Fast and attentive staff. If you are returning merchandise in the original box make sure to fill it with paper before close it and returning it. The cannot be empty. Avoid being charged $4 (ridiculous amount, it was to supposed be free returning shipping) because of that. Social distancing all the time inside store. Everybody was wearing masks. Hand sanitizer available.

They always find something wrong with your package and try to sell you something to fix the problem..

They dont have enough employees to assist the crowd in the store. I didnt have time to wait, so I walked out.

I recently had a wonderful experience working with this location. I had a very last minute order and Danny Carranza was a huge help on taking on this project when other locations werent willing to help. He stayed late and started early to ensure it was completed within our time line. If I need work again in the area I will be sure to reach out.

Im traveling for my business trip, and had some boxes to ship out for overnight. I should of asked for a cut off time, but I would of expected for the employee to reinforce that rather than wasting my time when I had perishable items. I go in early in the morning before opening, only to be greeted by a lady that doesnt seem to know how to do their damn job. If I remember correctly, I presented my photo ID and was able to provide proof of my orders that were never sent out. Yet, it seemed like she wanted me to keep giving her proof. Never ever shipping at this location again. FedEx get it together. We as customers pay your bills.

The worst expirience Ive ever had with any delivery company and specifically with this particular location. First, FedEx fails to deliver package to the address and receipient. Multiple packages were delivered by other delivery companies to the same address without receipient present. Then agents refused to release the package to receipient directly even when directed by employees from corporate office.#FedExFailure

I went in here to print some Lakers tickets as i was worried about not having a way to print them while traveling.The worker was very friendly and he helped me figure out their printers. It was a very hassle free experience and I was in and out.

Workers are very nice. I have been doing a lot of shipments here and I have no problem at all. The place can get busy so be prepare for that.

Terrible customer service by assistant manager Jim.Let’s start off by stating that I have have an e-commerce business where I send multiple packages everyday, which means I’m well versed on the rules, policies and procedures in regards to shipping.On Thursday i came by to drop off this box which contained a motorized moped, prior to coming here I had drained all gas, since I know that’s the protocol.Upon leaving the box which was pre labeled, Jim tells me “ for this time, I will accept your box, but in the future, it cannot have any bulging.” Granted, there was slight bulging, which I have never had any issues about in the past. I didn’t make a big deal about this and shrugged it off.A few minutes after dropping off the package I get a call from Jim who tells me that I need to come back and take my package and repack it because it smells like gasoline, and that it’s against there hazardous materials policy.I explained to Jim that I have sent several mopeds in the past and never had any problem regarding smelling like gas as long as it didn’t have any gas present.I was obviously very upset, Jim offered to call another manager to get a second opinion, the other manager, said to call the “fedex hazardous materials hotline.”Luckily, Jim had fed ex haz mat on speaker, and the gentlemen from fed ex hazmat clearly stated “since this is going fed ex ground, this is not considered a hazardous material.”I’m upset because Jim being an assistant manager should be educated on the policies and procedures of fed ex prior to entering a debate with a customer or even worse calling them to drive back and wasting my very valuable time.I try to avoid dealing with this location at all costs because of them always trying to upsell you boxes or unnecessary repacking of the item, and or nitpicking at anything.Terrible service will not come back!

Stopped there on our way to a Ducks game because we had to print our tickets. The sign on the door for Sunday hours said 12:00pm-6:00pm. It was 5:02pm, and all lights were off, doors locked, nobody to be seen. Mind you: this was an ordinary Sunday, not a holiday. Clearly horrible service, blatant disregard for posted hours, and obviously poor management. I can only imagine what its like once youre actually INSIDE dealing with them. Frankly, I refuse to attempt to do business with an establishment whose employees close up shop before theyre supposed to do so.
