We were a team of beginners who had actually booked ghost hunters but ended up taking dollhouse because of addition of teammates at the last moment. The representative was friendly and generous in changing the room in order to accommodate larger group at the last moment. Even though it was the hardest room for beginners, we had a lot of fun and the representative helped us with the clues. Definitely coming back with a smaller group to try the other easier rooms. Awesome experience and a great host.

Great rooms & very friendly staff. I hadnt done the original Doll house but definitely really enjoyed the new version of the game as it was equally challenging & creepy. I loved that there were 3 different floors & that each room contained dolls but the puzzles were def unique to each floor.My group also did the room Plain Sight which was also fun & had some great puzzles, different from rooms weve done in the past. Id definitely recommend this place as its probably 1 of my top 5 escape rooms from various ones Ive done around the US.My group & I have done numerous rooms & we all enjoyed both of these. Also the staff was very friendly & helpful. Will def come back if they add on additional rooms or in the future if they update any rooms!

My team and I decided to go to an escape room for the first time. The escape room was unfortunately very small and the staff there looked as if they despised us and as if they hated their job. Not only that but they talked bad about other customers to us, personally I find that very unprofessional. Perhaps they had a bad day. But what they said should’ve never been said. My team and I felted as if we weren’t allowed to touch anything. In the rules the staff told us we aren’t allowed to take anything off the walls but than proceeded to get frustrated when we didn’t. He made the rules very unclear. Personally I’d never come back here again. If I were able to rate this place a 0/5, I would but unfortunately the lowest is an 1

First time coming here and I have to say that we had so much fun! We did the ghost hunter room for our first time and loved it! There was a small technical difficulty, but honestly it wasnt a big deal at all! Shout out to Seth for being so cool and sweet to us! We will definitely be coming back and trying other escape rooms!

My group and I did Plain Sight. Plain Sight is not for beginners which we were unaware of. This was our first time at trying out an Escape Room. I liked the theme of the room and the concept but our game master was unfortunately easily agitated and scolded at us. As first timers we were confused on what was accessible.Update: Great customer service my issue was resolved

This was an awesome experience. We did the dollhouse. Although we didnt escape in the time alloted we were able to work as a team and divide the clues up. I would tell anyone who asks me to go to puzzlemazement. This was fun for all of us and another great memory with my kids. The dollhouse is their second hardest room. Check their website and see what would be best for your level of experience.

I had a group of 11 teen girls (volleyball team) that went and did the Doll House. It was a great experience for communication and team building / bonding. The puzzle master was awesome as she guided them through when needed. The room was 3 floors and required team communication to complete. It was creepy (not scary) and just hard enough to be interesting and fun.I had requested a time outside of normal hours and they were GREAT at accommodating me.I HIGHLY recommend this escape room experience! My girls would definitely go back again!

A very challenging escape. Our very experienced group didnt have enough time to finish the Dollhouse escape. We made it all the way to the final puzzle though. It was still a very fun puzzle solving experience. Prepare to bring your a-game. Communicate and work as a team to succeed.

I love this place. They are one of the best Escape Rooms in the Orange County and LA area. The rooms are fun, inventive, clever, and well designed. They are well themed and completely encompassing. Ive been to several rooms throughout LA and OC. This is one of the best places. And they have FOUR ROOMS to choose from! If you enjoy escape rooms, you will love this place. If you have never been to an escape room, you will love this place. If you like pizza, and who doesnt, then, you will love this place.

We had a group of 10 in the Dollhouse. We all had a great time. The challenges were hard but solvable. Every time we solved something it was an accomplishment because we really did have to work together to solve them and they were difficult (but again doable). I wish we could do the dollhouse again but I guess we will have to try another room next time. I would highly recommend this room to groups looking for a fun time. All of our texts to each other at the end of the night was “So much fun!”

I had an amazing experience here! One of my friends came late, but they let us start a little late! And although we couldnt solve the puzzle within an hour, we were able to go overtime until we solved it! The host was super nice and helpful too! I definitely recommend coming here.

