AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!Instead of the item I ordered, they sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT with a note on the invoice:--Did not have in stock. However, shipped comparable quantity......of a product that is of NO USE to me at all.Strange because I even called Prestige directly to confirm the availability of the product BEFORE PURCHASING right then over the phone.After I received the wrong product, I called to request a refund.I was first told that I would get a call back on the matter, which never happened.I then called back again.Sam (owner & manager) argued with me for quite some time claiming that the product I received was the product I ordered, although his own invoice confirmed the shipping of a different product.A ridiculous, aggravating waste of time and money.This company should be flagged for Internet Commerce Fraud.

They barely deserve a 2 star rating. Ordered dental supplies a couple of weeks ago from this disorganized establishment. I called them regarding this issue and was left at least 30 minutes hanging. I called again inquiring where they sent the supplies and was ultimately told that they never sent them. They asked if I wanted them to send them again and I said no thank you and drove and got the now much needed supplies elsewhere in person.
