dash cover for a 2018 Kia Soul which took a couple of weeks to arrive. I had to go out of town for a while due to a family memberss illness so it was another 2 weeks before I was able to try it out.Not only does it not fit, the quality and look is awful. The material is so reflective I cant see clearly / safely out of my front window when the sun is out.I tried to contact customer service and to either get a refund or preferably pay the difference to upgrade it to the molded version that would hopefully fit better in black that wouldnt reflect as much but they said they could only remake the same one I bought that Im complexly unsatisfied with. For the price I paid I expect more than a poorly measured piece of cheap carpet that doesnt fin or at least some decent customer service.Edit: Notice how Coverking responded (months later) and ADMITED the thing obviously didnt fit as if they were used to that complaint. They STILL didnt offer a refund. They wanted MORE photos of a product that was already thrown away.Garbage product. Garbage service.
It took about 2 weeks for my seat covers to arrive which was faster than I expected! Id read plenty of reviews that said they were fairly hard to get on, but not impossible so I went in expecting that. I definitely worked up a sweat, but it took me about an hour to get both covers on my 2020 Honda CR-V! I think what was the hardest was hooking the back flap under the seat, but again, not impossible! It was nice to have the glove so I didnt cut my hand fiddling under the seat. Do be careful when using the tool included because I ripped a small hole in the cover pushing the fabric between the seat and back, but no biggie, its not noticeable. I ended up using my hands because I could use more force with them than with the tool. The saddle material is a bit itchy but I know that with time, it will wear down a bit and its nothing I cant handle until then. Im also really glad I chose black because it makes it blend in with the all black interior so much better. Im *super* happy with the covers and will probably be buying the rear seat covers soon! I attached 3 photos of the seat covers to show! (Side note: the seat heaters work very well with these covers, which was a must!)
I ordered two covers in July. No contact number anywhere and the status still says processing order. I understand Covid is slowing things down, but it should not be in processing mode after 2 1/2 months past order.
Seat covers arrived and were a perfect fit.The order took longer than the website communicates, and the communication of where they were in the process was limited. I reached out on a couple of occasions and eventually got a reply from someone outside the helpdesk. They were helpful and got my order on the right path.Have ordered products in the past and would again in the future. Just wish they would have communicated to me about my order being late. The purchaser should not have to work that hard to find out what is happening with their order.
I ordered Kryptek Neosupreme Custom Seat Covers from Coverking and I love them, the product quality meets all expectations. The packaging of the products for shipping is subpar at best. I received the first shipment (front seats) about a week before the rear, when the first box arrived the box was open as the packing tape was attached to one box flap and to the bag inside the box and the other flap was lose and open. The seat covers were in good shape inside the sealed bag excepting one small cut on front passenger upper seat cover, but no paperwork or promised installation kit were found. I assumed the kit was lost, but thought I would get a kit with the rear seat covers scheduled to arrive the next week. When the next shipment arrived it was open, the product was not damaged but included no installation kit or paperwork. The branded packaging tape is either not being applied correctly or has inadequate adhesion for the compressed seat covers in the small box. I will improvise the tools for installation and I love the seat covers. I would recommend these seat cover to a friend, but the packaging does let down the overall quality of the product. Seems a shame to drop the ball at the point of packaging when the quality of the product is this good. This was NOT the shippers issue this was a packaging issue by Coverking. The shipper managed to to deliver the package despite Coverkings bad packaging. Thank you for for offering to ship the hardware, but there is no need as the seat covers are already installed.
Poor quality, and the company does not stand behind the product. No follow-up from Facebook inquiry sent. The sewing is loose and crooked, along with tears in the Velcro. I purchased from a reseller that is equally as bad on the customer service product, but my situation could have been avoided with proper craftsmanship. Beware, I am out $400+ for seat covers that are worse than the local auto parts store special.
