Good Costco. It’s a funky design but unique. Good prices, and it has the typical Costco Assortment of items.

Great prices here. A 3 packs nylabone set for dogs on sale for $10? Absolutely! 2-pack large cereal on sale for $3.50? Yep! Delicious hot rotisserie chicken for $5? Yes. Affordable gluten free snacks? That too!

Oh Costco. I do love you so! You came through for me yet again. I ordered some very expensive frames and lenses in the optical dept.I promptly went home and and did some baking. I opened my oven at 550 degrees and it “hazed” my lenses!?!Basically, I completely destroyed them. I could no longer see through them.Even though Costco’s warranty policy didn’t cover “my mistake”, technically. As usual they went above and beyond replaced them for me🥰💕🥰

Not the Costco I’m used to from back home but it has a selection of things that I find myself to use since I’ve paid for membership. I could go without had I known they don’t sale most of what I’m used to however my son enjoys walking around eating their food samples. I always stock up on my sons school lunch snacks when I go. Every now and then I’ll find a cute sweater or jacket on sale. I would recommend this location for larger families.

I like Costco! Id would love it better if the warehouse would have on the food court menu bring back the Polish Sausage and Combo Pizza again. Bring it back I would gladly change my rating 🙂

Better than the Dimond Costco for one very important reason: they have poke, and Dimond doesnt.

I ordered tires from Costco online 9/24. Once your order is completed they send you to the tire appointment site to make an appointment. That would be great....if it actually worked. I do realize we got snow early, everyone is super busy at the moment. However, after two weeks of calling multiple times and trying the online appointment site (which just says no appointments ever), I cannot get 1 single person on the phone to book my appointment. I could pick them up and take them somewhere else you might think...but as part of the purchasing deal they have to be installed at Costco. Sooooo.......even if they are ridiculously busy, it is insane that no one can be bothered to answer the phone for appointments and the site does not function properly to do so either.

Cant get out of the store without spending $300.00. Kirkland brands are almost always good quality. The prices are also good.

Costco is my go to for when I need to buy in bulk. Especially to stock up with toilet paper, paper towel and laundry essentials. The sales representatives are very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Which is rare now a days.

The layout of the store is pretty decent. They are going through some construction/remodeling at the moment, but still clean and easy to maneuver around. Aisles are decently wide.

Best prices for lots of things. Gas price is worth the cost of admission.

As usual, Costco delivers exceptional customer satisfaction with every location I use. Ive just moved back to Alaska from Louisville, KY. Of course there is a cost difference between the two locations but that is to be expected. However the people, the respect, the loyalty, they all cross barriers, they all treat the customers with respect. They help you above and beyond what you have begun to accept from other retailers.Keep up the good work Costco! Thank You

Excellent service, they have self-checkout. Many items available in other warehouse they do not carry them locally. You need to ask the customer service to check the database. Pricy on veggies fruit. I expect the seafood would be reason price, not really. However, they do carry halibut cheeks that not many warehouse do.

Great place to buy anything. Huge selection for good priced items.

Always nice going to Costco; theyre currently updating some of their equipment as well as updating the food court in the near future. If you can avoid going on Saturday or Sunday that will prevent long wait times in the checkout lines. Otherwise a great shopping experience.

Typical Costco. Cleaner then metropolitan stores. Good selection of items. As usual walked out with more then I planned on buying.

Shopping was easy, even though it was busy. The clerk was very friendly and joking around with me. I left with more than planned, and only without three items I was hoping to get. Not bad!

The stores was great in the fact that we are from Louisiana and dont have one. Sams is all we have and it doesnt compare.

Just had my receipt checked and marked and was embarrassingly stopped on my way out to have it done AGAIN. Saying how “she’s the double check, the last one”. Diamond stores aren’t triple checking receipts like this and all I bought was PAPER PLATES.

All 5 stars go to the driven and dedicated, hard working employees who have proven time and time again that the customer comes first. Especially now, while in the midst of this dreadful pandemic. Masks are required here. If only stores such as Fred Meyer and Carrs can follow suit! Costco on Debarr Road is clean, well stocked, has definite eye appeal, and is a pleasure to shop. What impresses me the most is the front end, like a well oiled machine, the workers, always friendly, efficient and professional, taking care of the customers needs and sending them on their way with a smile. There have been times when I have stopped and watched the motion in progress, and I have been so impressed. Its almost mesmerizing. I dont know what their secret is, but its working and we are so fortunate to have this Costco here.

This Costco was everything you’d expect from a Costco. As an out of towner it’s good to know you can only buy alcohol after noon on Sunday’s (this applies everywhere, not just Costco)

I was looking for a basic monitor that had HDMI connectivity, but was not too expensive. I was trying to figure out which monitor was best for what I needed when one of the store assistors came up and asked if I needed any help, which is an understatement for me!! She was very nice and professional. She helped me find the monitor I needed without spending hundreds of dollars. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

I visited Costco today on a grocery run from Glennallen. I was lucky enough to to make two purchases... the first was my order... and as soon as I got into line I had a family member ask me to grab them a couple things... Alex was my first cashier (with the studded bracelet) he was awesome! I don’t think I have ever seen so much care in boxing groceries & a very pleasant & personable... person! He was kind enough to move my packed cart for safe keeping while I went back and collected an additional purchase, I though about returning to Alex’s line but ended up going through another super nice guys, I forget his name but he was kind as well!Obviously will return :)

Very helpful Clerks, that gave us directions to items that we couldnt find ourselves. we used the self check-out line it was very simple, easy, unstressful. the lines were very short overall good experience.

Costco really doesnt need to track me so close. I ordered a pizza for my staff while I was in the big city of Los Anchorage. They liked the pizza. It was good. End of story.

Traci at the phone kiosk is amazing! She will take care of you and help you through the entire phone buying process. The entire staff at this location rocks!!! I came in close to closing to pick up two phones, everyone was super helpful and just made my evening.

Worst customer service Ive ever received in alaska. Thank you for pointing at customers after they get their groceries and are leaving. Wouldnt have noticed it if it werent for another customer telling me. After I looked of they quickly looked the other way

Everyone Ive encountered at Costco here in Anchorage has been exceptionally friendly and professional. It makes the experience so much better. They have been handling the whole social distancing very well and it seems like they are doing what they need to do in order to help protect the employees. I hope their pay rates reflect the hard work and enthusiasm of their staff.
