On a Friday evening around 8PM, I heard a loud bang in my garage. When I went to check it out - sure enough, the garage door spring had busted. I called Mako and the representative said they could be out first thing Saturday morning to fix it. True to their word, Mike the owner and one of his employees punctually arrived at our agreed upon time and hastily got to work. In no time they had the old parts removed and new components installed. There was no mess left behind; they took all of the old pieces with them. Great, timely service at a good price.
