Superior Pool Products of Placentia = No customer service! This is a great place to go if you want to be made to wait, talk about sports, have your orders screwed up, get overcharged and be gossiped about after you leave by the two faced hypocritical bigots. But first, you have to dumb yourself down to be at the intellectual level of the uneducated inarticulate counter help certified morons that work here. Then, for good measure youll probably need a few tattoos and a jersey from your favorite sports team to fit in here. There are so many other local wholesale pool suppliers where the customer is treated with respect and gratitude and where the employees remember they are there BECAUSE of the customer and to serve the customer. If only the owners of this corporation knew EXACTLY how customers were being treated there were be one fell swoop of pink slips going out. Instead, the status quo will remain and slowly customers will go elsewhere like myself and many others
