Took my wife for her bday 2 Saturdays ago and we did not regret it. Great prices and we loved every minute of it. Those that are leaving negative reviews tried to book last minute. The owner is really good at calling back so do yourself a favor and call a week in advanced. I will be coming back very soon!!!

I have never seen the owner like him a big talker he just wanna take your money the first time i spoke with him i was scared a place of bums youre scared inside.... I lived in Europe its different you pay you come alone or couple no body ask you, you meet couples,TS everyone you are free cleen big inside inside......but this place I advise you dont go and you waste your time and money

This was the second time my hubby and I went here. I have zero complaints. The water is perfect, the rooms are nice and clean. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I do suggest to call a week ahead of time if you want a weekend. They book up pretty fast. I believe there is only one person working at all times so he gets really busy. The phone rings off the hook. I usually have to leave a message and I always get a callBack same day. It’s very worth it. You can bring dinner there, wine, mixed drinks whatever you want. Perfect for date night with your man or woman. Lastly he will even leave candles lit for you for 7.00.

Phone communication was SO uninterested - Im not even going to bother to come! Found this place online and just called to see if there was any time available. I barely even started asking when I heard right away there was 5 people standing in front of the desk cause theyd been booked since morning and hes too busy to talk to me. However, he said hed call me back. Judging by his tone, he was very tired (which I can understand, ok).20 minutes later I called back myself and nicely asked if it got better - cause I can understand if a person is slammed at work. He didnt even let me speak! He started telling me he needed to get people in and out and when I asked if he is not interested in getting new clients he said theyd been totally booked - I didnt even say when wed like to come (and explore options) - maybe I wanted to book it for tomorrow! He could have told me right away during my first call ( for example Hey, when would you like to book? Today? Sorry, were all booked until 2 am, would you like to come tomorrow?, thats it, 3 damn sentences!!!) and avoid all that extra information + its not the way to talk to a potential customer Youre not listening to me!.Well, you just lost a client and Im very surprised with it and wont even bother coming. If a person on the phone is a hired worker and not the owner then the owner should think about having different people responsible for bookings/reception (especially if everything is so booked and the place is popular) and a person helping people in and out.

Perfect for anyone who needs some relaxation. This place is one of a kind. The only place you can have a private hot tub and sana, bring who ever and what ever you want. Call ahead of time to reserve because this place is hot.. AJ is super cool and will give you all the details. You have to try this. Its amazing!

This is by far my favorite hot tub experience I’ve ever had in my life😊😎😄! Reasonably priced and well maintained in part by customer cooperation. AJ was very patient to explain why showering is mandatory before entering the tubs and why a wash cloth must be used during said mandatory showering. Towels and wash cloths are provided with your hourly rental; you just bring your own soap. I will definitely return as frequently as I can afford to.

This was our first time here, we enjoyed the way we were treated and taken care of. The owner is very nice, we enjoyed the long conversation we had with him. But over all it was a AWESOME experience for us! This is exactly what we needed! We’re definitely coming back soon!!

It is always a great experience. AJ is very cool. He offers you ice and cups of you need any. He adjusts the temperature of the water to your liking. Visit this place. I recommend it to everyone. Great place to bring your date and impress them.

Owner is insane and abrasive as hell on the phone.Last time I was there I was only in my room for 90 minutes instead of the 120 that I paid for because the owner talks so much.

If you want a nice place to rehab an injury, hit the sauna, or just relax in a jacuzzi this is the spot! A.J. explains everything to you before. Real nice place. Very clean, everything works, everybody is nice, and it isnt too expensive. Ill definitely be coming back.

This was such a great experience. The place isnt much to look at from the outside, but inside the room (Ive only been in one) was a really nice experience. The room was clean, it smelled good, the temperature was perfect in and out of the water. They have nice lighting on dimmers. They provided clean towels and wash cloths, a cd player / radio / blue tooth speaker. I have ZERO complaints about this business as a whole, including staff/owner, quality, price, location, service, amenities etc. The only suggestion I would make is adding a no-slip matt on the floor at the foot of the steps into the tub. However, the place is very well thought out and thorough that I feel confident there is some reason they dont have one that I havent thought of. I will be back. I will be bringing friends, and I will recommend it to others. Great job guys!!!

