Since we never heard of New View before, we were unsure, but still proceed to get a quote.Right from the first request for information, we were very please with the experience and the easiness of getting the information we needed.The selection of our windows has been very easy and straight forward and we got all the assistance we needed at every steps.The pricing was really good and competitive.Then came the installation. We bought new windows for the upstairs. They were installed, the crew did a great time finishing the stucco on the exterior and leaving the rooms and house clean after the project. A New View Windows and Doors replaced all of our windows, interior doors, and exterior doors on our house. Owner Jamie Cockerill was a pleasure to do our business with. She was personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to us during our project. She helped us with our selections when in our planning stages and was there with us in scheduling our installation. With a whole house remodel project there were bound to be a occasional issue that needed to be addressed, as nothing goes perfectly all the time. A New View Windows are the best in the industry! Installed Milgard Quietline windows to remove the sound from a nearby highway. My house is soo quiet now! After putting off getting windows for years finally decided to call 3 companies for 3 quotes for our 15 windows and 2 patio doors, their pricing was lower than the 2 competitors I called and they said the windows would arrive in about 3 wks and they arrived in 2 wks, they showed up on a Monday morning at 8am and were done by about 1pm, the crew of 4 were very courteous, professional, and clean. They left no trace behind and all the trash was picked up. I recommend this company and will be using them on my rentals!

We absolutely loved our experience with A New View Windows, especially working with Jamie Cockerill. We ordered all of our Anderson Fibrex windows, slider doors and every single door for or whole home remodel (including a custom front door and specialty exterior doors) from A New View. We had such a wonderful experience we went on to order all of our door and cabinet hardware, closet doors and a garage door from them as well. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offer and the construction/remodel process. Her attention to detail is just what I needed to help keep everything organized and make sure nothing was missed. What I loved most about working with her was her amazing customer service. She was constantly in touch with me regarding order status, arrival and installation. She would make herself available if I ever had questions or needed to order additional products. She even learned the style of my home as we worked together and wisely pointed out that the garage door I had originally ordered may not be the best fit for our home. She was 100% correct and she directed me to another fabricator that turned out to be perfect. A New View also installed my garage door and did a great job. Jamie and everyone at A New View was such a positive light in what is a super stressful time during our remodel. I would give more stars if I could!

Working with A New View during the planning and installation phase of a multi unit townhome project was a great experience. A New View was very professional; both administratively in the office and technically in the filed. I would very much look forward to working with A New View again in the future.

A New View window did an execellent job on my window, since this is a huge job for my 10,000 sq ft house, they spend a month for the job,they work out all things in details, handle all windows carefully, did everything neatly, all staffs are responsible and very polite. Very professional and hardworking. A big storm hit our area the next day right after they finished the project, this quickly could test the window, they all sealed tight, not even a tiny drop of water found.Cash & Mark did marvelous job. I hightly recommend A New View Window to everyone!

Honestly the best. Ive heard horror stories of other window and door companies, but this team is a pleasure to work with. Family owned and operated, you cant get much better.

A New View and its crews, principals, and showroom staff are outstanding. The installation of our windows was prompt and professional.

Major problems with warranty repairs (even 1 star is too much): A New View Windows and Doors (ANVWD) installed the windows of my whole condo, as well as the balcony door. My balcony screen needed a warranty replacement, and it was a very tedious process to convince ANVWD to meet their warranty obligations (besides asking to e-mail them a copy of the contract, even though the file ANVWD should have kept regarding my order should have shown the type of warranty I had, it took many e-mails and phone calls till finally the company agreed to comply); then ANVWD just sent me the screen and told me to install it myself. Nevertheless, and even though I expected better customer service, I was still not completely disappointed. Unfortunately, my saga continued: on 1/5/17, I had a window leak. The company responded promptly, and on 1/6/17, they removed a defective trim and resealed the window. The company rep didnt provide any documentation for the work done, but I was not alarmed, because ANVWD was supposed to come later to install a new trim (just in case somebody is wondering why I wanted a document for the work done: when I sell my condo, I have to disclose the leak, and if I do not show paperwork to support the claim that the leak was fixed, then I will be in very unfavorable position). The biggest problems started on 1/20/2017 (when there was a very intensive storm). I had another leak, from a completely different location, from the base of the window, where the window slides back and forth to open/close. The leak was so severe that I had to constantly soak up the water, otherwise it would overflow from the window to the sill, and then - on the floor. A company rep came (I had a previously scheduled appointment to install the new trim from the 1/6/17 work), saw the dire situation, videotaped the leak and sent it to his supervisor/manager, but it took a substantial amount of convincing the ANVWD managers to have their rep help me with the leak. Please keep in mind that the managers were aware the water was overflowing inside my condo, and that my warranty was (actually still is) valid. Anyway, ANVWD rep made some partial repairs that decreased the amount of water collected in the sliding base of my window. The ANVWD rep advised that additional window inspection and permanent repairs would be done later, when the storm was over. Again, the rep didnt provide any documentation for the work done, even though when I made the 1/20/17 appointment, I spoke with the company owner, Jenny Trujillo, and she assured me that she would e-mail me the paperwork, or have it with the rep. The next two days, 1/21 & 1/22/17, the intensive storm continued, and I had leaks again in the base of the window, but luckily, not as severe as the leak on 1/20/17. I e-mailed ANVWD on 1/23/17, to advise them of the reappearing leaks and missing paperwork, but nobody responded. Then I contacted ANVWD two more times about the leaks, asking for permanent repairs and missing paperwork. The last time I contacted ANVWD I even advised them of the pending rain on 2/2/17, and requested again ANVWD to come fix the window defects prior to the next rain, but I dont have a reply to this day (1/31/17). Therefore, I am now completely disappointed by A New View Windows and Doors, Inc.s customer service, because ANVWD do not always honor their warranty repair commitments (and the one time they did, it almost took an act of Congress for them to comply), ANVWD dont keep their other commitments either (I still dont have any documentation for the work done by ANVWD), ANVWD decided to ignore my window leak, and most importantly - ANVWD almost left me on 1/20/17, to deal myself with water overflowing inside my unit due a window defect. Perhaps ANVWD are good at installing windows, but they are very far away from even decent customer service.
