When I am purchasing the dental CAD/CAM systems, the only thing that I am really looking at is the technical services. Not only the ETI will give you the great price but their service is amazing. They really try hard to keep you happy and long time customer no matter how small the order is.I would love to do more business with ETI in the future.__I routinely purchase CAD/CAM milling discs of various types (as well as dental and die stone) from ETI. Ive also purchased equipment including milling machines and sintering ovens in the past few years. They provide amazing customer service with very competitive pricing. They work hard to ensure satisfaction, putting in the same level of care no matter how small the order (think, one wax disc). Thats why I will continue to do more business with ETI in the foreseeable future.

I purchased my Roland milling machine from ETI when my previous machine broke. With production at a halt, ETI was incredible about making the purchase easy and quick even with having to finance. The transaction and installation were seamless. I will definitely turn to ETI first with any other equipment needs.

We have purchased several pieces of equipment and software systems from ETI. We have always received training and their tech support is easily accessible and able to help with any questions or problems we’ve had. They continue to support us even after the sale while other companies will never return calls after they get the system sold. All of their support is in house and not farmed out to foreign countries so you speak to someone who is familiar with your business every time you call. They have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. That’s why we keep going back to them every time we purchase new equipment. I’m very happy with everyone at ETI!

Bought a mill from ETI, great service and communication to get me going!

I want to share my experience with ETI digital technology. When I first looked to post my review, I saw a 1 star review from someone else and I am blown away that this could even be possible. I would disregard this review for anyone who looked at. If you want top notch support. ETI is ahead of most.My experience with them was A++. I purchased a Roland DWX-52D, CAM software, furnace, suction units the works. From the moment I spoke with Valerie I was impressed and the process was as smooth as anyone could ask for. ETIs team and my team worked closely on the site prep items, shipping, installation process and integration of the equipment in the lab. Their general Manager, Jason Liebes, came to do the install and he was so thorough with this process I felt like I had been operating this equipment the whole time. We were milling, sintering live cases day one and we havent stopped since.They have supported training to my staff, continued training to my staff any time we have a question. I am fully convinced they have my labs best interest at heart. They truly want the lab to succeed.I know you have a lot of choices of resellers for items. If you are on the fence, in my experience, ETI digital Technology has some of the best support and that is big deal.Thanks ETI for helping me get to the next level. !!!you rock

I had a very unpleasant and costly experience with ETI. When I was purchasing the Dental Wings scanner and 5 other equipments (one of them is the very expensive Stratasys Eden 260 printer), ETI repeatedly told me that there would be no license fee on the scanner. I thoroughly checked all brochures and papers they gave me did not mention a license fee. We had 2 different people ask countless times if there was a license fee, because we are aware that there are other scanners that require a license fee. The staff at ETI repeatedly promised there would be no license fee. However, after almost a year, they kept pestering that unless I pay a “software update” and “maintenance” fee, none of the machines would work. Beware and don’t be deceived by ETI’s wording: “software update” is supposed to be different from “license fee.” In the end, I had to hire a lawyer to resolve this issue. They lied and deceived me into buying from them by falsely promising that there would be no license fee. Amazingly, they even told me to sell the scanner on eBay after using it for only a year, unless I pay the license fee. Do NOT sign any papers with ETI unless every written detail is super clear and nothing is left vague. Please be aware of all the wording in the paperwork, for instance, “100% ownership” is clearly written, no floor samples, license fees vs. software updates.Additionally, I paid for new machines, but ETI was planning to give me floor samples, but because they knew that I am very detail-oriented and I always check for any scratches, they knew that I could immediately spot if it’s not new.
