Ive come here a handful of times to replace my tires because its conveniently located close to my work, but I will keep coming back because the service is so friendly. Sean usually helps me out and he is super kind and informative. They even patched one of my tires that had a slow leak for free. I usually dont trust automotive repair shops because they often try to upsell you on unnecessary things, but I really trust the staff here and appreciate the work theyve done on my vehicle!

Brandon, the owner is amazing. Hes very knowledgeable, and had all your needs in mind. They do get really busy though, so its best to make an appointment.

I purchased a aftermarket lift kit for my van and was looking for a shop to do the install. Most of the prices I was being quoted in the area were ridiculous. I got the number for Brandon at Big O Tires from the manufacturer of the lift. From the beginning Brandon was absolutely awesome to work with. The price he quoted me was very reasonable so much so I was able to afford the wheels and tires I wanted. When I got there the morning of our appointment he realized the job included the rear lift blocks as well. Instead of putting more money on top of the bill, he stood by his quote and did the whole job for what we agreed upon a week prior. Brandon and Big O Team your awesome!

You should get an appointment, itll save you some grief. It still takes a little time to get tires replaced. They are fast, anywhere else would take longer. Go to their website and find what you need, it has step by step instructions to help you decide. They will have great deals, and high end tires as well. In a tight spot and they got me in and out fairly quickly and at a reasonable price. I told them what was most important to me about my tires and I was given choices based on that trait, and after driving on those tires I can say that the recommended tire was well qualified for my needs. Their price for oil changes is also quite good. Better than Jiffy and a few others, anyway. A TV in the waiting area with free coffee and water.

I was there this past saturday and told the service guy who was outside that my tire indicator light came on and that there was an issue with my tire. I told him that i was there 5 months ago, and that one of the other guys patched up my front passenger tire. Also, mentioned that I was concerned that that same tire might be the issue. He checked my tire pressure and put air in my tires. The light went off. Guess what? Its monday and my light is back on warning me that there is still an issue with my tire. You should had listened to me and placed the car on the rack to inspect my tires. So, you can forget! about me coming back. This could had been avoided, had you listened to me. Tomorrow morning I am taking my car elsewhere to get my tire patched up. ( ONe more thing, when i was there 5 months ago, the guy who fixed my flat told me that I needed 4 new tires bcuz my tires were bad). Took my car to another tire place and said there was nothing wrong with my tires). Beware! they will try to sell you tires that you dont need(11/17/20 UPDATE: It turns out that i was right about there might be a nail in one of my tires. This morning I drove it to another tire place on Ball/Lewis street. There was a nail in my right rear tire. The guy repaired my tire and I was out within 15 minutes. Oh, by the way they did not try to sell me tires, bcuz my tires are in good condition. I am now changing it from 3 starts to 2 stars. You should had taken the time to inspect my car instead of me having to go through the inconvience.

Brandon and Jesse took excellent care of me after another tire shop had tried to take advantage of my feminine naïveté as it relates to cars and tires. I ended up saving over $200 for quality tires, was in and out in less than half an hour, and treated like royalty. You can really feel that this is a family-run business - the service was not only honest, superb, and impeccably timed, but the shop was also clean and comfortable. My husband says all men should send their wives here! We will be back and we will be referring family/friends.

The unprofessionalism that was presented by this establishment, makes me realize that there should be a way to give negative stars instead of simply a 1 star. The sheer incompetence that Gary Heskell presented, really brings the word ignorant to a whole new meaning. I went in for an alignment as I had purchased new tires from a different vendor. The associate joked that I should have bought my tires at his shop. I requested the alignment service and was told it would be completed in about an hour. I left and grabbed lunch, and about 25 minutes later I received a phone call that they had checked my alignment and there was no need for adjustment, and no charge. I feel this was a very honest and respectable store and would highly recommend!

I had a blowout on the 91 fwy going to work so I had AAA tow it there. I called them and explained to Brandon that it would be arriving in about an hour he said he would write it up and call me after he checked it. When he called me back he didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff like other places he gave me a more than fair price

I made an appointment for a tire change 6 days in advance so I would assume they would have the tire there by the time I got there. Instead of waiting the 1 - 1.5 hours like normal, which they told me I would wait, I waited 3 hours for my tire to be changed. They had to go pick up the tire even though they had 5 days notice and said they had the tire in stock on the website. A long waste of my time. I thought the wait would be shorter by making an appointment but I should have just gone to another tire shop. At least pep boys called me when I made an appointment with them and they let me know they didn’t have the tire in stock. I will not be going back to big o tires.