Seat covers did not fit, not even remotely close. Company charges a 15% restocking fee for a product that isn’t as advertised. On top of that they don’t provide a return shipping label so now I’m out $120 to return the unusable product. Would not recommend.Edit in response:Hello CoverKing, funny how that third party has the same address as you. The product was ordered correctly, I watched the video multiple times to make sure I was doing my part correctly, I had another person do the same-YOUR PRODUCT DIDNT FIT. Quit trying to put the blame on me, it was a faulty product. You don’t offer replacements-good, I don’t want one. What’s amazing is your product wasn’t correctly made and rather than say “oops, our bad” and work towards some resolution you all have just stopped responding to my emails. What’s even better is that set of covers that were faulty have been sent back, at a cost of ≈$120 out of my pocket, 15% restocking fee taken out of the original price and then those exact same faulty covers will be sold at full price to another potential customer. I’m out almost $200 and all I got for that money was a couple of hours with your faulty product and a headache. This is your mistake but make no mistake, I won’t ever attempt another purchase of your product and will take every opportunity to let others know they shouldn’t as well.
I bought a Stormproof custom cover for my new challenger. The cover looks and fits great and was designed exactly as I ordered it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the time it took and the online progress tracker. The estimated time frame listed online was listed as 1-2 weeks It took 3 weeks (which is okay due to not a lot of people being back at work in California) instead of 2. After about 13 days checking online with no progress listed on the tracker I got concerned and called. They were very professional, I told them the tracker wasnt being updated and probably wouldnt have called if I knew it was being worked on. She apologized and let me know what step my cover was in, and when the estimated ship date was. I checked the site about an hour later and the tracker was working. I have had the cover for 1 day. I will try to remember to comeback and update this in 6 months.
I ordered floormats for my 2004 Mustang Cobra, a difficult model to find. The mats showed up in about 10 days. Excellent construction. Fit and material exceeds original equip. Vroom vroom, 3 pedals - no problem!!
Had a dash cover that had blotches in the color after 3 months after a multitude of useless emails telling me how sorry they were, they still refused to honor the warranty.Save yourself some heartache and buy your dash covers from a better company that is made in the USA and honors the warranty
Bought a car cover from them. The first one did not fit well, we discussed the issue in dimensional detail. They replaced it with one that fit perfectly at no additional cost. It works great for my application inside the garage and would likely be good for outside use (I have not tried this).
Seat covers fit well and look nice. Customer support is lacking. I had an issue installing a portion of the cover and customer support was of no help.
I purchased cover Kings 100% Neoprene seat covers. It is the best purchases I’ve ever made. I’ve had them for over two years and they still look like new. I’m an outdoors person with friends and they can’t hurt them. 2017 Ford F-350 crew cab. They look awesome and protect like no other. Thank you Cover King 👍👍👍👍
I have been using Coverking covers on my cars for years. I have had Coverking covers on three different vehicles and in three different materials. The cars have been parked sometimes in direct sun and sometimes under a carport. Sometimes cats get on the cars to sunbath or take advantage of the heat from the engine. In all those years, none of my cars have suffered damage because of the elements or the cats. The fit of Coverkings covers is impeccable and the fabrics perform as advertised. I wont humble brag that I can own any car I want because I cant, each expenditure on a car is carefully considered and I wouldnt consider owning a car without buying a Coverking cover for it.
Ive purchased Coverking seat covers before for several of my vehicles. Ive always been satisfied with the look, fit, and feel. I just bought some neosupreme front row seat covers for my 2018 Chevy Colorado extended cab pick-up. The covers arrived in about 10 days. Except for the missing installation tool kit and no safety items, everything else was in order. I was able to install the covers without the tool kit, as I have done in the past. The install is fairly routine, and after watching the helpful YouTube videos, the whole process for 2 bucket seats took about an hour, maybe a little less. I will upload some pictures of the finished look. The stitching is a little off in a few places, but its not too noticeable. Overall, a good product for the price. Should provide years of protection. I would recommend. 4.5 stars.
I bought the saddle blanket seat covers for my 2015 Honda Pilot through a third party (CARiD). The quality seems very good BUT there are no installation instructions and NO installation videos! Only found videos for 2006-2008 and 2016-2021 Pilots, none for 2009-2015! Very disappointed with that as the one I received looks nothing like the models in the other videos and they are not as easy to install as you may think. I managed to install one in about 45 minutes. Seems to be a shortcoming on Coverkings part.
