Very disappointed with this company.They sent sheets with defects twice. The second time, on top of having a scratch, the color didn’t even match.Their customer service is terrible, especially the one Cesar gives.I gave them a couple of weeks to see if they would reach out & send good quality sheets of the same color I ordered, but nothing happened, so I decided to share my experience with the rest of the community.I will never buy again, and will always recommend my friends to stay away from Hydro Turf.

Super please with my Hydro Turf seat replacement the stitching is perfection the logo is sweet and the service from this company is par above. I did my research drove out picked out some colors and 12 days later My seat was complete a few days sooner than promised. The good people at Hydro Turf Anaheim took good care of me and delivered an amazing product. My custom seat cover HT made for my 2018 SeaDoo RXTX is high in quality and the nicest Ive seen so far! After having problems ordering on their website, I had to email my order. The receptionist and sales guy were both very nice over the phone. Order was completed promptly and looked great. Receptionist was very friendly and accommodating and even gave me some decals for my ski. Sadly, as I was leaving I heard one of the managers belittle her right in front of me for something she had done. She was an excellent customer service person and I am turned off at the lack of respect of the manager both for talking down to the receptionist, and doing it right in front of customers. Overall I had a good experience and would probably buy again.Reply to owner: manager was female and was older, probably in her 50s or so. In an angry motherly tone: I cant believe you didnt know, whats the matter with you? Something like that.

Very bad shipping

Recently purchased a kit from hydro turf directly because I wanted to insure a quality product for my ski, manufacturing was horrible and every diamond in the pattern had unfinished cuts on it and looks horrible. I dont want to put it on my skii like this and messaged customer service and was basically told its my problem. Simply put they should put actual pictures of there finished product on there website. If I would of known the diamond cut was going to be such a horribly finished product I would of went a different route and picked grooved or plane.

Well if you actually take the time & read the website & see what is required & the price difference between certain items - your experience here will be AMAZING..!!! Tim - your great buddy nice meeting you & Terry (TW) you are a ROCKSTAR!!!! There customer service is what differentiates you guys from the rest and moves you straight to the top! If you go somewhere else dont be surprised at your results but we went here on BLACK FRIDAY for stuff needed for HAWAII & these 2 Tim & Terry came through... Much ALOHA here and cant wait to get a bigger sailboat so we can call them AGAIN & order AGAIN... Mahalo Nui to all @ HYDR TURF!!!!

Order was wrong. When I asked to have it corrected I was told it was my fault and Id have to pay for shipping both ways and a 20% re-stocking fee! Terrible customer service. Beware!
