I received the door from California to Ky in one week. You will need a lift to take the door off of the truck when delivered as it weighs 700#. My contractor and husband installed the door in a couple of hours. We are doing a new construction, so door is being hung before sheet rock was hung. Then sheet rock is hung to door. I bought a single door and posted it to facebook and my friends love it! My contractor already has a client that wants one like it. I am not disappointed. It did not come with screws to attach it to the wall so you will have to buy those, and it does not come with instructions, but my husband looked on line before we bought it as to how to install the door. I am not disappointed.

It was like he gave me a hand written invitation to shop else where .... which is exactly what I did!!! Definitely not going to buy a 7k door and deal with a complete douche in the process. Heres a tip Patrick .... how about you try treating potential customers nicely .... may come as a shock to you but maybe you’ll be able to close more business !! Anywho, so glad we walked away from this guy ... plenty of other well established companies who wish to earn your business and value their customers.... my advice is to take your time and shop!

Very satisfied with the quality of the door. Installation was a breeze for my contractor. I think if I was a consumer who didnt have a contractor on site it would be daunting to find someone to install this door(due to the custom size). Besides the tight deadline we had for this remodel project and lack of an outside iron capping I couldnt see why I wouldnt go through IDN for my next door. Also referred others to the site and explained stock doors are shipped sooner than custom sizes. Again everything else was great. Thanks Pat for dealing with the pressure. We love the door. Finish work is still going on, but the door is up and everyone loves it.
