We selected Allegrezza Door Co. because of good reviews from other customers, but now we understand why they got those reviews. They were very easy to work with, helping us diagnose the problem remotely with cell phone pictures and helping us schedule the appointment at the best time for us. The repair itself as quick but very through with our repairman taking time to point things out to us that would help avoid other problems in the future. We definitely will be doing business with Algreezza in the future.

What a great, fast, professional business!! My new garage doors were set up, area cleaned up, openers with interface to internet accomplished and all with really pleasant folks who are long term trusted employees. Started whole process last week, had panels delivered, had them painted, called them back Friday to say it was ready to hang. They arrived on time this Am and had it completed and were gone in 4 hours!! Wow!

They were able to come out today within two hours, and the service was EXCELLENT! :-)In addition, he noticed that our other door needed some TLC and solved two other issues giving it a tune up. Great company! Brett came over and was very honest with us on our repairs. We purchased a new garage door opener and he serviced the other door for no extra charge. He was there on time, the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I recommend these guys for all garage door needs. I will be using them for all my future needs for garage door openers and garage door replacement and for all door services!

We couldnt recommend this company more!!! Within a day of calling they came out to let us know what we needed to repair our garage door and about how much it would cost. He stated our doors are a specialty and only one company sells them. With in days he had the door panels replace and for less than originally expected. Had a broken spring on our garage door. Had a neighbor recomend Allegrezza. Called at 750am (before they even opened). Owner immediately answered. Ended up talking to him for 20 minutes or so about kids and Alaska Hockey. 3 hours later - garage was fixed. Reasonable price with a Christmas discount thrown in. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Our garage spring broke early in the morning. Called the 2 Anchorage area 24 hour services, but couldnt reach one and the other gruffly told me maybe tomorrow. I called Allegrezza as soon as they opened, their dispatch that answered was very polite. Tech called me back within minutes to schedule a same day repair. Came before our scheduled time and fixed it quickly. Tech was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Very reasonable pricing.

Great service! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in an hour! We bought this house 3 yrs ago and according to the garage door placard another company installed the thing very poorly. It runs better than it has since we moved in! Very reasonable price too!

1:30 am spring breaks on the garage door. Called them and they had both springs repaired so quickly and for way under of what a competitor had said it would cost! I would recommend them to anyone looking to not be gouged and also cared about. All around great experience.

When our garage door opener stopped working, we called them. They asked a few pertinent questions on the phone and then were able to come over the same day. They determined that it was not repairable (not surprising considering its age and the horrible noise it started making). They were able to come back the next day and install a new one (this one is quiet and fast!). Andy provided great service throughout our experience.

Called & spoke to Mark yesterday (after researching companies, checking reviews, & choosing Allegrezza) for stuck tension cable on overhead garage door. After a couple questions from Mark to determine who was best to work on what I had (an old system previous unnamed installers tried to monopolize from 5 years ago) he said Andy would be able to fix it. This morning Andy was here & door is fixed! Andy & Mark are both funny, easy to talk to, & wonderful people! There’s a reason they have 5 stars both here and google! They get my recommendation to anyone who has future problems with their doors!

I stopped by to find some parts and a remote door opener for an old single car garage. The owner was incredibly kind and gave us the parts free of charge!! We are preparing to replace a 2-car door soon, and Im certain well go through Alegrezza.UPDATE: I did end up going with Allegrezza to install our new insulated door and they did a great job. Plus, it was cheaper than just buying the door without installation at Lowes/Home Depot.

I scheduled an appointment with this company and was never given a specific time,I called several times with no call back,Brett eventually came over and stated he would be back in one week to finish the job.He never showed up and I called the office and they stated they would get a hold of him and call me back.That was 4 days ago and I never received a call from them and Brett never showed up.I would not recommend using Allegrezza door c.