I had order a dash cover for my car. I love it!!! It is sewn well and looks amazing! They will even provide you free samples of the colors to chose from before purchase.
I received a cover for my car, which looked to be rolled up and tossed in the shipping box. It was also missing a tag. When I contacted their support, I received an unprofessional response from Michelle. This is the response, verbatim, when I asked for a replacement cover that was new, with tags, as thats what I purchased. From Michelle at Coverking -Hello,I can see the production log and this cover was made to order. It was not a return cover nor was it a cancellation from a pervious order that got finished for you. We do make these covers by hand. Unfortunately missing a tag does no warrant a replacement under the warranty. I apologize for the undue frustration that a missing tag and plastic bag has caused you. This sentence - I apologize for the undue frustration that a missing tag and plastic bag has caused you. - is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company, as I would expect any customer service issue would be handled the same way. Also, on their website, it shows they are an A+ accredited BBB business. However, upon clicking that link to the BBB, youll find the business is not BBB accredited, and has customer ratings of 1.33 out of 5. I wish Id clicked that link to the BBB before purchasing the cover from them.
On Feb.1, 2021 ordered the Topliner installation kit for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator through Quadratec and the sent the order on to Coverking. I finally receive it June 10. On the jeepgladiatorforum.com, we have been discussingthe trials and tribulations of trying to get our orders, or wondering if we would ever receive them. There is no communication from either company, advising you of when to expect delivery. Mine just shows up on my front porch in a poorly taped beat up box and mine wasnt the only one. I was hoping that nothing fell out. I guess I have everything. By the way, the people that have received their orders for their Gladiator, have gotten installation instructions for Jeep JKUs! Come on guys, there is a difference. It will be a few more weeks before I install it, so Im hoping for the best!
I ordered seat covers for my Jeep Renegade, fronts and back seats and I was very impressed with the fit, finish and installation of the product. I knew it would cost a bit more than the garden variety covers but it was worth it. Coverking even provided the tool to do the job right and easy.
I received a front end cover as a gift last November but didnt install it on my car until this past July. Unfortunately the tabs that hold the cover in place under the headlights broke in half on both sides within 2 weeks. Since I dont have an order number or receipt, I decided to call to see if there was anything that can be done although it has a 1 year warranty. The representative said all she could do was send me replacement tabs (theyre sewed onto the cover) so that I could replace them. Coincidentally I received the parts today and theyre the wrong parts. Even if I could replace them on my own, I cant. So basically thats a little over $100 down the drain.
I have an 06 Chevy pickup and the front seat cover did not fit well. They slide around when you get in or out. I got them in October, and the strap that holds the cover in place broke in January. You’d expect them to last longer than 3 months. Their website wouldn’t accept a report on the situation, which was tried many times. Do not recommend. One star since 0 stars isn’t an option.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible Quality and Customer Service! Ordered covers on 4 Mar 19. Covers arrived, but did not fit at all. Airbag access tangled up with seatbelt which made it very unsafe. Sent trouble ticket with pictures. Over the next three kept receiving emails with request for pictures. Kept submitting tens of pictures but never good enough; they wanted more. By first week in April Company agreed to send me replacements. Checked by mid-April and was told that covers were shipping on 1 May. Called to check on status right before that date and was told that it was going to be a longer wait because covers were still at production. Called again few day later and received the same answer. Called last week and again, same answer. Called today 14 May and was told that they were still under production with no estimated completion day because they are backed up with orders. In other words, you are no longer important to them once they have your money. Asked to talk to a manager or supervisor and was told to call back another day and maybe that person will be in the office. I am also reporting them to the BBB.
