V2 DG Exhaust for YFZ450 lasted 2 desert seasons and breaks on 1st ride of 3rd season. Offered a good deal? in replacement pipe ($90 plus shipping). Only had 4 spot welds holding it together.

Had a little tour of DG and was very impressed with the hard work that goes on to continue the name of DG. Marks collection of old bikes was awesome and one of best collections in the world. He was happy to show us the bikes upstairs like old Huskys and Pentons and even some works bikes. Mark was super kool to us and offered his ideas and explained his Indian collection also. Hard working, kool cat. DG still makes the old pipes ! Thank you for such an enjoyable tour through DG !! Jonny Z

DG V2. I’ve owned it 6 months and maybe put 300 miles on it. I noticed some noise while on a ride so I opened it up when I got home. No welds on the baffle at all. The packing looks incorrectly installed. I reached out trying to get some help and I was told I could buy a new baffle and packing, claiming it wasn’t repacked soon enough causing the welds on the baffle to break. I asked where I would find these welds if present and if they could send me a picture of where the welds are located, with no response. I won’t be buying or recommending DG in the future.
