Ive been coming here for years for tires and wouldnt change. I usually get used tires, theyre reasonably priced and the quality of the tires are great! They dont keep you waiting, youre in an out pretty quick, they do a great job and the guys are very nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

Always have a nail/screw/bolt/some random scrap metal piece somehow puncture my tire whenever I drive for standing periods time throughout the few months (maybe three times a year) I bring my trucks into Cervantes. From a tire patch & valve stem replacement. All the guys are great at what they do quick efficient I cant complain about the quick service

Have taken every truck here for tire patches, buying used tires, and swapping tires from one truck to another while keeping the rims for the trucks. These guys are fast, priced fairly and do their jobs correctly. Hands down the best place to go to for everything tire related and I guarantee that.

Cash only, no frills independent tire shop. Offers very accommodating prices for quality used tires (75% and greater tread from my experience) which is good if you need a temporary replacement before a 4 tire replacement. They also do patching and balancing, and are quick and painless. I love this shop.

This place has the best tire prices Ive seen in the county, and their employees are always really cool and helpful. There is no reason Id go anywhere else, its an excellent small business I will be returning to.

Cash only! I went there for oil changes since 2014, tire patches and now wheel alignment. They dont take hours like dealership although Toyota in OC area price is competitive most of time with free donuts, coffee and noodles. But for no wait service, I brought my mobile one full synthetic and filters with me to have them change for me. I know that I pay slightly more overall with my own oil, filter; plus Cervantes labor, but I can stop and go to do my next errands faster and save me couple of hours of weekdays or weekends, thats well worth it.

I used to come here, for the service and the prices but today I was disappointed, I brought 2 new tires with me and they charge me $50 just to change 2 tires without balancing ( ofcourse it was $10 to leave my old tires)

Good price on tire change. The men are always helpful. Seen Mr. Cervantes picture on a poster with candles... Didnt ask what happened but if he passed may he rest in paradise.. He was always helpful to my mom since she knew him since she was a little girl.. I just really hope they keep his name on the place...

This shop is affordable. Employees are helpful. I would say it is perfect for saving money but it is best for lower end vehicles.

Came in for an alignment and brake pads. The total was $200 flat and left after an hour. Great prices, friendly service, and a small wait time.

I went here an hour before they close to Mount, balance and transfer TPMS sensors from stock wheels to premium wheels I got on Craigslist. They gave me a good deal. Unfortunately the 2015 lug nuts threads do not fit on my 2010 ford F150 XLT. They lucky had shiny lug nuts that fit my wheels and my truck. 3 guys did all of the mounting, un- mounting, etc in less than an hour. Im very happy with the results and speed. No TPMS warnings on my dash.

I saved a lot of money going to Cervantes Road Service, I will recommend this shop with five stars, great service, very polite, friendly, with honest prices, and the more important they know what they are doing, they find the problem in your car, saving you a lot of money. Because I went to many other different auto shops, but they couldnt find the problem of noises in my honda accord suspension, they make me change the entire car brakes, to flushed the brakes system, to put this, and that, but the suspension noises continued, but Cervantes Road Service fixed it!!

This place sucks. Doesnt even deserve a full bad review. Go somewhere else. All the good reviews are for tire changes only. They are amateurs for anything else.

Great place to get tire service. I came in with a flat tire on my Del Sol and they were able to quickly replace it with a used tire for a fairly cheap price. They give you honest advice on wether the tire is fixable or not. I know cars and would know if they are lying. The tire I bought looks great for being a used tire. Dont forget to tip these guys for their great job. Just one thing though... There is one guy out of all of them that will pressure you to buy new tires instead of offering a cheaper alternative. This guy makes me uneasy. But the rest of you guys are awesome. You guys have my business! 👍👍👍

This place is unique they are very honest and loyal to their customers. Theyre not out to just make a quick buck. It seems to me that they take pride in their work and I really like that about this place.

We have been going here for years for tire repair. Its kinda hole-in-the-wall but generally quick and cheap. NOTE: CASH ONLY! Also bring a couple extra dollars and tip your worker. They deserve it.

You can not find better used tires than this place. Most tires appear absolutely brand new with the hairs still on them. Been going here 10 years. 6 different vehicles. When I was a kid my parents came here. All my family goes here as well. Not one blow out. Not one lump on a tire.

Was quoted $25(VENTE CINCO) and then because I did not speak Spanish fluently they tried to trick me into paying $45. After I demanded a refund and to leave the shop they claimed that my oil change was already done and I had to pay. This was a lie I watched my car the moment it was on the lift and it had only been less then 5 minutes. I called the bluff and was given my car back with no oil change and a refund for the $25. This place lied to me twice and tried to strong arm me into paying it by lying about the work all being done. They also have a sign posted claiming NO LIE NO RUMORS NO GOSSIP they are probably modifying their reviews be careful. Im sure they have scammed many people already.

