They upgraded my panel without notify me and billed me for $1100. They also promised that there will be no charge for relocate the panel over the phone. But after the work done. They said they have never said that.
Never get calls back. Customer Service Department is clueless to what equipment is utilizing. Send guys out in the field with out all the materials and then NEVER follow up just send bills. Show up unannounced to inspect and expect everyone t change their day to help. If you have an option do not use this company - you will work for them and have tons of followup and possibly bad billing - Buyer Beware
We were with this company for almost 30 years. Two years ago, a person came out to check out our old system. He said it was not monitoring anything but fire. I said that is OK fires is all we need, so I continued to pay. Then my fire alarm went off and no one from Bay called me. I called them only find out, in fact, they were not monitoring fire. So I paid for service that they were not providing for two years and who knows how much longer. When I called them to complain, they could do nothing for me. I told them to cancel my account. After all that time, they couldnt help me out at all. No refund, no sympathy, no understanding NOTHING. I would caution anyone looking for their service to beware and make sure your system is in fact being monitored. This review wouldnt let me select no stars or I would have.
We love Bay Alarm! Alfie Tan was fantastic, he was thorough and made the effort to come find me to address some concerns I had about arming up our most recent building. He was able to get me completely up and running and even patiently tested the system with me to make sure all loose ends were tied up. Thanks so much, Alfie!

This is a truly well priced and customer friendly company. They have amazing service and do clean work. I always feel taken care of whenever they install devices for my system. I highly recommend Bay alarm over any other security company in O.C.

I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone ever based on the ignorance and arrogance of their branch manager. I am the President of the Orange Dog Park Association located in the City of Oramge. The location of the Park is important to this post.A few weekends ago the branch manager and at least 1 helper were handing out dog treats in bags with a Love Anaheim flier. We do not allow any organization to hand out treats at the Park as it is impossible to ensure patrons wont take the treats into the Park. Treats and really food of any kind (dog or human) inside any dog park is a HUGE no no as it can cause issues such as dog fights and humans being bitten, especially with food aggressive dogs.I called to speak with the branch manager about this when the issue was brought to my attention. Not only did he not see the issue with handing out the treats, he said he had permission and signed a waiver with the City of ANAHEIM. He could not comprehend that Anaheim, nor any other city, has the right to permit anyone to do anything at any of the parks in Orange, let alone issue a waiver of liability. He kept repeating that they had permission from the City of Anaheim and Love Anaheim over and over.Furthermore no arrangements had been made between the 2 cities nor with the Love Amaheim organization. Certainly I would have been contacted if there was some type of arrangement put in place. I told him just that and he said yeah, Im SURE you would be the person they would call in a a very smug tone.Think about whether or not you want your home and family or business protected by a company that would place a person with this attitude and lack of common sense and reason in a management level position. I know I will never do business with them nor should you.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience. I would def choose another alarm and camera company if I could choose again, customer service is horrible, a lot of employees turn over at the company and cant ever talk to the same person.
