There were 5 people standing behind the counter all chit-chatting and actively ignoring me as I had been standing there for a good solid several minutes. The one person that kind of helped when I asked if they sold any TCG white storage boxes went in back, said no, then also promptly ignored me.At least one guy that finally helped when I got a Pokemon Booster box was nice.

They price way too high here, and consider everything NM.

Everytime i call they say on thing on the phone then it different when i come in l, trying to price gouge on boxes 😒 might want to look else were if ur looking to by boxes.

Always knowledgeable and kind. Never mislead or pressured, to buy or sell something if I’m uncomfortable with the price. Fabian and Brandon are always up to date on what’s moving or getting banned tournament wise. Also very informative and cool about it..helpful with building new decks accomplishing new strategies to use in any format you have Q’s about. Trustworthy shop and employees.

This place is pretty cool, this was our first time going to a game shop, and honestly now that weve gone to others...This one by far has been the best. Theres a ton of space, the people who work there are pretty cool, and they close until 2am!! That in itself won us over.Unfortunately, this place is a bit far from where we live, therefore we cant go here often. Which really sucks! But whenever we visit Anaheim this will definitely be a great spot to stop and play a game of magic.They also have a rewards program here and they post their tournaments in the calendar in store, and I believe on facebook as well.

Just getting back into MTG and found this store in my area of Fullerton. Went there for the first time and was really amazed on how much products of MTG and other products they had. The employee were Very helpful in finding certain MTG core set cards I was looking for. They had a lot more than other stores I have been to, and the prices were very good too. Will be going back to get more and hopefully play some MTG games when this pandemic is finished.

Im changing my review due the owner reaching out and saying that he will fix the problem but I was not able to go and I have let go the wrong that was done to me and move on. The fact they reached out to fix the problem was enough. I hope if I ever do go back I wont be taking advantage of again. The negative reviews about customer service is true. Today was my first time visiting and it was just ok. There isnt much of a selection. In fact, most of the shop is setup for game play with tables and chairs. Maybe 1/3 of the store is stocked with visible inventory. They have a lot of magic and a very small section of Pokémon. This may be due to recent demands but the prices of the items they had available for Pokémon were quite a bit over market value. Therefore, I didnt buy anything. For example, an ETB of shining fates was $150. You can easily find the same ETB for $50 dollars cheaper at other stores. Also, the other reviews of poor customer service is true...you are not acknowledged as a customer. When I walked in there was no greeting. Even as I walked toward and stood around the only person behind the counter, they did not acknowledged me. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did!

The person that collects Pokémon in that store was super nice and helpful. He let us know the next Pokémon set’s release date. They didn’t have much Pokémon in stock but that’s whats expected right now. Prices are reasonable compared to other places who are bumping up there prices due to demand.

This is the best store the only thing that I’m kinda disappointed in is that they don’t have that many structure decks but over all you can find any card with perfect condition must go there

Getting back into the game. More than just helpful, was able to get me set up with what I needed and also showed me the new things added to the game. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back to support the shop with purchases.

The guys are pretty nice. It has a big open area with plenty of space to play with friends. Well ventilated for the people who dont shower. They have drinks and snacks. Only thing is the parking, it sucks.

The staff was very courteous and helpful... But the whammy was buying booster boxes of Modern and War of the Spark and being charged a huge debit card fee on top of the slightly-high prices for the box. I like supporting local businesses but the huge $20 fee I could have lived without. Well find somewhere else to make our large dollar purchases and might stop in here for draft tournaments or something. Its just a slap in the face to be expected to walk around with over $300 in cash to avoid an insane fee.

Surprising crowded for a Thursday night. Everyone was really nice and really helpful. There were a lot of people playing different games but the shop was still pretty quiet. Everyone playing in the shop seemed to be really nice. More experienced plays were teaching other how to play and helping them learn. All in all was a really cool place. Im glad there are still card shops like this around.