I purchased the Cordura Tactical seat covers from Autoanything. The product was from Coverking. I did have to wait three months for my seat covers, it is a result of Covid, but still a very long time. That aside I was disappointed a little with the front seat covers for my Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. For some reason the part covering the lower side of the seat where the controls are—stops short of covering that part of the seat. The inside side is very short and tends to stick up on the inside front corner. I think they could easily redesign the front seat bottoms to cover more and not show roughly 20% of the bottom part of my seats. This aside, I LOVE the overall product. I was super impressed with the inclusion of arm rest covers. Overall they are rugged and great for any vehicle that is rough on an interior. The molle system is very useful. I wasn’t expecting the back seat cover to have it as well, my organized storage is much more vast than I expected. They are pricey, but I have zero regrets on the cost for the protection I will gain long term due to the quality. One more thing, the straps to hold the covers in place are solid! The packaging and little details are also a very nice touch
Such horrible business with these guys, I waited a month for my dashmatt to come in and it neve did! And they said they were out of the material. So I waited another 2 weeks and nothing! Dont buy from them! I just hope I get my refund back!
I ordered a custom cover for my 2020 Corvette C8 which fit nicely.I then ordered a Triguard Universal cover for my 2007 Silverado 2500 HD Classic Crew Cab Long Bed which per description should have fit, but was short on the cab. Customer service rep, Carol, had me try some things and send pictures. Agreeing that it did not fit she offered a refund, asking only a picture of the cover cut in half. She then recommended and offered a discount on a Silverguard custom cover, which fit like a glove.Michelle took my order for the Silverguard custom cover and applied the discount. My impression of the product quality and customer service is 5/5 stars.
Ordered both a custom car cover and a custom sunshade on two separate occasions. Neither of them fit my vehicle and I verified that I ordered the correct ones. My only choice was to order the items again and hope they fit, which I decided against. Let me note that I have since returned both items for a refund, but I expressed interest in getting the correct fitting items and their only suggestion was to order the items again and hope for the best. Look at their response below, they didnt even pay enough attention to realize that I has an issue with both a car cover and a sunshade, they only mentioned the sunshade :(
It was better than I had expected. Highly recommend Covering to anyone looking to customize their cars upholstery.
The Cover King cover for my Audi fits like a glove. I highly recommend this company. Although this is the first ever car cover I have owned, in comparison to other covers I see in the neighborhood, assures me that Cover King is the best quality and especially the fit.
I started out my process very excited to get my 2001 pathfinder new, custome seat covers, everything went downhill from there. The first disappointment was finding that instead of the promised center console cover, I got 2 extra headrest covers. I messaged the company and never got an answer of any kind.Next was the installation instructions. They’re all video only and none for my car. They tell you to just watch a bunch and figure it out. Well, after doing that, I started dismantling the seat to such a degree that I’m not sure it will ever be the same. My particular seats are loaded with electronics for the adjustments so I finally realized it wasn’t a one man job. But I persevered, still anticipating the custom fit.So I decided to just get the cover in place and get a friend to help tomorrow. That’s when the last disappointment showed itself. As I pullEd everything in place, fixing the “custom” holes over my seat controls, I realized that the cutouts were in no way custom place for my particular model. There was inches of extra fabric bowing up above the side of the seat. It was terrible. I could spend $50 and get a better fit than these covers. So I’m not going to alter my seats as I realized I would have to to make this work. I packed everything back up and shipped them back. Maybe a reply to my original message would have made things go better but for me this was a waste of time. My next step is finding some more generic covers just to protect and improve the look of my cracking leather originals. That makes a lot more sense and has nothing to do with price.
I ordered seat covers for my Toyota Tundra and I am very happy with the good quality. Great customer support that I received from Michelle. Thanks
So I am leaving only 4 stars because the front seats and rear seat cover are great. The fabric and the way its made is superior than others. However! I also ordered a molded dash cover on 01/20 but still I have not received it almost 2 months later. I called a few weeks ago to follow up on the order thinking it fell through the cracks, but it didnt! I was told that the fabric needed to make it was on back order from the manufacturer and that I should wait till mid March and they should have it back in stock. No apology, no phone call from CoverKing, and they still have not updated their time frame page about the molded dash cover. Come on 2 months of waiting and they still havent offered a refund, an apology, and not even a partial refund. Ill wait till the end of March and if it is not made, I will be requesting a full refund! Ill update again at that time if things change or if I had to request a refund, my rating may change depending on actions taken!
