Amazing customer service!! Very knowledgeable about products .

I have been a customer of Lush for 3 +years. I have made youtube video demos of different bathbombs, bubble bars, soap. I have tried all 4 lip scrubs but the butter popcorn one i dont own cuz it just isnt my style. I have used the shower gels, fresh face masks, & bath melts. Everything smells so so so good. They are expensive so its not my everyday choices of beauty products but I love the take baths couple times a months and so the one thing i would reccomend trying are any of the yummy smelling, pretty colored bath bombs....

Their shampoo and conditioner bars have worked so well for me, even my husband uses them 😂. These are the first products Ive bought from here and Im very pleased! Its pretty pricey stuff but Ill definitely be going back.

The customer service has been amazing every time I come in. This last time was especially great thanks to J! J’s product knowledge couldn’t have been better, J helped me find the perfect gifts for my anniversary and gave the best service I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning soon!

I LOVE going to LUSH! I love how everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have little ones who always enjoy going because they treat my children with the same kindness as the adult customers. I waited to give this review just to make sure that I had gone a few times and could write on more than just one visit. I have been several times. Sometimes I just drop by to say hi because they have been so friendly to us. This is a great place to shop.

My father and I came today and the staff was very friendly to the both of us. I expected that my father would be ignored because he is a man and isn’t their target market but they payed attention to both of us. Very refreshing atmosphere because all of the workers were eager to help in any way possible. Glad to say we left with a bag of items. Will go to more Lush shops!

Decent customer service, product line was good. Would have preferred to have left with a sample or two of a new product having spent a decent chunk of change here.

Was immediately greeted by friendly staff and offered a wonderful hand mask to try. I’ve used their products in the past, it’s probably important to use them quickly as they are ‘fresh’ and can dry up. Great customer service and unique products!

I love bothering the poor workers by talking their heads off. Best part is that they dont seem to mind at all.

This location is terrible!!!! The lack customer service is astounding! Over the last 18 months I have been visiting your store at the 5th Avenue Mall in Anchorage, AK.The last 4 times I have visited I am left wandering the store without a greeting or a can I help you. I walk around waiting for a few minutes and still nothing.Today I visited again there were no as in 0 other customers in the store. Yet, there were 3 employees talking amongst each other behind the register and one walking aimlessly who didn’t greet me. I walked around 5 times and still nothing.I love Lush I love the products and their mission to help others.Once I left the store 3 other customers went in and they got bombarded by customer friendly employees.My husband stood by and watched for a few minutes while I went into the Apple store and witnessed the same thing.I don’t want to throw accusations but I can’t help think it has something to do with my skin color!

The staff are always helpful and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming. Jay helped me pick out some cool bath bombs and was awesome. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

I never want to buy another shampoo bottle again. Thanks Lush! ~my rose petal shampoo has lived up to the clean, fragrant, and long lasting disc Anthony said it would be. I also bought shower gel for my husband, a massage bar, body scrub, and a birthday gift ~beautifully wrapped btw!! The tins come in handy, buy them seperately. The Associate, Anthony gave me plenty of options for my skin and hair type, he used my hand to demonstrate the product. My products are everything Lush said they would be. Plus... no stupid plastic and ridiculous packaging.

Never had a bad experience at Lush....unless spending too much $$$ is an issue 😏

On March 6, 2017 around 6-7 PM: Me and my sister went to Lush to look for the Vanishing Cream, when we entered Lush, there were only 2 employees in the store talking, no customers. The 2 employees just ignored us, didnt even say Hi or Welcome. We just walked around hoping they would ask us if we needed help, they just kept ignoring us. We spent 10 minutes there just looking at them ignoring us the whole time, continuing their personal conversation, then we decided, maybe they are just plain rude and racist so we walked out and they dare say Thank you for visiting to us. Disgusting!

The Anchorage staff continues the Lush tradition of amazing customer service. Lush products never disappoint.

Great products, all eco friendly. Pricey but comparable with the U.K. stores in quality.