Great puzzles and friendly staff! The Mailroom Madness room we did kept our party active all the way through to the end. I would suggest to anyone giving this room and the others they have a go!

Booked my daughters 12 year old birthday party here. The girls and guys had a blast, They didnt do very well on the clues, but the owner helped them along and even gave them extra time to make sure they at least got half way. I highly recommend the Dollhouse and will definitely be back.

This was our first time experiencing an escape room. The host couldnt have been nicer. He walked us through on what to expect. There are lockers so you can place your valuables when playing the game. Puzzle range from difficulty, but I can assure you that the easy puzzles get hard when you are put in a timer. There are four themes that they offer. A must and definitely going back.

Went on a double date (all four novices) and had an amazing time doing the Professor S! puzzle. Dave made the experience very fun and positive. He even let us hang around for a bit longer than Id admit for us to finish the last clue or two. Well 100% be back.

Their rooms are really unique! I like the mix in type of puzzles. One room we did was less locks and more tech and sensors. Another was more traditional with locks and hidden clues.

This was fun. Went with 3 others and the wouldnt have taken more into the room. 4 people was perfect.The puzzle was well thought out and the rules were well explained. They offer a couple hints if you get stuck.Hint: dont offer think it.

We completed the Doll house room, it was fairly simple to complete and the ambience was lacking. The production of the room definitely didnt live up to others in the area, with nearly every challenge bring some variation on padlock combinations, though it was multi room/multi level which had a cool factor. Overall i might return to do other rooms but would never recommend this room, especially considering price (32 ea)

Love this place!!! Our game master was so helpful and accommodating. We did the mailroom and it was so much fun. The puzzles are not too hard but not so simple that it is boring. I thoroughly enjoyed myself in there and cant wait to go back and try different escape rooms. I will definitely go back and bring more peopke with me.

Though the atmosphere is very good, the clues are haphazardly spread around the different rooms and dont really have a logical step by step basis as opposed to some other escape rooms. The rooms are quite big, especially with the three room puzzle. Good with strangers if you dont have a big group to go with. Did Doll House and Saving Christmas.

Amazing place to have fun with your friends. I chose the Doll House for our forst try, and even though we went over the time limit, we all had a lot of fun. Of course, were only in highschool, so there were ten of us in the same place, but it was fun because we all found out our strengths and weaknesses in solving puzzles and working together. The only thing I wish there they had a was a bowl of candy or something along those lines that we could take a piece from once we finished. All in all it was an great experience.

Fun experience. Reading the reviews they have kids do this? I thought it was tough! We were here for a work team build. Our group did the doll house. Creepy! Ive never done this before. Some in my group have and they said this is a good one. I recommended. Will bring my older daughter here. She wanted to check one out.

The Doll House escape!! I wish I could give this place a 10! Had an amazing time! The owner was there and just all around a fantastic person! He had us laughing from beginning to end! Super helpful! He really went the extra mile for us... this place has that, your a family here not just a customer, attitude! I also have my own business and truly appreciate that type of service! It was so much fun! I will not ramble on in this review, just know this was a real brain teaser and was super fun! It is not gross and gory, it is family friendly and you better be pretty smart! The clues are crazy and it really makes you think! Once you are in the zone... you dont want it to end! We will be going back! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a real challenge of your PI skills! I have nothing bad to say about this place at all! Was a perfect experience!

Excellent escape room. Ive been lucky enough to do about 6 now and this definitely ranks up there as one of the best. Ariel was a great host.This was also the first of the six that we did not finish. We did the Doll House and missed finishing the room by one lock. Womp womp. Oh well, cant win them all.Environment and puzzles were pretty unique.Definitely recommend!

Fun after we figured out how to procede but that was 40mins into our hour .need to ask what is allowed and what you can do first to figure out crazy sometimes ridiculous riddles.. but fun overall

Group of 4 did the doll house, and it was great! The puzzles are top notch, and even though we failed to complete it in the hour, they let us finish the rooms since there was extra time before the next group came in.