First and most importantly, these front row Coverking Spacer Mesh Custom Seat Covers do not fit well and are not Custom.* The order was missing the installation tools but did include instructions for a different seat cover.* The video instructions were incomplete and had no explanation for the S Hook Straps located on the sides of the bottom cover.* A Custom cover would not have extra straps unless it was Universal.{pic}* Holes pre-made for the headrest are not Custom.* The Seat-Back Storage pockets are loose and hang open. Only a matter of time before someones knee catches it and rips it apart.* The front of each seat cover bubbles outward and does not conform to the seat.* Email support consisted of sending a copy of my support question back to me with a message that the case has been closed.* A phone call to support encouraged me to go back to email support that resulted in sending a copy of my support question back to me with a message that the case has been closed. So definitely purchase these if you are looking for an OVERPRICED, UNIVERSAL seat cover with BAD INSTRUCTIONS and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT that DO NOT FIT and ARRIVES INCOMPLETE. Otherwise, just run down to your local parts store and save yourself the headache and money.
I bought my car in 2009, and shortly thereafter bought some floor mats. Its 2017... Needless to say, the floor mats needed to be replaced. Versus paying full price to the dealership, I did some research online and found Coverking. The original floor mats had the smart logo on them, and while the new mats dont, they are thicker, provide more stability and just look great. Glad I found Coverking and would highly recommend them for floor mats whatever car you drive.
Hard to find Chevy Avalanche seat covers, yet great value and wonderful fit. So glad i finally made the purchase... dresses truck up like new!Good communications from company on ETA... Very worth the wait for custom Made in USA craftsmanship! Good work Cover King!
Bought Cover King NeoSupreme seat covers for a 2018 Ford cMax Titanium from Auto Anything.Didnt see any directions in the package. The YouTube video they have for the 2014-2019 Ford Escape was the best guide I found. Only real hangup was the technique shown for how to install the cover on the back seat armrest doesnt work. Need to start the fabric behind the armrest before you get the cover fully on and then alternate between tugging the fabric further through and working the cover down. Spent half an hour trying to do it the way they demonstrated before I decided it wasnt going to work. The front seat covers dont have the best designed securement. For all the hullabaloo about the covers being custom for the vehicle itd be nice if that extended to the mounting hardware on the underside of the seat as well as the seams on the cushions. The fore and aft straps are perfectly aligned with several bits of factory power seat hardware that are attached to the underside of the seat. Coverking recommends not running the straps over such hardware and wiring (for good reason) and since theres no gap between the seat and the hardware it was a little bit of a double bind. I wound up running the straps in an X pattern to dodge as much of the delicate electric bits as possible. The inner strap with S hook on the passenger side seemed infelicitously placed as well. There just isnt any great opening there to route the strap where it isnt going to interfere with seats movement and/or get mangled when the seat is adjusted. The other complaint about the mounting is theres not anything to keep the covers tight on the back corners of the seat bottoms so theres two small windows on each front bucket seat for crud to get under the cover. Really could have used another strap with a s-hook on the back corners of the seat bottom. The Neosupreme material seems to really hold on to crud so I imagine its going to be a pain to keep clean and neat. I probably should have chosen the Rhinohide material but that would have been a couple hundred more dollars.
I ordered front seat covers for my 06 legacy. While it does take a while for the covers to arrive it was within the time range they said they would. The reason I ordered them was because I wanted a cover specific for my vehicle. The fitment was top notch! It is a little time consuming to install the seat bottom cover if you have powered seats with air bags as you need to get the straps fished thru properly. But well worth the time cuz they fit so nicely and look 👌.
Quality company with a quality product! Coverking has earned my business for all of my auto protection needs!Coverking makes a quality product - the materials of construction, quality of assembly, and fit are without flaw. The Coverking product provides the protection I require for my vehicles. Most importantly, Coverking stands behind their products with a no-nonsense warranty.I have three classic vehicles, and I use the Coverking Stormproof product for all of them. My concern is primarily UV protection, but I also want my vehicles protected from the elements, if the need arises. Living in Southern California, the UV exposure is extreme; one of my covers recently began to fade and degrade due to the intense exposure, and Coverking promptly replaced it free of charge under warranty.I HIGHLY recommend Coverking products!