Sean was very helpful in getting me my new tires and having them installed. Very professional with the quoting process and provided me with all the info I asked for, including additional checks on other components in my vehicle. All the staff I worked with was very friendly.

Not very helpful at all. Give you a quote one time, the next time you go...the diagnosis is something completely different. Went in for front brakes....they didnt even take the tires off to look at them!!! And I am a tire customer. I will go to another location in the future for that service as well. 😠👎

Waited almost three hours to change out two tires. Theyll tell you to make an appointment but even then youll still wait. Why would I have to make an appointment to get tires changed?? The local mom and pop shop are quicker than these guys! Also prices are a bit inflated compared to other tire shops for the same exact quality work.

BEWARE! They will try and sell you tires you don’t need. I took my girlfriends car because it had a flat, and they tried to sell me two tires. I told them I couldn’t afford it, and drove the car to a Mom and Pop shop the next day. The M&P shop patched the holes and said they tires were in good condition.

My dear husband borrowed our 2005 Ford Expedition to go to a class one evening. When he came out, all he got was a click! We had it towed to Big O and left a note with brief explanation and to call us. The next morning they called and said there was a blown fuse and it was fixed, come pick it up! OH JOY! Fixed already, what is the charge?No big deal, it was an easy fix, no charge.I cannot praise this store enough! We are always going to them for all sorts of advice. Fair prices and honest assessments each and every time.We visit this place for oil changes, tires, mechanical fixes and inspections. I really like the guys and they do work hard, so be sure to cut them some slack when it takes 10 minutes to get your issues. They are busy for a good reason and you will get great service too!

The worse service ever don’t go to this place I took it in for diagnostic and they told me the problem and I paid $700 and he already came down on price for 2 ignition coils. Then engine light came on again and now it was a sensor problem another $160 and again 3RD time check engine light and now it’s the remaining coils which I’m sure they will charge more then 700 and always there response is your car is old and they won’t know if any other issues will arise. Mind you almost 1000 for 2 coils and 2 sensors wow

I highly recommend this Big O Tire to anyone. While I was traveling to Disneyland with my family one of the wheel bearings in my van went bad. I was very nervous about being able to find a repair shop that would treat me honestly and perform quality service. I am so glad I went to this Big O Tires shop. Chauncey Snyder, the manager there took such great care of me. We had recently had the wheel bearing replace in Utah and Chauncey and the owner Tim McClanahan went to bat for me to get things taken care of by the warranty company. They helped me to be able to head back to Disneyland and know that my van was in good hands. On top of how I was treated personally, I was able to also see their teams interaction with other guests and I was extremely impressed by the care that they gave to each customer. If you are ever traveling from out of town and have a vehicle emergency go visit this Big O Tire team, they will treat you great and perform great work. Come here if you got money to spare. all im going to say not a bad job but not cheap by any means and they dont seem to budge on price so oil change and tires come here but anything els that requires a couple hours of labor I say shop around.

Staff was very helpful today. My tire pressure monitoring system dash light went off. I drove in and they filled up my tires without hesitation or cost.Ive been meaning to update my comment:None of my tire stem caps were tightened after air was added to my tires. I lost 2 out of 4 Lexus metal stem caps because of this. I wont go here again.

Very friendly people work there. Its too soon to say how well the service was done. Went in because my car was driving bumpy. Replaced all 4 worn tires, and 4 struts. Ive only driven it 1 mile and it feels good so far.FOLLOW-UP. I got a puncture in one of the tires. When i bought them I also paid for warranty coverage on the tires. I went in on a Monday and was told they were too busy. I figured Id drop off the flat tire that same day and just pick it up the next morning. Received a call that they didnt have the tire in stock and had no one to drive elsewhere and pick it up. I was asked if that was ok, can I say no? What can I do? Then come to find out i have to buy a new warranty and mounting and balance on this tire. I should have gone to Americas, or Discount tires as i usually do. They never charged me for this, and they were always timely. Waiting for 2 days for a tire is pathetic.

