My last 2 orders have taken a week to get to me and I paid for three day shipping on my last order and still took week to receive. Going to look somewhere else.Tonerprice credited my shipping fees.

I got my toner delivered overnight for $6.00One toner had a small problem, and they sent a new one via overnight FEDX.Also, when I called each time, an American person answered the phone:no need to suffer through a dull menu process.Excellent products, and Great business ethics here.

I ordered an ink cartridge that my printer didnt recognize. The cartridge was over $125. I called and the woman on the phone told me that I had ordered the wrong cartridge, though their site said it would work with my printer. She thought this was quite funny and actually chuckled. When I asked her about exchanging it she refused and said that since it had been opened there would be no refund even after I told her that I needed to order more cartridges. Again she was quite happy about delivering the news. Not too bright considering that I need 4 more cartridges at $125 a piece. Oh well. They just saved $125 and lost $500. Terrible customer service!
