I chat online with sale associate, we all agreed to the price, sale associate said that we were actually able to wave the fee for you they asked me to call in and finish the transaction, I called them 5 minute after the online chat, they jacked-up the price, they said distributor did increase the price, WOW, only 5 minute and they increase the price, after all we all agreed to the price increased, I came in to the store to pick up my camera and sign for paper work, the store salesperson increase the price AGAIN $50 more and he said, I have to pay for paperwork fee, I just left the store. I dont like this kind of customer service.This place doesn’t seem trustworthy which leads me to believe the good reviews are fake.

Make sure you look at the pricing (especially if you are using SNAP)-- some items are great priced but some are WAY overpriced. For example, a Sony A7RIII is 500 more than at best buy or even Sony. Best Buy also has another leasing company that works directly with them. If buying a camera, go somewhere else (or at least price check)

I do not write reviews often, but thought I should say a few words about my recent experience to Mac Star. I had issues with my two lap tops about a year ago. They did a great job fixing with both units. I had not needed any help since that time. But just a week ago my lap top would not open correctly, so call them an hour be for closing for the day, they said come down may be fix before closing, the tech Thar ? got started right away, worked the problem & fixed my issue just a few minutes after business hours. I asked how much for the service fee? They said; No problem this was on the house..! Wow..! The next hour I was back home work with my PC . All good Thank you Thar, Sam, & Romi..! Great work and friendly environment and very transparent service, i spilled water on my beloved mac and these guys were able to get it back to work saving me tons of money. i googled many other stores in the area and they all gave me a high quot for logic board replacement, so instead of fixing the board other stores wanted to replace the whole board. they even cleaned the laptop from inside with ultrasonic cleaning (very professional ) and sanitized it. hopefully i wont need to bring my mac for repair again but for sure i will consider Mac Star Computers for my technical needs. the whole process took 3 days (very fast) and they kept updating me on the progress every day. Thank you guys for the great experience and fast help. I highly recommend these guys for any repair and avoid the highly priced and nonprofessional service others may provide.

Very happy with my experience! My keyboard was broken on my macbook. They ran a diagnostic, ordered a replacement part, and was ready 3 days later to install the new one. No complaints at all! I was even able to keep my laptop while waiting for the new keyboard to get in. Professional and speedy! high recommend.

He was able to fix my 2011 macbook pro GPU problem permanently with best resolve. These guys know their stuff and I highly recommend bringing your computer to them for any fixes. VERY VERY poor service didn’t feel like a priority, I had to call the store for an update on my broken laptop which it had already been 4 days since I’ve taken it. They have a sign to wear a mask but no employee is wearing one, prices are ridiculously high to repair a small problem, place doesn’t seem trust worthy which leads me to believe the good reviews are fake. I usually don’t take time do rate and do all this but that experience was a joke definitely don’t recommend just stick to the Apple store

They are better then apple stores. The apple store told me my computer was too old and they won’t fix it. I took it here and all it was was a cable disconnect and they plugged it back in and it works like a apple products should be. Thank you so much you saved me a lot of money. Update to my review from 5 to 3 stars:Went in for a hard drive replacement and furnished my own unit from a previous computer. I forgot to transfer the old data and Mo from Mac Star did not ask if this drive could be wiped clean. Needless to say, we are both at fault, I lost all my photos and other memories off the drive. Word to the wise back stuff up on a separate drive. Mac Star will try and retrieve the data for $99 which is very reasonable. I will report on what happens next. Knowledgeable and reasonably price for the level of service. I would definitely go back for other service. Mo and Sam provide top notch service!

I would be careful when purchasing an Apple product from here. Most of these reviews are about their repair services. But I don’t see any for purchased products. As a former Apple employee I know the difference between legitimate Apple packaging and third party. I picked up a new Ipad and I could right away spot the differences in the box compared to products that come out of the Apple store. I am not saying these are fake but they could be used and repackaged to be sold at full retail price. I strongly suggest doing your research before shopping here.

2 days ago our ps4 had a melt down. I ordered a fan and forgot the thermal paste. Went in just to ask if I could buy some, and the man gave me a small vial with just enough for what I needed. I bought a used 2011 MacBook Pro 15 last year. It was overheating and it melted some of the solder inside. I was worried that this would be a VERY expensive fix.Mo put all of my questions to rest, the fix was VERY AFFORDABLE and he can even upgrade my computers RAM and Hard Drive if I need. Mo really knows computers and what hes doing and I really trust him to take good care of my Laptop!Its like finding a mechanic that you know for sure you can trust. Youre not worried about taking road trips or vacationing somewhere hot because you know your car will be taken care of... same is true here. I use my computer for my business and it needs to run well. I know that it will thanks to Mo and Mac Star Computers