I bought an Autobody Armor™ Custom Car Cover for my 2020 Dodge Challenger Widebody. The cover does indeed fit very nice and I am very happy with the quality and water repellent feature. However, like any car cover, wind can and will still get up underneath the sides by the doors. That air then travels under the cover towards the back and escaping out by the rear bumper. This will eventually push the cover up and off the rear of the car.I also purchased the car cover lock and cable kit. THIS IS A WASTE! Save your money and your paint.. The cable is way too long and does not tie the cover down tight against the car. This allows for ALOT of wind to enter under the sides of the cover, which will eventually blow the cover off the car. And now that you have a nice little metal lock attached to the cover that is blowing off your car, that lock will most definitely scratch the side of your loved car (speaking from experience). You need to use a strap or cable that is adjustable or custom cut to the proper length to tie the cover down and keep snug against the car which will help keep the wind from getting under the cover. The cable and lock should not be even considered for security. Anyone can easily cut such a small diameter cable with typical cutters and Im gonna go out on a limb and say that I would be able to pick this lock. And I am no lock picker. It is like a generic suitcase lock. Not to mention that a simple razor blade will remove a car cover. So do not use a car cover for security. The only thing I would like to see improved is to have eyelets also behind the rear tires to allow another strap to tie it down. I do have the extra wind cord and plastic things that attach them to the cover. They suck too. Just 3D printed plastic. And they have no scratch protection. They will scratch you car where you attach them to your cover. Must use them will great attention being spent on how they are going to be up against your car when the wind is blowing. Be very careful with those dumb things. So after a full winter and some fall and springtime use, I am very happy with the cover itself. It is a very nice cover. But I feel it wouldve been perfect if it had the same style eyelets (like at the doors) behind the rear tires also. And please stop selling the nonadjustable cable and lock and those additional wind cords. The lock is a major scratch hazard. Again, speaking from experience. I wish Coverking just sold adjustable straps to tie it down. I would not even have considered that metal lock that scratched my car if they had not offered it. Just go with adjustable tie down straps. The straps work perfectly.
I ordered seat covers as a birthday present for my daughter. It took over a month to receive the covers and they did not fit. Returning them has been a nightmare! Ms. Wurtz the customer service manager has been of no help and I was forced to pay shipping costs to return the seat covers! I have received no refund and I doubt that I will. There are far better companies that provide good products and far superior customer service. I will never use Coverking again!
Out of the box and right on the car. Perfect fit and good feel, though thinner than I expected, but looks well made and the material handles very well and was easy to orient on my 1980 Trans Am. Again - perfect fit. Email confirmation of order would be a nice addition to the purchase experience, with no communication for 10 days after the order until I called to check status. A recommend out of the box, and looking forward to seeing how it holds up in the Southern sun over a year.
I came to the store and nobody help me. An old lady enter the buildung and I told her that I needed to order some seat covers and she ignored me completely. Finally another woman came and told me to go online to order my seat covers. I dont know how this company has so many stars.
Great cover! Fits my window perfectly.
Really wish I could comment on the quality of these seat covers, but you have to actually get your order first. I have had seat covers on order since 10/14 and still have not received them yet. I have called twice and spoke with customer service and I get a different ship date each time. I would avoid doing business with this company. All you will get is excuses and the run around about where your order is at. Very disappointed in this company and havent even got the product. Dont be fooled about their claim on the website of 1-2 weeks on custom seat covers. That is absolute BS!
I purchased the Coverbond-4™ Custom Car Cover for my 1999 Mazda Miata. It fits like a glove, is made of quality material, and protects the car against rain & sun. Easy to put on & take off. Highly recommended.
I’ve purchased two dash covers from these guys, and they are amazing! High quality craftsmanship and covers fit dash perfectly. They’re HIGHLY recommended.
