I have never written a review before, for anything, but I just HAD to after dealing with this company! I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about ordering from Stanley London to DO SO! They hands down have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a 10-30x30 zoom telescope for my Husband for Christmas. He LOVES boating and history and has always mentioned that he would love to have one of these telescopes one day. I came across Stanley London on google. Every step of the process was quick, and extremely easy. I selected the telescope and chose to have it engraved, For My Captain, I Love You. It was very cheap to my surprise, as I was expecting it to be several hundred dollars. I was also expecting it to take about 2 weeks to get to me, especially with the custom engraving. But it came SO QUICK!!!! I had it within 2-3 days, and this was right before Christmas. The quality of the telescope was AMAZING, especially for the money. I did have one little issue with it, I couldnt get it to focus correctly, I believe because the glue hadnt dried properly and one of the tubes had pulled out from the rest. I emailed customer service on Christmas Eve, expecting not to hear back from anyone at all, at least not for a while. (from my prior experience with ordering things online) But I was wrong, I got an email back about 2 days later (the day after Christmas), with a lovely gentleman apologizing and they sent me a return label right away and said all I had to do was send it back (return shipping was paid for by them) and they would fix it and send it back at no charge. Brian kept me updated every step of the way. He emailed me as soon as they fixed it to let me know that it was fixed, and that he personally used it before it was packaged to make sure that everything was working properly. I received the telescope the next day, and it worked perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about Stanley London and their staff. I will be ordering MANY MORE gifts from them!!! I am still AMAZED at how personally and promptly this company responded to me. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Amazing products and service! You can peruse their product selection for yourself, but Ill attest that the items are high-quality, functional, and beautiful. I ordered more than a dozen brass compasses as groomsmen gifts, each with a unique engraving, and they exceeded my expectations - not only are they beautiful pieces to show off on a shelf, but they are every bit as functional as the lensatic compasses Ive used in the Army, Scouting, and backcountry hiking. In addition, the sales staff were very helpful and the order arrived surprisingly quickly. I highly recommend Stanley London for anyone that is looking for a brass instrument or a personalized gift.

Wow! Customer Service ~so far ahead of the pack. After much research, I ordered a Stanley London Sport Compass ala congrats message engraved for a college graduation gift. Due to operator error on the engraving instructions, I received a welcomed phone call from a Stanley London representative to ascertain my wishes for the engraving. Very grateful. I gave them leeway to choose the best fonts and layout of the script which proved to be a great choice and the following day, UPS dropped off a box. The compass looks fantastic and makes for a very cool gift. I know my nephew will get a kick and enjoy it very much! I highly recommend Stanley London as an excellent resource for unique gifts for all. I will be back! Thank you for your amazing service.