I love this place its very relaxing and if I could I would go everyday. Very clean and professional. I always ask for a sauna. I recommend if your in the area to just do a walk-in. Place is awesome..

Called to ask a question, was asked if I had a reservation didn’t know I needed when and then when I tried asking more questions he got rude and said that my call time is about to end. Never have been here before and for sure never will. Then I hung up on him and he called back calling me names and be very rude and unprofessional. If you don’t answer phones or check messages then hire someone who will since you think your time is more important then to answer customers questions !

Amazingly helpful staff, an extremely clean environment and I can easily say that this is something that my wife and I will fit into our schedule no matter what! So you do the same and come relax in some steamy goodness ;)

Had such a relaxing time w my boyfriend.Room was exceptional. Water was clean. Staff was attentive, informative and friendly. We got the bigger tub which has a sauna in it and it was super affordable. $40 an hour. Loved that the lights were dimmable and that youre able to customize the room to your liking. Oh and did i mention you can bring alcohol! Will totally recommend. Cant wait to come back.

Every time I try to call to schedule an appointment the owner has an attitude and he screams at me. Today he cursed me out when I was trying to book an appointment. I will never come here. Ever. And you shouldn’t either

The guy was so rude and disrespected on the phone. He wouldn’t let you talk and always cutting you off. He wasn’t very understanding and made us feel so unimportant to him. He didn’t explain anything on the phone and he told us he won’t explain unless we are ready to book. He couldn’t take 5 minutes to explain the prices and the availability or anything. He kept telling us there are so many people in front of you and I won’t be able to help unless you book now. He rushed us, yelled and disrespected me and my friends. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend, save your money and go to a place where they value costumer service

Automatic 5 stars for me. All you need is 2 hours in here and youll be well refreshed. Better than any spa, or korean bath house Ive ever been to. You get a room to yourself or party and everything else is up to you. The owner, AJ, even lets you drink alcohol in there. This is a true gem. Jacuzzi, massage table, sauna, music, alcohol, what more could you ask for. The only downside to it is theres only 3 rooms and its best you call in and reserve. But even that one issue cant stop it from being rated 5 stars

I went with my long time friend last night. He’s been going here for years. Never knew a place like this existed so close to me. AJ was very nice & I thoroughly enjoyed my hour in the jacuzzi relaxing. $30 for an hour was definitely worth every penny. Will be visiting again soon.

Clean space, private and the management is flexible and helpful. Management is very informative on the space and does their best to accommodate you and your needs. Highly recommended place to relax alone or with a significant other. Great stay-cation getaway!

This a great place to go and relax. Its clean, management is extremely helpful, its private, they adjust your the temp of the water based on what you like. I have been going here since I was 21. Enjoy! I always do.

My fiance and I have been coming here for a good while now and our over all experience has not only been great, but amazing! Its always clean, and the staff is always on top of everything... not to mention friendly.Just a tip of advice to the ladies, we recently went and she had dyed her hair. Unfortunately, the hair dye stained the water of the Jacuzzi and we had to pay over $200 due to the fact that they have to clean out the entire water. It was totally our fault as we were told to rinse all fall out well, so ladies please be careful if you have any colored dye! Also, be careful if youre wearing any lotions or oils.This will not stop us from coming though! We will be back with more precautions... but definitely a must go to if youre looking for a great Jacuzzi place!!

I recently came across this place through word of mouth and after long and stressful day decided to check it out. when i called to get more info from the place i was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable member of the staff by name of A.J. when i finally arrived there he made sure that my friend and i were very comfortable with our experience. he was also flexible in handling our time/rate and gave us incentive to come back. and we definitely will come back. we were pleased with our experience @ neptunes!