Coverking does not make the best dash mats; they’re flimsy, the sticky pads they provide do not stick to your dash, and if everything goes wrong then their customer service department requires you to take 50 photos of what’s wrong with their product before they can even offer you a replacement (not a refund, a replacement, they push very hard for the replacement). Make sure to order samples of the fabric and colors of your choice from their site before purchasing the product. It’s free and the samples come relatively fast so it’s worth the wait to know what your getting into since even just a dash mat (their cheapest at that) costed me around 50-60$. In my case I had to request a replacement because the dash mat was the wrong color and the measurements were wrong. When I received the replacement I still couldn’t get the dash mat to sit flat on the dash or even stick because like I said earlier... THE STICKY PADS SUCK!!! but the mat looked nice on my dash and I’m giving coverking 3 stars because they’re the only place I trust to make “eh” quality mats for cars I know I’ll never find a dash mat for. In the end I used packing tape to keep the mat down and I’m sure I’ll pay the sticky consequences later on.
These seat covers fit great! I had ordered covers from another company and wound up sending them back, because they didnt fit snug enough. I have a Mustang GT with deep contour seats, and the other covers just didnt fit the contours. These do! No gaps or extra material. The Customer Service agent was very helpful also. I recommend this company.
Cover King Seat Covers Ford F-150 - I give a 4 star rating only because of the center console. I wish the cover would of fit a little cleaner, tighter or something. I do understand this is a tough area. Overall, I am pleased with my seat covers. They fit nicely, outstanding quality and craftsmanship. It definitely makes the inside of the truck very sharp looking. I would definitely recommend buying a Cover King Seat Covers. Worth the investment.
[Disclaimer: I received two front seat covers in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.]This is really a 4.5-star review, but Google doesnt have the ability to select half-a-star increments. This is really just for the installation--the protection and comfort remains to be seen over time. I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla CE that was in need of some protection from post-soccer sweat stains and shedding from a small dog. I received two Spacer Mesh front seat covers and I appreciated the websites precise selection for the make & model of my car. After unpacking the box, laying out the materials and reading through the instructions, installation took a total of 45 minutes: 30 minutes for the first seat, then 15 for the second after Id gotten the hang of it. In the interest of having a true lowest-common-denominator installation experience, I skipped watching the installation video. I think the written instructions could have benefited from including a couple pro tips or similar suggestions that I had to figure out on my own. I will say that it helps to have a lot of space around your car, a lot of lighting, some flexibility in your body, and long, skinny arms. And some elbow grease. I was definitely sweating a little by the end.My seat covers came in 3 separate pieces each: the main seatback cover, the bottom seat cover, and the headrest cover. It was pretty intuitive how to position everything. The seatback cover was the easiest to install and I like the bonus big pocket I now have on the back of the seat. The headrest cover was similarly easy and I was impressed with how much I could tug and pull at the fabric to get a tight fit. The bottom seat cover took the most work of all the pieces. I found the driver sides left side wasnt as snug as possible because I have an extra lever that adjusts my bottom seat angle up or down. Given how that lever is attached to the seat, I had to slip the cover over it. The slack is barely noticeable when I sit down, though. So: so far, so good. Im very happy with the look and well see how they hold up.
I got my second satin stretch Coverking car cover and love the quality. The Underlayment protects the paint the best I have found. I also like it as you have the most customization from any other manufacturer. Your sales staff are very good. I called with questions and I placed my order right over the phone. I will be back :-)
I previously bought a sheep skin seat cover from a smaller box store. This cover was of good quality but was difficult to install and later split. The Coverking product was easily installed and was a good fit. The product is of good quality and blends in with the interior of my 2002 Avalon. After 2 weeks I am completely satisfied. Thanks Don C.
Coverking goes above and beyond. Upon placing my order for a custom fit car cover for a 2007 Toyota Corolla S, they contacted me and asked to confirm if the car had the roof antenna and factory spoiler on the trunk. They are thorough and on-top of things better than most merchants I have dealt with. It goes to show their quality and competence! I highly recommend using Coverking for your car products!
I ordered a dash cover for my 03 Lancer and it fit perfect. Easy to install, all materials included. I ordered a rear deck cover for my 2012 Malibu since I had a dash pad.I am really into car audio and a dash pad adds to the SQ experience by absorbing sound waves bouncing of the front windshield. Having one enhances the front stage of your system. Good sound can be closing your eyes and feel like your apart of the show. All band position correct you can hear it in a properly tuned system.
