Cashier or whoever he was is very rude. Prices tagged on items on the floor was different when being rang up and he wouldn’t change the price to the tag price on top of that it was $3 off and he stated if he changed the price then I wouldn’t get three dollars off. Worse 7-11 experience I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend this 7-11 at all. On top of that no one was wearing a mask. I wish I could put negative zero stars but I had to put one. 👎👎👎
Bad customer service with thecashier asked him to speak up please because im hard of hearing and he kept talking quite.
Its 7-Eleven you what you get
I think we have or had a situation!!! Hats off to Anaheim PD!!!
People that work here are extremely unfriendly and rude. this place has allot of pan handlers infront of the store even with a sign in the front asking people to not give them any money. The store owners dont bother themselves to look out for customers trying to go inside the store without being surrounded by homeless pan handlers and hookers. Prices are higher them other 7/11 stores Ive been to. I dont recommend this store to others.
They dont like making pizzas for some reason I dont understand it the only thing I dont like
Slurpee machine not working
Some of the people or employees are very rude because people incorrectly or didnt listen what they said about the change and they get mad Professor try to be polite to them but its always a lady that shes really mean
The people that work there are NOT friendly. If you expect service with a smile, go elsewhere. However I will say that they stock their beer cooler with lots of local California beers for the discerning beer lover.
Employees here are extremely rude!
Quick good pizza while on walk down Katella. Some dirty people outside at night
A small, but well stocked 7-11. Very friendly cashier when I stopped in. Decent sized parking lot and easy access.
Over half the people here dont wear a mask or social distance. The clerks & management dont even wear them, much less enforce it among customers. This is troubling.
It’s worst because the cashier who work at night he is rude. He didn’t know how to behave with customers. There is no hot coffee right a way you have wait for it .
Real busy with the new construction around the area but I really appreciate the good work you have done for us to go to place where I can get some food and other things I need to get.plus because I liked the tunes I heard
Night / early morning guy is RUDE!..Has no regard for your time. Always making everyone wait. He told the guy in front of me today that he was going to smoke a cigarette then hed be back to help him. If your the type that just want to get your coffee in the morning and GO. This isnt the place for you.
Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect and a smile, all the people that work here are rude from all the shifts. Not friendly, bad attitude, rude and to top it off they throw around the things youre buying when they scan them.Worst experience ever, managers should do something or a regional manager because theres alot of tourist in this area and no one should have to go through that, never coming back.
I went last night to buy a soda. They didnt even say hi or how you doing nothing. The guy was rude. They not even say thanks and he was looking at me like mad. I will not go there anymore. They are not friendly.
Once again found on the right-hand side after exiting the freeway the location of the 7-Eleven is by far its most convenient feature. You can get in and out and back on the road in minutes and who doesnt love 7-Elevens hotdogs lets just be honest
Excellent service and always helpfulI drink a lot of their coffee and occasionally a slurpee, and every time i come in to this site what i am craving is always ready for me. Oh thank heaven for 7-eleven!!!! Lol
Rude people and horrible costumer service. If you really need to go to a 7-11 theres one three blocks away.
The night time employees are ridiculously rude. They treat paying customers like we are an inconvenience to them and belittle them. The company should be embarrassed to have them as representatives of their brand. I would suggest anyone go to the Chevron across the street or the other 7-Eleven at night for sure.
Cashier was rude. Just as you work in a convenience store does not make you God.
Loved it friendly pigeons....lol
Hadir is a lil short guy that was extremely rude to my wife, she was trying to use my bank card to pay and the machine wasnt working . I used the other machine and it worked but Hadir was still being rude and he insisted that he fixed it . I reported him to his supervisor and hope hes out of job, until then I will not go back to this location.
The bit* as* cashier ignored me when I was next to pay for my 2 items! And decided to helped out another customer that was next after me
Employees are rude and no customer service the one down the street encanterra and harbor its more welcome mean
Old Indian man shorted me a dollar and then argued with me saying it was my fault and I should count my money. I did. 5.09 plus 13.91 is only 19 dollars. Ive never heard of a $19 bill so I must be a dollar short. You wanna be treated rude and have your items and money thrown around then this is the place to go.
Just what youd expect from a 7-Eleven. Very high amount of traffic here due to proximity to Disneyland, but they keep the lines short.
I been waiting to get serve with hotdog but worker just ignoring me, I went to cashier and pay 1st before you get serve, very poor costumer service in this location and no restroom for costumer.
Goooooood
Great coffee
Mal servicio este señor atiende como que le estuvieran pidiendo de regalado las cosas además de que no usa correctamente su cubre bocas súper mal servicio 😒😒😒😒