Fixed my tire FOR FREE Really nice people here and I had my dog with me and did it super fast. They closed at 5 today and got there at 4:30 ish and still stayed some time to finish up my tire

I got my car to this place for Oil Service. I was told by Allen Engle that my vehicle will be done in 1.5 Hrs. I returned in 2 hrs. So I spot my car in their parking lot so I thought well is done. So I ask Allen to give me an update on it. He just said Ill get back to you in a minute. well it took him 45 Min. just to charge me for the service witch by the way they didnt do all the thing that I was told them to do and on top of that they couldnt either re-set my LED Screen for the next service. What in the world was that? First & last time you guys see me there!! Thanks for nothing!!

Sergio gave me a better-rated tire at less than the price quoted by the other big name tire places in Fullerton. Being a busy establishment meant a 2.6 hour wait in their lounge to install them. Being an older 1987 Chevrolet, I took pains to totally clean and wax the inside/ exterior of the wheels.The tire technician removed the old balance weights and did not bother to clean the grime from where the weights were on the rim to match the cleaned wheels. A small mis-attention to detail, but that is what I expect from professionals.

Beware of the SCAM ARTISTS AT THIS BIG O TIRES, They checked out my car that a person was interested in. They told them my car needed new motor mounts, transmission mounts, a new shock mount, and new tires. It would come out to around $1500. The engine in my car does not move at all, all gears shift smooth, (I know when a mount is bad) the shocks make absolutely no noise, and it drives smooth, and the tires have about 75% thread left. To top it off they charge $42 dollars for the inspection. I told my client that they were trying to scam, so we went for an inspection at Pep-boys, and my car is fine.

Tim and Chauncey are the BEST! I take my F250, Tacoma, and Accord here for all my service needs. Ive had check engine lights come on twice, and they do the computer module thing the minute I bring it in. One of them proved to be a bad gas cap, but the other was a damaged glow plug in the F250 diesel, and they fixed it right away. Heck, I rode my bike there once to pick up a truck, and there was something wrong with the shifter on the bike, and Tim took one look at it and fixed that too. Amazing.

The customer service has definitely gone down from a couple of years ago. I made an appointment because my car had a flat. Prior to that I called AAA so they can give me enough air to get there safely. I arrive 30min before my appointment, scheduled at 9:00am and the guy tells me it wont be serviced until 2pm. Maybe theres some confusion. I tell him I have an appointment and he says he doesnt see it. I tell him to give me a few minutes to find my email. Another guy comes from the back and says it only reserves my spot in line. He comes up with a stupid comparison to a doctors visit and not being seen at the exact appointment time. My rebuttal yeah your right, but Im sure Im not waiting 5 hours to be seen. He continues to say that they are running a special and have so many cars waiting to get new tires and they would get priority. This used to be my go to tire shop. Not anymore. Go there if they have a good sale that benefits you but dont expect the customer service after that.

I was a customer at Americas Tires for years. When I went back to get new tires their prices we outragous. I saw Big O tires prices advertised, the price difference was half. I noticed that the customer service at Americas Tires is not good anymore. When you need an allignment they have to refer you to another shop. everything is taken care of at Big Os. Hopefully this will be my place for my car.

Came here to pick up an Interstate battery for my A3. Chauncy and Tim were great. They charged the low end of the suggested MSRP and installed the battery for free. The best part was they kept voltage to the car while replacing the battery so that my computer did not reset saving me a lot of money. Customer service so good I had to write my first review.

The parking is a little crazy. The service is great they are very thorough explain everything. But it is a very busy place so have time if you cant come back.

Not sure why this place has such stellar reviews.First off, they are always extremely busy and the shortest wait Ive experienced so far is 4-5+ hours. Their prices are also slightly higher than surrounding competitors. That in itself is fine - if they are super busy thats just a sign of a successful business.However, they never call when the vehicle is done so you have to guess. Also the last time I serviced my vehicle w/ them they left it completely unlocked in the front parking lot.Because of the combination of these factors I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They did a great job installing a air bag to coil spring and shock absorber conversion kit on my 2005 Ford Crown Victoria and didn’t over charge me like other shops tried to do.

My tire light sensor I called and spoke with manager he said come on in right away I was ten minutes away when I got there the manger tells me its going to be at least hour 1/2 before they even look at my car went I feel deceived and mislead of they cant even be honest with me on the wait time or busy I cant trust them to give me honest answer when I called I dont trust they will give me fair estimate and pricing on any services I need
