I have been using Ambassador as my mechanic for about 7 years. My wife has been going here for more than 20 years. I have NEVER had a complaint. They have always been able to help me, quickly, professionally, and for a good price. Could you find a place to do it cheaper? Probably, but remember, cheaper doesn’t just refer to price!The most important thing for me is that I can trust them. Bill, Ken, and Dan are good people, and they take good care of me.

Took my car in after getting quoted for over $1600 at another place (ATD) where they gave me a laundry list of things my car needed.Decided to give Ambassador a try given their excellent track record according to their reviews and was not disappointed.I needed 1 thing. No fuss. No laundry list. No price gouging. They got the job done, kept me informed and saved me over a thousand dollars in needless repairs.They have my respect and any future business my cars may require.

Had the passenger side door handle and a loud rattle in sliding door repaired. Job was done on time. Two very annoying items fixed. Also had numerous other repairs done to my van. Everything done perfectly. This auto repair place is the best place to go for any type of repair.

I appreciated having a set appointment to work around. Bill was attentive and helpful in discerning the new noises my engine was making. My engine was burning oil too quickly without signs of a leak. After his team filled up the engine oil, his advice helped me approach the dealership to file a warranty claim. My 7-year old engine is being replaced at no-cost to me by the manufacturer. Wow! Smog test for auto registration, Very fast and passed! Not to worry if a failure had occurred because they would have fixed it! Great and honest service.

My car started to give me trouble today and I went to this place. Even though, I didn’t have an appointment they took time to see if it is drivable until next possible appointment. However, later due to someone’s cancelation of the appointment, they squeezed me in. Checked my car and gave me several options. Definitely I will return.

The Ambassador Mechanics were excellent. They performed a Check-engine diagnostic quickly, efficiently, and accurately.They fixed the problem (catalytic converters). The car now runs better than it has in years.The manager, Bill, was friendly, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. Their price was very fair and exactly as quoted. The Chrysler dealership wanted to charge me $3500 to tear apart the engine. I walked away from this company at $480 and this included an oil change! Super honest guys!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had when it comes to servicing my vehicle for a check engine light. Bill and his whole crew were personable,professional, and timely from start to finish. They found a problem that I didnt even know I had (a major coolant leak) but not enought to trigger a sensor light. All because they care about the vehichle they are working on. My power steering was making noises and I had to keep filling the power steering fluid every week. They checked out the issue, found not only did I have a power steering hose leaking but had 2 other hoses about ready to go. Managed to fix issue same day. Didn’t try to sell me on anything not needed.

Brought my car in on a Tuesday, and despite being appointment only they were able to take a look that day and fix the issue the next day, great front desk customer service 👍. My only critique was the overall cost

I have complete trust in the gentlemen at Ambassador Auto. The rates are not the lowest you can find but they always do a great job and they do it quickly. I have been coming here to fix my old car for many years because of the great results and service. There’s a shop just down the street from me which I sometimes use for small things but if I have a real problem I always go out of my way to have Ambassador Auto diagnose and fix my issue.

Engine light code, small vacuum leak, minor leak, no way...Tim at Ambassador Automotive found a broken breather tube on top of my gas tank. The only repair was to replace the gas tank. He replaced the tank on my Jeep and I was on my way, in one day.Best service and great Technicians.Thank you to Bill and Tim, good people and great service.

Ive been here for different services over the past year and theyve taken care of my car every time. Auto places usually have a bad reputation for lack of integrity and overpricing. Ambassador Automotive not only fixed my issues but last year they found something that had not been done properly by another shop, even going as far as to calling that other shop and advising they should cover my cost to tow it back since it was their mistake to begin with. That other shop refused of course but that was fine with me as I continued to return to Ambassador for other services and will continue to do so. Its hard to find good business these days. I will continue to recommend this company to friends and family.

I feel you save money going to Ambassador due to them not up selling you on things you don’t need. They are professionals with integrity.

Family owned and operated Ambassdador Motors unlike most auto repair companies is 100% honest - will NEVER perform a service that is not necessary. They are extremely efficient - on time - kind courteous and loyal. The Cadillac dealership I purchased from told me I needed over $1800 dollars of repairs.. a close friend said I should compare quote w AMBASSDADOR... not only were some of the caddy dealerships repair claims unnecessary, I was able to save 30% or more for the same parts and quality service..Ambassdadors bill $525.00 dollars !!! that was 15 years ago.. Our first service went perfectly. Just an oil change and tire rotation, but there were also a couple of minor issues to look at and those issues were resolved. We are very pleased and we’ll be back!

Fair pricing for diagnosis. Very open about the issues with my vehicle and the practicality of replacing versus repairing. I cant save my old car, but the people here are great to do business with. Even let me keep it at their lot over the weekend so the wrecker can pick it up Monday. Awesome that they dont nickel and dime.Brought car here because it was close to where it broke down. If I lived closer to them, I would without a doubt always bring my cars here.

These guys are great! They saved me and my family from missing Thanksgiving this year. Water pump failed on my 15 Ram 2500 while towing rv trailer with wife/kids aboard on 91 east headed home for Thanksgiving. The 5 plus hour drive just began home from beach trip. Pulled over, Googled closest options, everyone told us 4 to 5 days wait and being to busy before holiday. Ambassador also said they were booked but would squeeze us in knowing how screwed we were. Limped it there (2miles) and waited a bit for them to finish there jobs in progress then fixed us up. Great customer service and price was fair as well. Got us back on the road again and saved Thanksgiving. Need I say more.

Everyone there is amazing

I had made three trips to the DMV and each time I was asked to bring additional documents to prove I had not surrendered the title to the state of Nevada. My last trip I was told all I would need is to have my truck smoged. Bill said no problem bring it we will get it done while you wait. I went back to the DMV and three hours later was able to leave with my tags. I am sure if I had to wait another day I would of had to start from scratch with the DMV.
