Great experience! The salesman we worked with was nearby to answer questions as we browsed, but not intrusive or pushy. The next visit with my tape measure in hand, he informed me of the fabric and finish options for my items. On the next visit as we ordered, each selection was reviewed and clarified with us to be sure our needs were met. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. The displays were attractive and the store was clean. We will be returning for future furniture needs!

We went in to buy a set of recliners and Larry Zinn was our salesman and he knew all about the Lazy boy recliners that we brought, he was not pushy and they were delivered as promised right on time

Have purchased a mattress, box spring, bed frame and full living room set from Nicholls and we are very satisfied! Larry has the best customer service! The only reason for 4 stars is that I feel they should offer different financing options other than just the 12 month deferred interest. I constantly get emails saying they have new promotions available but they are always the same. Other than that this is a great store with quality furniture!

I bought a new bed for 856 dollars. It was broken and they keep telling me they have a replacement part on order. Its been 5 weeks and still nothing. Last thing I will ever buy from them.