I love my Coverking neosupreme seat covers. They look sleek, fit perfectly, and their super comfortable. I had trouble finding seat covers on the internet for my 2019 Subaru Forester Premium model. Then I found Coverking and they made it so easy to order right down to my particular model. The product is perfect, ordering is easy, installation videos make it easy to install, and customer service is wonderful. I made a mistake and customer service worked with me to resolve the problem to my satisfaction quickly. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I am so happy with Coverking I wanted to give them the good review they deserve.
We ordered leather seat covers for a 1996 Mustang GT through our Costco membership, so the price was great and we couldnt pass it up. When the covers arrived everything fit nicely except the headrest covers were too small. I sent pictures to Coverking and they asked if I would be willing to send a headrest so they could fit it correctly. We just received the headrest plus new headrest covers back, and they fit perfectly! And they didnt charge us any extra for the replacements or the shipping. Wonderful!!!!!
The quality of the custom seat covers is very good. I noticed one or two hanging threads that could come unraveled but I cut them and it shouldnt be a problem. Installation was simple, took about 45 minutes to do both bucket seats. I think their customer contact could be better - I had to email multiple times to get status updates on my order and to get the tracking numbers when they finally shipped. If they would set up automatic emails or texts to the customer with status information on regular intervals that would go a long way to making people feel better about paying ahead of time and then waiting and hoping they get their merchandise. If their contact issue gets improved I would give them 5 stars without hesitation!
My husband works in construction and his truck seats were getting a lot of wear. I bought him the Ballistic custom seat covers and he loves them. It will be a year this coming August and theyre still holding up great. Very durable and great fit.
I cannot tell you how amazing this company is. They truly live by the philosophy that the customer is always right. They went I000% above and beyond to make my situation right and come up with a custom solution that works for me. I cannot think the amazing people in the customer service department that really took the time to listen and care. I will be a customer for life and thank you so much for taking the time to listen to your customers and making things right. It’s something that just doesn’t happen anymore. It’s a very timeless tradition that has happened for decades that most companies have seem to have forgotten about. And even though the bottom line is probably the most important thing for a company retaining a customer, going the extra mile, will Make far more money and that happy customer will spread the word to everybody that they know about what an amazing experience they had. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I had to change my order a few weeks in and it was no problem. Christie called me to confirm and made sure to push my order through. These are the best seat covers you are going to find. Made to order so may take a little bit from order to delivery but worth the wait. Thanks cover king I’m a customer for life.
I watched their videos to put on covers properly. NOTHING FIT LIKE IT SHOULD!!! Armrest came undone if moved. Seatbelt whole was open on top of seat for center rear seat use, but you could not get it out. Seats bagged, bottom of armrest was not attached to anything. Spend 700.00 dollars on seat covers that are supposed to be custom was a waste!!!! Now trying to return them. Well this is going as well as the seats fit!!! Like GARBAGE!
Terrible customer service and return policy. My girlfriend received the wrong fit for her Toyota and even though company is posting that it’s experiencing shipping delays they told her her return was beyond the 30 day refund/return window. Terrible company especially with hardships the virus has caused. Horrible. Go with another brand. Don’t support bad business!!!
Seat cover fit great on my Honda HRV!
I was sent the wrong headrest covers for the backseat of my 2020 F150. Not my mistake. I returned the two covers from a prepaid label they emailed me. After weeks of waiting I get a call saying it is not their policy to return partial items. They wanted me to return the whole seat covers(split seats) to get the matter resolved. It was a pain installing them so I was not going to take them off. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD COMPANY POLICY!!!
Custom neoprene seat covers for my 2019 ram 1500 classic are poorly designed. I have had custom neoprene seat covers from other companies and these are the worst. The one piece drivers seat design has no straps to keep the back of the seat tight. The seat sides have flimsy hook straps instead of clips so you can not keep the bottom seat tight. The console cover is even worse. No straps at all to keep the lid cover tight. At this point I have stopped with the installation.I have tried to contact Cover King to return them and I am getting the run around.
