Cold call, door to door pushy salesman!! NEVER let anyone pressure you into buying in a 1 hr time frame. This is a shady sales tactic. After I got the “sales manager” to leave. The cheap flyer he gave me had no name or contact phone number. This has been promptly reported to ADT corporate and the authorities.

My experience of my recent installation process was great! The technician was very knowledgeable and understanding. He made sure that he provided me with the equipment and service that I wanted. He had a to creat pieces to make the equipment work, he stayed until the job was completed and kept the best attitude ever. The job took 10 hours to complete. He went above and beyond the call of duty to complete the job. He is The Technician

I feel safer! The technician was wonderful, he made sure he answer any questions we had. Having ADT definitely in our home helps me sleep better at night.

The five star reviews are all fake. This operation is straight bootleg. I ordered the system. The ap is trash so I called to have it removed. DEFENDER MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT to quit. The customer service is from the 1980s, requiring a fax. Then, when they finally came to remove the system, they never refunded me and two weeks later keep sending me bills. This is super unacceptable.

All 5 star reviews are fake.The installers are good, and your home system will work but the horrible cell service, ghetto customer service, low value for what you are get for the overpriced contract, and the overpriced ADT Pulse app are not worth it.Talk directly to ADT for a better deal and remember to not let them con you into a three year contract - if youre in California. You are only supposed to be locked in to two.

It was a very positive experience. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained and taught us how to use the system very thoroughly and proficiently. The installation went very smoothly.

Do not get this service they are horrible I have sent in my cancelation request within my 3 days and they are saying they did not get it till the 16th of august the bull I have receipts showing the date I sent them and asked to cancel the account and was told they would still to this day Im being charged so Im getting them on the phone one last time I take them to court.