Fast friendly service of both new and used tires. Tire repair and mount and balance if you bring your own tires. And you wont have the wait of big name tire stores AND YOU WONT PAY BIG NAME PRICES either!

Went to get my tires installed just so they can scratch up my rim. Make sure to take pictures of your rims before because they dont man up to their mistakes

Great place. Family owned, honest, super friendly service! Came here to patch my front left tire of my 2018 Nissan. The personnel showed me, explained the problem (2 slight cracks in my tire), and patched my tire. He also recommended me to re-align my car, discussed pricing and to tire rotate to avoid any future issues. Seems that since I been getting this frequent low tire pressure message on the dashboard, I knew I have some sort of hole or something piercing my tire. I literally was there for 10 min tops, got charged $20 (which is pretty cheap) & he gave me some good feedback! Definitely recommend this place if you need a quick fix! They have plenty personnel working i counted at least 5 in this small business, working on cars or waiting for customers.

Great quick friendly and professional service. Staff is helpful in needs and recommendations. My car (Jaguar, had a flat, after attempting to remove the lug nuts, the outside 5 points were rounded off. A towing service came out, unable to remove the lug nuts. After working the phones for help, I finally came up with Cervantes tire service. In 20 minutes they came out used the proper method to remove the lug nuts. They also stated someone installed wrong lug nuts, so Cervantes replaced with correct ones. They gave just added another satisfied customer.

My dad use to own this tire shop about 20 + yrs ago.

BEWARE !!This place made my father go through a lot of trouble. Theres great reviews and now i understand why. They have probably cheated a lot of their customers without them knowing.Months ago my dad took his truck to Cervantes because they needed to fix the clutch. They had told my father that they were waiting on a part and thats why the truck was till in the shop for weeks. They left him without a truck for a month and half or longer. We knew something was wrong and decided to pull the truck and take it elsewhere. The truck was given back to my dad with the transmission out and in pieces. The new mechanic told us that what they were probably waiting on a used up or trashed transmission to install in his truck so when it broke down on him it wouldnt be their fault. They never once mentioned they had ruined the transmission because they didnt want to pay for it.We called the BBB on them, turns out they didnt have my fathers paperwork and were fined for that. They are on the process of paying my father back what he spent on the new mechanic.BE CAREFUL...THEY PROBABLY SCAMMED A LOT OF YOU GUYS ALREADY AND WILL CONTINUE TO SO.

Quick service, been going since the place opened. Has many used tires to choose from and also has a huge network for new tires at really reasonable prices. This place also does muffler work, alignment and front end work. all work quarantined. Will never go any where else thats how reasonable they are. A bunch of really hard working guys.

I had an issues with my brakes a couple years ago when coming to SoCal to visit friends and family. They were the only brake place open in the area that day. They treated me right, fixed my brakes and did it for a fair price. This time we were on our way back home when I got a flat tire at 1am on a Sunday. I had the spare tire out on and stayed with a friend til the morning when we get a new tire. I called around and I remembered about this place and how good they were to me last time. They quoted me the best price on a tire. They did the work and charged me much less than I was quoted. He told me it just needed to be patched up. It wasnt as bad as I thought it was. They could have made more money off of me but they fair and honest. I will continue to come to this place for my brake and tire needs. The only thing is last time I was here they told me cash only. I didnt have cash on hand the last time I was here. So this time I brought cash. The last time I didnt have cash they did drive me to my bank to get money. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Called for a quote, was given a good price but when I came in, the price was suddenly higher. No one seemed interested in helping me out so I left and purchased tires elsewhere.

Not a good place to fix your car . Waste of time and money .They may look do it a little faster and cheaper in comparison with others but it is just at the price of bad quality job which can caused you more problem in future.I was there for tire alignment a few months a go. Even it was obvious with a simple look at the wheel that it was off after the alignment. Had to go back to them for several times and now it is worse than before .Also they changed a brand new flat tire of mine with a second hand one at the cost of new one with the simple excuse i it is not fixable . Bet you have fixed it already and will sale it to the next costumer . The tire they gave me was so bad and old that has worn out by less than 5,000 miles driving .Now I have to do the alignment and pay for another tire again .

I got my son towed there by Triple AAA due to a flat tire . This is the 4th time my son had a flat tire in just 2 months OMG!!! Cervantes was the closest for car to be towed to.Pros: 1 Was still open at that time .2 Was wiling to accept my payment. over the Phone since I am paying for my son.3 Associate on the phone seemed. helpful and friendly.Cons: 1 When my son arrives there, he is told they will not accept payment from me over the phone Grrrrrrrrr😠 So, I had to talk to someone just to get them to do what what we agreed upon. Luckily, they finally took my payment..😄😃😆2. The same used tire that we bought from there popped a couple of weeks later Grrrrrrr😠😠But!!! I called and informed them and they were willing to replace it free of charge 😄Thats good ! But bad 😬 that it happened at all .