I visited shortly after they moved. As far as games stores in the area go, they are pretty good. Good selection and spacious. They also appear to have a good selection of events during the week.Management needed to be informed on a few processes and there are a few things they could use, like a screen for showing pairing and time left in the rounds, but overall, Id play here and recommend it.

They had a great selection of cards and the people here were really friendly. On top of all this, they have air condition, and an abundance of tables with play mats to play on. The customers who are usual regulars are very respectful, and will actual help you.

I feel that the store has finally made a left turn on the right path. It took digging up some unsavory characters and ditching them. But hell, we all learn through trails of fire. Good selection of cards. One of the few stores to pack Force of Will. Come give the store a try

A great store open late till 2 AM. They carry a wide selection of card games. And even have a select amount of Tabletop Board games. They also host a large once a month gathering of modern board games events.

If they dont have what you need, theyll get what you need. A good, regular crown, and theyre opened until 2 in the morning! A great place to hang out and play cards.

Im only not giving this place 1 star because every employee is very helpful, friendly, and genuinely seem to care about the store and customers. Everyone except for Chum Lee(I do not know his real name). I have sold cards here multiple times and can understand that they need to make a profit. I was originally quoted $52 in cash for cards of $70, which I was fine with. When Chum Lee waddled over and re-evaluated, he offered me less than half of the value on all the cards. I have never been lowballed so hard at this place by anyone else. He also tried to overcharge me on a card storage box a few months ago when an employee corrected his price. He acted like a mistake and it could have been a mistake so I let that slide but tonight was enough. The store in general is a great place to play but its employees like Chum Lee that make me not want to spend my hard-earned money here anymore.

I went here for a Magic PPTQ. The place looked nice and clean. There is a restroom, a good selection of snacks/beverages, the card selection is wide (their sister store is a booth at Frank N Sons,) and the floor space is generous. There is food nearby, though the parking leaves something to be desired.My biggest dig is the $2.50 (!!!!) fee I was charged for using my debit card as payment. That is a huge turn off and one friend of mine said it was enough to get him to not visit again. I cant say its a complete deal breaker for myself, but I do hope they really find a way to change that. At least the staff were nice and helpful. There was an Asian gentleman who helped me that was a bit pushy, but in all fairness I was taking long to make a decision.Overall, I would come back here if I were local to the place, but they really should do something about that surcharge.

The hours are great. The prices are on par with the current market. The trade in prices are a bit low (think Game Stop). The staff are very friendly but are often inattentive and must be approached I.e. they wont notice you looking at things and ask if you need help.

I know nothing about Yu-Gi-Oh cards, but my son wanted some for his birthday. The man behind the counter was really very patient. Spent approx 2 hours there and left a satisfied customer.

DO NOT GO HERE!! There was an event for a card game and pre registered through them them. We arrived 10 mins late to the event due to an accident! Instead of being able to play in the event late, they took us off the roster and save someone else who didnt pre register our spots.. What is the point of pre registration? We drove 80 miles to get there. Waste of gas, energy, and time! Owners have no heart or compassion to even reimburse for the gas and gave us exact refund. Rethink going here. They dont care about you.

The employee Frankie is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet he will actually take time out and help you to understand the game that youre interested in playing and he will give you amazing prices also if you cant afford the cards he will try to figure out a great alternative

This place is tight! Open till 2am when your friends arw feinding for that late night card gaming/trading. They got refreshments and staff is cool too. They usually have the cards i need, and are always cool looking in the back for your card, even if its 25 cents!

The place in general is cool but some of the mtg players legit have BO. Aside from that, the guy that does yugioh transactions legit blows, offers less than 75% for cards people to to sell them, then charges like 300% for a 25 cent to a $1 common. Perfect example, went in to buy a play set of common skyscrapers, (checked tcg player because they also go by those prices and even sell through them) and both online and actual retail of the card was about 25-75 cents per common AMD they legit tried to make me pay $9.00 for three and dude got upset because he went to the back and got them but didnt tell me the price until after he came back and I ended up telling him nvm
